Hiya,

Gosh I've missed a lot since the last time I logged on. So much going on!

Steph, great news on your betas. Those are strong numbers and more than doubling so sounds all good. Can you not go for your u/s after work? Can understand your impatience. How about just leaving early and telling work that you have a doc's appointment?

Stephjim - wonderful that dh wants to quit smoking. You must be so relieved. What made him change his mind?

Hope - not long before you start. You'll be stimming before you know it. Its sweet that your DH wants to be part of this. the big wimp that I am - I can't do any of the injections myself. DH has to do them all the time. But then we have to go through all the physical aspects by ourselves so that is one way of them staying involved.

Rachel - nesting is a good sign. but do take care of your health. Don't overdo it.

Mia - can't wait to hear how big your litter is. When are you going to let us know?

Jenb - wish you all the best for your FET. your snowbabies must be anxious to get home to mommy. Hope it all goes well for you.

Becky - hope your headache has subsided. You've been celebrating too much with Wales winning. afraid have no clue about your problem as I've never spotted mid cycle. Bet you can't wait for AF to arrive.

Angie - hope you're feeling better today. Great news on your new clinic and RE. She sounds like a dream. Have you told dh yet about her comments?

Indie - welcome to this thread. Don't worry too much about the number/ quality of eggs. Every cycle is different and no point stressing now until you start tmt. It'll be here soo.

Miracle, Su, Shantala hope you're all well. Sorry if I've missed anyone.

As for me, I though I was feeling better, but started thowing up again yesterday. Any food makes me feel sick. Can't stand it, but need to eat for my embies. I'm now feeling quite weak and dehydrated. RE said that as long as I don't have a fever, it shouldn't affect the embies. I have actually lost 4 kgs in the past 2 weeks and thats after putting on some weight with the stimming as my stomach is bloated. I was trying to be so positive at the start of this cycle but with the way I'm feeling now, I can't help but think that all my coughing and throwing up is going to affect my chances. The good thing is that I've got this week off, so trying to rest most day. Ok, will be around later.

hi guys....numbers back already. They have slowed down a bit but the office says they are still good. 643 today. It is just under doubling, but she said being just slightly earlier than the last draw can make the difference. I know it is still a good strong number, and maybe it slowed only cuz there was more than 1 and 1 isn't making it but the other is fine. At this point I need to hold on to any positive thoughts.

I'm so nervous guys, I don't want the same thing to be happening as last time! Please send me your P&PT! I have another test on Wednesday.

I got my ultrasound scheduled for a week from tomorrow (March 4). I so want a better outcome than last time!

So scared!

Steph, don't lose the positive attitude, ok? I know that I have not been i your shoes but I will be so I will need you to keep me positive too ok? So don't worry. If the doc office said not to worry, then that is good. That is not that much under doubling. Ok?

mia yeh they say up by 66% at my clinic and everywhere I have been reading, #1 even on the american pregnancy org it says double every 48-72hrs...after 1200 it typically is closer to 72, and then even later it slows to 96.

So yeh right now I am feeling a lot better...not perfect, but better. I just hate how this is so damn stressfull! Oh to be a crack whore with no worries about my crack babies!

Ladies, since you're probably more in tune with your body then I am LOL, I've not started treatments yet. What causes your body to start having longer and longer cycles? Is that PCOS? I've been tracking mine for the past year and every month it seems to add a day...etc. Last month it was 33 days, this month it's 35 today and still no AF. Maybe I'm worrying too much....why would I be going through this now, right at the time that I've gotten accepted in to this clinical trial!!! I really hope it's nothing that is going to keep me from participating, but I can't for the life of me think of what would make cycles get longer like that other than PCOS, so I figured I'd ask here.

Thanks!!!

Indie, have you checked with your doctor office about your cycles? I would check with them to see if that is normal or not. I personally don't know anything about PCOS and the symptoms. I am sure you are fine, but I would check with your doc.
