KATE65: I am so sorry for for your bad news. I hope you can take time, talk to your RE and decide what is best for you. Whatever your next step is, I am praying for your happy ending.


ER was this morning. We got 6 eggs. I was thinking we would get 5, so at least we have that. Now, we wait for the fertilization report tomorrow. I keep getting scared that they will call and say none fertilized. Both me and DH had procedures today, we did a TESA for the sperm, so we both came home and sacked out for a couple hours. I am now cramping pretty badly, but I expected that (same as last time). I will post tomorrow and let you know how many fertilized.

Thanks everyone for your good thoughts, keep them going for my little eggies to get fertilized.

Good evening Ladies! Just wanted to update you all. My eggs are growing slower this time...but that is good. My RE is hoping that by growing slower with low dosages that we will get better quality eggs. I have another US tomorrow, with trigger Sunday and retrieval is scheduled for Tuesday. We will do 5 day transfer, so that puts me at Easter Sunday :P I am hoping that is a great sign for us!! This is tentative based on tomorrows US and BW, but I do not think it will change. I will update if it does :)

Kate - So sorry to hear about your PGD results. I can only imagine what you're going thru. We are here to offer any support possible. I would suggest the same as the others...you and DH take some time to talk this over and decide what is best for you :(

Keita - Same type thing happened to me last time. I responded really well and my eggs grew super fast. On day of retrieval, they got 21, 15 fertilized but only 3 lived. It was really shocking :shock: That is why we're changing things up.

J&C - Congrats on your embaby making it to blast for freezing 8)

kbear - Congrats on 6 eggs!! Now let's see that fert report :) Did you not want to do ICSI to insure all fertilized? We are doing that this time.

Brandy - CONGRATS! Another BFP for our group :P :P :P

indie rad - you are in our prayers and that beta will rise. Like J&C said...you are PUPO! :D

Sorry if I missed or mixed up anyone..I have been feeling a little under the weather. I am trying to fight off a cold.

Well, the Fertilization report is in and........

6 eggs
ALL MATURE

5 FERTILIZED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not believe it, this is so much better than last time when we had 6 eggs, 4 mature and 2 fertilized.

Tomorrow, we should know if we are doing a 3 or 5 day transfer. We are praying that our "Embies" keep on dividing.

We did do ICSI on all, but my RE stated that this still does not mean all will fertilize. We had to do ICSI, since we got our sperm from my DH's TESA procedure.

I will post again tomorrow to let everyone know how the Embies are doing.

Goog Morning everyone! Just back from my latest US and my eggs are growing slower than expected. :shock: I have another night of meds and trigger should be Monday night with retrieval on Wednesday. I am trying not to be too concerned and my RE says this is fine and probably better not to have grown them so fast like last time.

Well, I will update again when I have more to share.

kbear - have you found out yet when your ET will be?
Sue Hu & J&C - when are your test dates? I want to update our list :)

My test date is 3/23 - and I'm already thinking about POAS next weekend...though I really don't think I should. :shock:

I'm trying to keep the PMA, but it's not working very well today. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
