JC.. remember Cornybaby??? Dude her FIRST beta was 23.. and then it didn't double 2nd or 3rd time and they wanted to cancel.. She's now carrying TWINS!!

Don't you DARE give up. Doubling or not doubling has shown to mean nothing. You've got one/two strong fighters.. they need mommy to be strong now too.

*HUGS* It's JUST a number.

Hey J&C ~ I totally agree with Jenis, Cornybaby is a PERFECT example of how patience pays off! I'm sure everything will be just fine. It's not doing your babies any good to be really stressed out, try to do something relaxing. Everything will work out!!!

Kbear ~ Sorry about your friend and your rotten acupuncture experience. I wouldn't go back to her. You had asked me what I meant by my feeling of my "crotch falling out". The feeling was like something was sitting on my cervix and pushing down into my vagina. It was a weird pressure sensation and the best way for me to describe it was my crotch falling out!! (My DH gets lots of entertainment from my colorful descriptions of things!!!!) Hope this helps. Have you had something similar?

Sue ~ I'm very sorry to hear about your BFN. I know you will get a BFP the next time!!

Itsgottawork ~ Fantastic beta! I am curious to hear what they see in the ultrasound on Friday. I didn't think they could see anything that early? Please tell us all about it!!

Jill ~ How are you and your 5 little ones?? I love that you coach them along! I actually talk to mine also! (But I talk to EVERYTHING, including wild animals in my woods, see, I told you girls that I'm nuts!)

Keita and Brs888~ How are you?

As for me, I go in tomorrow for my 2nd beta. Hopefully everything will be fine. I won't have my ultrasound for a couple more weeks. Will they be able to hear a heartbeat then????

Have a great evening!

My goodness it's hard to keep up with all you ladies and your bfps! I wanted to say congrats to all of you!

Sue hu - I'm sorry sweetie but don't give up yet, that is awesome that your insurance pays for something, our insurance doesn't pay for anything and its horrible to pay out of pocket for everything which is why this is our last shot for awhile. I wish you all the luck for a BFP for your next round!!

Me - Im doing great, Im a lil worried because I am almost totally convinced that this is it and Im scared to be that convinced just to be let down. I figure i need to relax and enjoy it regardless. I wanted to plop in and say hello to you all!! I so wish it was the weekend already...:sigh:

Good evening everyone...I am doing well, I guess. I was having some cramping today, but I think it's my ovaries again. Just when I thought that was over with, it comes back :( I am afraid to think of it as anything else b/c of my embryo quality, but I am trying to stay positive :)

Sue - I am saddened to hear of your BFN. Don't give up...you will get your BFP and you are fortunate to have such great insurance coverage to assist you. This is my last chance b/c my insurance max was met halfway thru this cycle. Keep up the PMA and you will get that long awaited BFP!!!

J&C - I agree with everyone on this. It's not time to throw in the towel. Just keep the stress level down and relax. This is the time you need to be there for your babie(s) :)

Jen - I am glad to hear I am not crazy and that other mommies-to-be talked to their babies!

Kbear - I am sorry to hear about your friend too.

Well I am off to work tomorrow and it is going to be hard after being off since last Wednesday.

Keep up the PMA and I will check in later this week.

Hi Ladies,

I just wanted to stop in to congratulate all of you on the BFPs.
I am so happy that you are all Image

All of your stories and experiences give me the strength to keep on pushing on. It is wonderful to share in your excitement as you share the increase in Beta numbers. It will also continue to be exciting as more ultrasound experiences are shared as well.

Corny- your story is so awesome!!! WOW it is so cool that you will be Image

To Sue and all the other BFPs- I know it is hard to to stay strong and gather the PMA for another round. I promise the helpless feeling does disappear and the drive for motherhood takes its place. It will be all the more wonderful when we are able to hear our own baby's heartbeats. It is only a short time before we are all posting that we are Image

OKAY, I AM MUCH BETTER TODAY, SORRY FOR THE MINI-MELTDOWN YESTERDAY!!

I have convinced myself (with Ghost's help), that all the pains in my nether regions are due to the drugs, so just becuase I had them last time and got a BFN, and I have some this time, it does not mean I will get another BFN.

I was very tempted to POAS today, 9p 3d transfer. But, I restrained myself. I know I will before my BETA, just to prepare myself, but it is still a little too early. My BETA is 04/01, I think I will test Monday morning the day before. I know the trigger shot will be out of my system, and even if I get a negative, I will continue my PIO shots and estrace until after official BETA results, just in case.

Thanks for all the support, you gals are great!!!! :D

Hi Girls ~

Hope everyone is having a good day. Mine was good, got a great 2nd beta at 1282, but this afternoon I started spotting!!! I haven't had any unusual crampiness, no more or less than usual, should I be worried? I can't help but freak out! I don't think I'm spotting anymore, hope that's a good sign.

I am freaking out, unfortunately feeling selfish, so I will do personals later.

Jen that is a great 2nd Beta, I wouldn't worry too much i have heard spotting is normal early on. If it continues I may call your Dr. just to be safe! **hugs**

Ok, so I'm out of my pity party for the moment, and I'm back to a semi-PMA. I'm just praying that my beta keeps going up. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement. I'll post my increasing beta score tomorrow!

cornybaby - I have to admit that the very first thing that I thought about when they told me my beta # yesterday was - I remember when Cornybaby's beta # was low, and now she's pregnant with twins. You go girl!! :D

kbat - Good luck to you!

Jill_n_Mark - Thanks for keeping up the calendar!! And I can't wait to see your BFP with those 5 transferred embies. :D

Sue - I'm so sorry. I'm going to follow you on the board to see your BFP next time around. (((hugs)))

Mrs. G - Hang in there!!! PMA - PMA!!!! (Of course, this is coming from the girl who needs to be reminded of PMA herself.)

kbear - I'm so glad I'm not the only one with meltdowns.

jen - I've read that so many women spot in their first trimester.

Hi Ladies,

Thanks to all of you for your kind words of support and encouragement.

I am keeping you all in my thoughts and keeping track of what is happening with everyone.

Jen and J&C - you will both be fine, I feel it!

Good luck in the coming days/week to - Mrs G, Jill_n_Mark, kbear!

Our RE called today and suggested we go in for a personal follow-up over the next couple of weeks. He briefly mentioned that my eggs were all fine but DH's sperm caused the low fertility rate. :-( Scary, since there's not much they can do for that. They already did ICSI and the urologist did not recommend TESE this time. Maybe that will help..? We shall see.

Bye all,
Sue

J&C, the beta should double within 2-3 days so at 2 days I would say yours was right on! And I don't need to say any more than...CornyBaby :) Let us know how things go :)

Jen, I had a friend who spotted until she was like 4 months pregnant! Some women even have small periods while pregnant. Keep that PMA going. About the ultrasound...if I remember correctly, you can't hear the heartbeat that early, but you can see it. How exciting!

As for me...wow do I feel pregnant...and I'm loving it :) My husband and I can hardly believe it, but my belly is starting to stick out already. With my first I didn't show until almost 3.5 months?! I guess I'm already stretched out :P

Good Evening Girls!

Hope you all are doing great! I spotted again today. It's funny, I spotted both yesterday and today at the exact same times! I wonder if it has to do with my period-- it would normally be flowing by now. Just to be sure, I am going in tomorrow morning for another beta and I am going to switch from prog suppos. to PIO shots. My dr. said that the suppos. may be irritating my cervix and that could be what's causing my spotting. Hopefully it goes away and I can continue with my miracle pregnancy!

Brs888 ~ Thank you so much for telling me about your friend. I will certainly try to keep the PMA going. I know it's not good for my bean(s) to have their mommy stressed!! :D I am SO happy that you feel so pregnant! How exciting! Do you know when your due date is? So exciting!

Sue Hu ~ Thanks, sweetie, for telling me I will be fine. I am anxious for you to "get back in the game" so I can read all about your BFP!! Much luck to you!!!!! :D

J&C ~ What is your beta score? So anxious to hear what it is! I'm sure that you will do wonderful!

Jill ~ How are you doing?? Hope those 5 embabies are doing great!

Mrs. G ~ Thanks for your encouragement! How are you doing? Hope all is well.

Kbear ~ How are you? Have you POAS?

Hope to "talk" to you girls soon!

My 3rd beta # came in at 282 today, so we're doing really well. My betas have been 11dp3dt = 84, 13dp3dt = 140 and 15dp3dt = 282. I feel soooooo much better now.

HI EVERYONE!!!

NEFFI: Stay strong, and I think you are right, don't POAS again until day before or day of BETA.

J&C: Your BETA's sound great, I am so happy for you.

JEN: I've seen a lot of people talk about spotting, hope it stops soon. I am sure you just fine. Wait until you hear that little heartbeart, all will be wonderful.

SUE: I am glad you are ready, and we are so glad to hear from you. I know your BFP is coming.

I have not POAS as of yet. I am not going to until Monday. My BETA is Tuesday. Monday will be 14 days post 3 day tranfer, so I am sure if I am pregnant, it will show. I would just rather know before I get the call.

I am feeling positive, though. After my little meltdown the other day, I have been fine. I have handled this 2ww better than the last one, where I cried every day. I have felt different the last few days, just like something is going on, but that is probably the PIO as well. Who knows.

I am out of work early and we are off to Philadelphia for the weekend. I have been tempted to POAS the last couple days, but I want to have fun this weekend, so I figured, if it is negative, wait until Monday to find out.

HUGS GO OUT TO YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!
