Hi Cin sorry that other women is trying to jumps in and tell your news before you its a bit rude hey on my first cycle where i miscarried i haad people from where i worked coming up to me and offering condolances for our loss and i was like your sorry about what and 2ndly how did you even know and yep well intentioned family who had already blabbed about the ivf and all had also blabed our bad news but what can you do mind you i did gently warn them to keep quiet about my business the next time
hi Weezie thanks i'm already feeling better how about you are you going ok it's funny how we go through moods of not wanting to go out i guess things will change after the ms is over i think its to do with the stage of being pregnant but not looking pregnant just looking like weve made a pig of ourselves over the past few weeks and just look frumpy. It's actually a nice feeling when you do get bigger and people can really tell that we are pregnant i can'twait
Hello rio thanks for asking i have one more scan with my fert doctor in three weeks for a scan and then at about 12weeks i have to go to my local hospital for my first antenatal appointment and somewhere in between that i have to go for the nuchal fold test that my fert doctor will also organize for me i'm basically relaesed from the fert doctor at ten and a half weeks when i have the second scan. oh when you get a chance my EDD is 24th of October but i think i have to have another ceasar which may make it the 10th but i'll just keep the 24th as my due date for now until i know what is going to happen thanks. when do you plan on tellin your step daughter
hello mia once bub is here and you get to look into their eyes you'll be to tired to worry about going out lol beleive me go out now while you still can hey lucky you with no morning sickness enjoy it
Suga great bargain on the crib sounds like you've done really well and scored the nuchal fold scan is great nbot only does it check to see if your growing a healthy baby but its atleast 30mins of getting to look at them and all their little bits its ashame it's a little to early to see the sex thogh for those who are interested
Hi gecko yep i'm having those twinges it feels like little muscles are being pulled and it's right down low from my understanding its just stretching pains and nothing to be concerned about
Hello Kildean i have the same tender belly button as you i have an inny so i don't think its because you have an outy or anything i don't actually nknow why its tender like it is but i had it with ds too so i'm curious as to why but not concerned so if you find out let me know

Did you guys hear about the lady who had one embie transfered through ivf and it split into identical triplets amazing hey

Please excuse my lack of personals tonight.
I am a bit stunned!
US today showed five heartbeats.
Five.
Quintuplets.
Apparently one of the embryos split.

Four of them look good and healthy.
One of the twins is significantly smaller and has a slow heartbeat.

We are excited, scared, anxious, giddy, elated, etc all at once.

Will be back for personals tomorrow...

OMG Sassy you over achiever ...i spat out my tea when i read that..i looked saw you posted thought ooo wonder if she knows yet...i read 5...yep it says 5

your going to be one busy mommy...let me know if you need a hand...

Holy cow Sassy five what are you going to do my goodness i don't know what to say but oh boy how many did you transfer what is your doctor suggesting for you. you definately have some decisions to make wow congrats on the great heart beats

Holy smokes! What else can we say Sassy! Five!!! You are obviously a very strong woman because you wouldn't be given a challenge you couldn't handle.

I'll be watching out for you on Oprah in a year or two - hee hee!!!

I sure hope that the morning sickness isn't 5-fold! Congratulations and rest lots!!!

OMG Sassy!!! That is unbelieveable!!!

I bet you are just stunned and in a total state of shock. I know I am and I'm not the one having the Quints. Apparently, God has chosen you for a special task. I transferred 3 and asked God to give me what he wanted me to have. I ended up with a singleton. He had some other plans for you.

Do you work outside the home currently?

Jomae- Congrats on your recent u/s.

My belly button was sore yesterday too. I think its from the stretching. One of my friends yesterday asked me if anyone had asked if i was pg. I told her no....she said well, it's starting to show a little. I don't think anyone will ask. I'm not a little woman...about a size 14/16 before I got pg. They probably think I am getting fat...lol.

Hi Everyone,

I just got a call from my RE with my OB appointment. It is scheduled for April 15th - that is week 14. Doesn't that seem kind of late? I had my u/s at week 7 and then won't have another one until week 14. I thought with twins they wanted more frequent u/s. I suppose there isn't much I can do since I really want this OB but another month sure seems like a long time from now! Oh well!

Kelly, I would be calling them up and telling them ....they need to get you in sooner than that. I am not even having twins and I will have 3 more appts during the time you are waiting for your first....the 17th, the 31st, and the 14th....so something doesnt sound right. That means you will miss the deadline for the Nuchal Fold test... if you plan to do that.

Thanks for your input! I just called them back and asked them whether it is okay to have an appointment at 14 weeks and they said that my clinic gave them the wrong information so they didn't realize that I'd be that far along. Anyway, they moved up my appointment to April 1st which makes me feel so much better!!! At least I'll then by 12 weeks! Phew!

Kelly- I am glad they moved up your appointment. I have been seeing my IVF clinic every two weeks and my first ob appt is at week 11. I will still have time for the nuchal test that way.

Sassy - OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! I am in shock for you! I can't believe you are having 5 babies. Congratulations! You and your DH must have lots of planning to do. Do you have a large family nearby that can help you out when they come?
