(cuz they came from other side of the pond) ---- well, after contacting zita west, they sent ADDTIONAL order, with tracking this time and we actually rec'd that package over the weekend last weekend..........wouldn't ya know that we got the ORIGINAL package just yesterday????????? looked like it had traveled to china and back!!! too funny!! so now we have SIX months worth!!!!! (lets hope it doesn't take that long!!!) bye-bye girls!!! not sure if i'll be on or not this weekend......have boys with us - which generally translates into me being BUSY!!!

I am still busy grading papers I also am coordinating an 8 week project for a school district and that is taking my time as well. Ok I also take awfully long naps throughoiut the day which are not helping either. I only have a few minutes so I will just be selfish and talk about myself for now

Good news _ I went o my ob gyn yesterday He was so happy for me - I have had him for 9 years - so he has been with me all through my ttc years! He goes ok I wont schedule anything for the end of October I was so happy - cuz I dont like hospitals ( my momma had a home birth, my sister had a home birth, and I always wanted to have one too) so I only want my obgyn there to deliver! He wanted to see the baby so he went ahead and did an u/s - though his equipment is not as agood as the REs. They also gave me all of these magazines on pregnancy and all! So it is helping this pg feel a bit more real. \

Hope, and all!!

Having some progesterone down moments the past couple of days but trying to keep up the PMA. Just every little thing is pushing my buttons. The kids, DH, I finally layed down today at 1050 but still could not sleep but stayed in bed until 1230. Now during the time, I did pee three times. I don't know if that is a sign, but it felt reassuring. I am very positive most of the time, but this progesterone, now that I am on 2cc a day is unbelievable.

I have been having localized cramping, which is different from usual. Tired, etc. Nothing telltale. As far as POAS, I will definitely do it morning of the test, but I might do it Mon or Tue.

The kids will be here those days so I am not sure. The stepmoms out there know it is just freaking hard sometimes to discipline or even talk to them some times. I am trying to keep my cool.

Well enough about me

Mia great news about your doc. I am sure you are very excited. The one thing that sucks about if I end up with twins or triplets is that I won't be able to deliver with my most favorite dr in the world because he only delivers at one hospital and they don't do NICU patients. If they have a baby go bad there they have to life flight or ambulence them to the right hospital. So what ever is best for the babies, but I will miss being with him.

Angie, great news on the 10 pound loss. I am soo happy for you. Every 1 of them is a success.

Chriss, what day is the hysteroscopy again? Good luck.

hi just a quickie as just got home from work and going to bed for sleep!!

Had scan on thursday and saw little one, although very shy and didn't want to face the scan so had to go away and drink some coffee and come back. By that time, beanie was feeling a little more playful and got some great scan pictures which I'll post when I have some more time - all is well and good, 2 of everything it was suspose to have!!

Didn't find out the sex although very tempting!!

Shantala - haven't read back on all the posts but get the gist that something happened?? Will log on later and read back but hope your doing ok?

Hope - congratulations on the BFP - thats excellent news

Rachel - how did the hospital visit go - hope your not still in there!

Sorry this is short and sweet, but work is manic - the new terminal 5 isn't going so well, so mega busy and constantly on feet!!

Everything seems to have setteled down a bit here now i spent all friday in the hospital but good news is no pre eclampsia and b/p has setteled down no midwife has not called to check it yet though a bit angry about that but maybe shes busy we have lost our internet connection at the moment so i wont be around much but will log on with any news i have when i was at the hospital on friday they put me on the monitor and the braxton hicks were quite visable but midwife said she was not engaged tidy yet but been having loads of pressure yesterday so hopefully she will soon be here

Hello everyone!!! How is your weekend. Not much going on the site here. I gave myself my Progesterone shot today because I did not want to wake DH. It was not that bad on my own. I think my DSS came in the room like 8 times this morning. One of these days he will be able to get up on his own without assistance. One of the things I am going to do today is get a longer pully thing for his light in his room because it is not hooked up to turn on the light or the fan. So if the fan is going, he cannot turn on the light because he his not tall enough. So I am going to take care of that today.

Just three more days. I am getting jittery about it. I am feeling very positive like I mean that I just have that I am pregnant feeling but trying to not be overly positive.

Steph - You're probably about to meet with the nurse right now!! I hope it all goes well today at your appts! How the palpitations? Have they stopped? I hope so. And then you've got your cooking class with mom tonight?? Busy girl! You're gonna be worn out by tonight!!! Whatcha making?? Something yummy, i'm sure!! So I did the 2nd POAS yesterday - it was much darker, woo hoo!

So Friday pretty much sucked! The day started at 9:30 for my benefits meeting...lasted 2 unGODLY hours! Poke thy eyeballs OUT! Not to mention I didn't get a chance to pee and by the time I got to my nurse's apt thankfully I didn't cuz I had to "give a sample"...I was like hurry up with the cup or I'm gonna wet my pants AND that meeting was boring as well!!! Weight, BP, lots of dumb questions...ok I guess they are importnant, but couldn't you have gotten the same info out of my RE's file??? That was 20 minutes of my life I will never get back. Then it was off to lunch with a friend and then had my TB test read...ooooo the excitement haha. At 1 I got to meet with my OB. I had MORE friggen questions, then an exam...woohoo action! I told her bout the palpitations, but I didn't get an US!!!! Guess they don't do em in the office there but down in radiology! WFT they are connected to the RE's office and they have 2!!!! pooheads!!! But she wasn't concerned bout the palps affecting the baby but for my peace of mind said I could have another US...so she wrote that on my list of crap to schedule, and EKG, and holter monitor, my nuchal scan and a VIABILITY US!!! I didn't like that name but understand what it means. So I went to scheduling to get it all done...the heart stuff is set for next Thursday and the next day they have for my VIABILITY scan was the 10th!!!!! WTF!!! I'll be 11 weeks!!!! That was like 2 weeks AWAY!!! 2 weeks of going friggen NUTS!!!! Not to mention I couldn't do they time they had cuz of work So the next day was the 18th!!!! JESUS so much for putting my mind at ease everything was FINE!!!! That is my 12th week so we are just gonna do my nuchal scan then instead! OOO and then to top it off I get to do an early glucose tolerance test cuz of my age and my arse size Gonna do it tomorrow in the morning I guess cuz she has other blood work for me cuz of the palps and I want those checked out as soon as the ekg and holters are avail. Well that whole unproductive day...I didn't get outta there til 3!!! THEN had to run home gather up my crap and doggies to go to my rents in time for our 6 o'clock cooking class (it was fish....I know what and how much I can eat safely so no lectures ladies haha). Well it had been snowing alll damn day so the drive was sucky but got there in enough time to pee and grab a little snack before since it would be awhile before we got to eat. We got there and found out school was cancelled cuz of the weather!!!!!! Sucky day just got suckier!!!! So my mom and I went to Uno's for dinner since dad already ate...then we hit Target to shop and we of course found cute baby turtle stuff plus a few pairs of maternity jeans...and a bigger bra fer my bigger tatas haha. But it didn't make really make up fer the crap day Then my mom and I came to my house on Sat and we did a ton of Spring cleaning of closets and stuff to make room for the turtle princess Lord knows I wouldn't have gotten anywhere if I did it myself. Then today my dad met up with us and he even chopped up the 3 feet of ice in front of my garage and porch fer me My hero haha

Well that was my life in a nutshell this weekend! SOOOOO exciting. Thank God I have another week off to recover...I wish I could be like Rachel and Shantala and off for MONTHS THAT I'm jealous about

steph -- YES, funny that you ask.....we actually DID get the other 3 bottles of pills -- like 4 days after the "re-shipment" of the order!!! i said the same thing, we'll now have SIX months of super-swimmer vitamins!!! ha, ha!! sounds like you had a LONG ---- TIRING weekend girl!!! it's a damn good thing you have this week to recover!! oh yeah, also meant to ask you --- what brand of pee sticks would you recommend as REALLY good ones?? asking cuz my new RE has suggested we do a couple rounds of "timed intercourse" -- similar to IUI - but in the comforts of my own home w/ my very own hubby!! Think she's gonna have me do a trigger and all.....should be interesting...so anyway - part of it all involves doing the OPK thing.....which i did forever ago -- and honestly the only thing i remember is that one of the store brands i bought didn't work so well....so i'll stay away from those......

Chriss - sorry I have forgotten when your procedure is, but wanted to wish you the very best for it. I had a laparoscopy last year, not sure what the difference is between that and what you're havin done. Hope it all goes well.

ICSI - you won't be needing 6 months. The natural triggered cycle sounds good. At least you're doing something between now and your next round of IVF. Hey, it may not even come to that and you might get pg in the comfort of your home! You better have lots of romantic nights planned in your busy schedule.

Hope - have the official results come in yet? Can't wait to hear your beta

Stephjim - not too long to go for you now. When were you planning to do a hpt? Bet you can't wait to see the 2 lines.

what brand of pee sticks would you recommend as REALLY good ones??

I personally prefer FRER (1st Response Early Response). I had to get the Clear Blue Easy ones on occasion and I'm not fond of the blue lines, don't ask why but I just didn't like em. They seemed blurry and I never got a + with them...so they MUST suck haha. I think the pack of 7 was like $12 for the FRER???

At least you still get to have fun while waiting for IVF! Maybe you guys won't need the IVF in a few months!!! WOO

I'm off to get my hairs done in a bit then I should come home and drink my sugar sludge since I didn't get my arse outta bed and to the bloodwork early haha. I would be nice to get em done today though...but we shall see.
