Sassy, Sage and Jomae - Best wishes for tomorrow! How exciting to be able to see your little beanies. Please keep us posted.

rio - I feel exactly like you go. I am super tired and even started getting headaches. I am not sure if they are related to the fatigue or not. My nausea has become much worse over the last few days too especially in the afternoons, although today I woke up sick for the first time. I thought these symptoms eased up at the end of the first trimester!!! Mine seem worse, but I guess that is a very good sign.

I cruised through the old posts and the last time we heard from Acapulco she said she was off to her first u/s. She never posted again. Kind of ominous, huh? Moonk dropped of around the same time. I hope all is well with them.

Let us know how your first OB appointment goes. Mine isn't until the 20th and seems like a very long time. I have no idea what to expect, but at least I am going back to my regular ob. Are you released from your IVF clinic then?

I hope everyone is having a great weekend and all is well!

Okay girls I dont know if I am being a worry wort or what but I dont like that I do not have symptoms. I mean I do have the sore nipples, bigger boobs (not huge or anything), tired/lazy sometimes, and pee a lot at night. However, it makes me nervous that I am not sick and I am pregnant with twins! They say if you are preggo with twins it should be more pronounced. But nothing! Is this a bad sign? I mean I am getting to the point I want something! I am 10 weeks almost and nothing. This is starting to worry me and my next OB appt is not till April 3! I just do not feel pregnant and I am carrying twins...

Sugabeanz:

I am pregnant with twins also but not as far as you. I haven't really been nauseated other than when I'm hungry. Only symptoms I have are the sore boobs, a growing stomach and very tired.

One other symptom I am having is that my belly button is very tender. Has anyone else feeling this or heard of this, it is really scaring me. It is tender to touch and when I bend over it is tender. I did have an outy belly button when I was a child but I dont know if that has anything to do with it.

Gecko - so nice of you to go back and check on the old posts. I really hope that Moonk and Acapulco are too busy with preparing for the baby to post! PMA - I sure wish e would hear from them :) My symptoms are getting worse instead of better, So I hope that first trimester hump gets crossed soon! Are you doing the Nuchal test? I forgot if you already talked about it (another symptom I forget everything!). It is done between 11 and 14 weeks, that's why we rushed to get a 9 weeks appt with our OB. I was already released from IVF clinic :)

Suga- don't stress out :) I am sure your beans are fine, if you are really that worried, call your OB and let them know. Good luck!!

Hi Ladies
I finally had my scan today and it's confirmed i have one strong bean growing as expected i did'nt get a heart rate as his machine doesnt show that but he said that it was at the faster end of the scale and with in normal limits he's been doing it twenty years so he can tell just by looking. i would have liked to know exactly what is was but he deinately assures me all looks great. he did say i have a nice big yolk sac which was interesting but not a bad thing. so thankfully all is good with me and the bub

Sassy and sage just waiting to hear from you guys now

I agree with the ladies saying how ms is getting worse i am constantly feeling off now and even eating doesn't seem to be taking the edge off but no vomit yet so i'm thankfull

Suga don't worry so much all it means is at the moment you are one of the lucky ones i was reading a site the other day and it mentioned how some women have the misconception that if they are having multiples that they will be sicker than singleton mums to be and how it's not always true so don't worry until you have to just think you lucky at the moment you'll have plenty of time to feel yukky when your further along and tired and just ready for them to get the heck out of you and as for the trimester stuff although it is normal to feel better at the end of the trimester some ladies like my younger sister had vommitting until her ds was born and others aren't sickat all so everyone is different. BASICALLY DON"T WORRY YOURSELF YOUR FINE but if you are still worried you could see your doc to be checked out GOODLUCK

Hello to everyone else hope your all coping ok
JOMAEXXXXX

Oh my bean measured in at 7 weeks 3 days and i'm 7weeks and four days so prettymuch on track

RIO- I went to my regular OB and he is the one that set me up for the nucal testing on the 27th. I will be 11weeks 2 days when it is done.

Tammy-My area of KY got about 9". Nothing in comparision of what you got. This is still enough to make things difficult in KY because they are not use to getting a tremendous amount of snow.

Suga- A lady that I work with is having IVF twins this week. She never had any pg symptoms. No m/s, no sore boobs, nothing but a huge belly...lol. So relax, I don't really have many symptoms anymore either. Not really peeing that much or anything sometimes, I know I have a singleton but still. I haven't had any m/s, which i am very suprised. Just some heartburn that has seemed to go away for now and I know that I am still preggo, I just saw my little guy on Thursday.

Just about everyone knows that I am pg in my family. My mom and sister knew and then my niece found out, (she lives with my mom) and then my niece let it slip to a lady that is married into our family who is very nosy and likes to gossip and talk. I decided to tell everyone myself, so this lady wouldn't have the joy of telling it. My dad still doesn't know, I guess I need to call him since everyone else knows. My mom asked if she could tell the rest of the family so that this lady wouldn't have the joy, so by the end of today, everyone will know. I can't stand people like that. She acted like she got mad because my mom wouldn't tell her when she asked her point blank. My mom told her that I didn't want it told because I was still early and my history. This lady then proceeded to smartly say to my sister" I heard your sister is pg...oh that's right..Im not supposed to know..."

Sage/Sassy- Good luck today at your u/s. I can't wait to hear the good news!! :D

Jomae- Congrats on your little healty bean. You must be so excited.!!! Hope you get rid of that pesky UTI soon.

Suga- count your blessings. I could image that it would be worriesome to not have any symptoms. But, how lucky are you!

Kildean- No sore bellybutton here. Just getting larger by the minute!

Rio- I am on that emotional rollercoaster too. And its taking everything I have to contain myself. It's at the point where I don't even want to leave the house. If DH wouldn't have pleaded with me to go to Lowes (2x) yesterday, I would have not left the house except to go to church. Good luck tomorrow. I hope you get a great pic of your little bean. I'll get you my EDD tomorrow.

Tammy- hope the UTI is getting better. Take care of yourself.

I swear I've grown 3" over night. I finally got into a pair of jeans, but ALL of my shirts are super tight around my belly. Even the ones I wore last week!!!! I had plans to get out today, but I seriously think I'm just going to crawl back into bed. Some m/s, but not too bad. I have another u/s scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. It will be nice to see how the beans are doing. I hope all of you have a wonderful and uneventful (in a good way) week.

Cinci - I want to schedule my nuchal very soon also, boy this whole thing doesn't get any easier does it? Always worrying about something!!! Do you know how long till you get results from Nuchal? Sorry people have tried to steal your thunder, I feel the same way here where people find out and think it is their job to go tell and not ours :(
Jomae So excited for you and your bean! When do you go see your regular OB?
weezie let us know how tomorrow's u/s goes! I hear ya! I did not want to get out of bed today. Coming to work has been such a chore these days. Plus I have been cranky (not with DH) and have no patience with anyone... and we have SD all this week, she still doesn't know and she has been acting like a complete brat.

is it Friday yet?

Hey girls! I have been busy watching my god daughters this last week and not able to get online - but I am still here :). I think I posted that I heard teh hb - and ever since then (3 days - NO M/S at all!! It is wonderful - I have been eating anything I want!! Feeling much better!! Not sure why it stopped, but I am sure it will be back later! Woo hoo 8 weeks today!! Dh is feeling much more confident now that we heard the hb!

Hope all of you are doing good - there is too much to catch up on - but I will be on more regularly now that I am back home! This last week has been like a kid boot camp for me! :) Very tiring - and frustrating that dh and I couldnt just leave in the evening to go out! Will have to get used to that - but I am sure as soon as that baby looks into my eyes - I will have no prob staying in!

Take care girls!!

Thank you ladies for all your wonderful support! I dont know what I would do without you!

Mia: Stay in touch more often haha. We love you!

Weezie: How did the us go?

Kildean: I heard (last night in fact) this lady who had the same thing almost. She said that once she got real big that if you just rubbed up against her bellybutton it would start to bleed? That would scare me too. Ask your doctor!

Ok what is this Nucal test everyone is talking about? I feel in the dark.

Joame: Woohoo! One healthy bean! I can not wait to hear my babies heart beats

Last night we got such a deal! This lady was selling her crib for $50. Wood crib that converts into toddler bed WITH a sealey mattress!! In great condition! Very lucky! Now just one more to buy!

Also, I SWEAR something has happened to my belly. It just popped over night. I woke up this morning and did not know what I was looking at lol. Time to start growing I suppose!!

Suga - google nuchal and it has a great explanation. They measure the fold of the baby's neck and then they can factor your chances of having a healthy baby!

sugabeanzs - I wouldn't worry too much about symptoms. I hear that lots of women just don't have many. If you are really concerned, try calling your dr and see if you can squeeze another u/s out of them just to reassure yourself. I would love another one!

kildean23 - Did you ever have a piercing on your belly button? Perhaps it is just in an awkward place and your belly is growing. As long as there is no infection, I am sure it is ok - just annoying!

rio - I would assume that I am doing the nuchal test. I am going to ask when I see my ob next week. Since I used a 23 year old donor, I doubt my risk for downs is very high so am hoping that an amnio won't be necessary. In fact, I am hoping that most of the testing won't be necessary, but I really don't know that much about it all. We are going to a genetic screening class next week before our ob appointment that explains all the testing. I will keep you posted on what we learn.

Jomae- Congratulations on your beanie! How exciting it is to see that heartbeat and how relieving too. My doctor didn't measure the heartbeat either, she said she has done it for so long she can tell and told us that it was strong and fast and just what it should be. Sorry about the m/s. I am right there with you!

cinci - Isn't there one big mouth in every family?! Glad you were able to outwit her!

weezie - Good luck on your u/s tomorrow! How many weeks are you now?

mia - Good to hear from you! I am glad you are well and no m/s. Have you started telling people yet?

Sage/Sassy - How did things go today? I am anxious to hear your updates!

I did ok with the m/s today. The last two days were BAD, but today seemed a little better. I can't tell if it is what I am eating for just the luck of the draw. My pants are a little tight too. I haven't popped yet but will soon. Is anyone having sharp little nerve twinges? I have this very strange sensation and am guessing it is just things rearranging near my uterus but it just feels so strange.

Have a great evening!
