Oooppsss.....looks like we're all posting at once!

Hope - your DH sounds like he's just protecting his/ your feelings as you've been hurt before. So have you I know, but people deal with emotions differently. Sometimes we lose sight of what we have at present as we fear the future. But there's nothing you can do about the future, so may as well enjoy the present!

Hey, you know you can always count on us to share your excitement.

Miracle - thinking of you today sweetie - Image

You are NOT being an impatient brat - you just know what you want and are ready to get started - there's nothing wrong with that. Praying all turns your way very soon and you can get back on track with tmt. And don't you apologize for the "poor me's" - we ALL have those days and this is where we come to feel at home saying so! We Image U!!! Hang in there, girlie!

ICSI and Hope - you asked if I was still cleaning like a made woman? Cleaning....yes, but not too obsessed any more. Still cooking everyday though! Am quite pleased with my culinary skills.

angel - you're so funny!!! i can only wish (as we all do) that our private romps will in fact do the trick now that dh is taking super-duper swimmer vitamins!!!!! (and believe me -- i'm enjoying the romps!! although, it can/does become a bit mechanical at times -- you know, the whole "ok it's time....gotta do it right now")

hope --- i'm a "fox & friends" fan and they had a correspondent over in your neck of the woods this past weekend talking about kicking off cherry blossom festival(s) --- thought of you!!!!!! OMG -- you must be over the moon excited!!!!!! and ya know - cuz we've all talked about it at different times --- our dh's can be such "bummer-heads" with all this stuff..... they just don't get that we (women) live, breath, walk, talk and any other form of COMMUNICATION ----- IVF or IUI or whatever!!!! for us, this is a safe haven....a support group like you wouldn't even believe!!!! so thankful i've got you girls.........

stephjim --- YEEEEEEE-HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! Image

Mir, I am soo sorry that you are down in the dumps. What can I do to make you laugh. I would tell you a joke, but I don't know any. You will get there and while I am not agreeing with DH for being such a stinker. Remember that you are younger than most on here and you have plenty of time. It will happen for you. I know it will. Keep smiling and take a look at the videos on my Myspace again to make you laugh.

Thanks Ladies! You all are the best.

You girls are right, I know how lucky I am that time is on my side. I start thinking, OMG, I am going to be 28! And I start worrying. (I know most of you girls are probably thinking I am lucky, so sorry to offend anyone)
Thank you so much for your kind words.

Steph, when I get home, I am definitley going to your Myspace and looking at your videos again!!! By the way, sorry I didnt get on chat over the weekend, i didnt see your comment till much later!!! :(

Miracle - I feel you on the age... Thankfully my dh thinks I am close to menopaus?? so he was like we better try again before it is too late - I was like too late I am 28!! But it doesnt matter if you are 28 or 48 the feeling of hopelessness we all get is the same - that is why these boards are so great all of us from different walks of life, different continents - all share this bond! And you will get there sweetie - I know the waiting is the hardest part :( - but keep the faith!!

Angie: You mean you don't find watching the clock for the precise time you can start making love exciting?? lol! I wouldnt tell dh the time cause he hated how artificial the moments started.

Angel: We are still waiting for you to come clean our houses! I think you are right on with - Hope... she must have found another forum online (the one the pastor was warning about) and that is where she spends her time INSTEAD of doing personals...

Hope That is so funny about dh nudging you!! I just get online when dh is away - He wants me to need him to comfort me - but I dont think he could handle all of me :) Dont worry your dh will be like mine every day showing these small signs of excitement!

Well an amazing thing happened last night - I was hungry and I ate an apple - and I loved it!! I have never been an apple lover - very amazing!! I find that I am hungry all the time, but get full after a few bites of whatever I am eating - so I am tryin to eat all through the day. I have to wait until April 24 for my next appt - I guess it will be once a month appts from here on out.

Glad to see everyone is filling these pages up again :)

MP

Stephjim: Woo hoo - So happy for you hun!!!! Is dh excited??/ or more like mine and Hope's??

I only got a positive once but that's 'cos I usually got a trigger shot before the natural surge. I never missed ov using them. I bought mine on ebay mostly as it was a lot cheaper. Just make sure they are new, sealed packs and are in date.

su -- are you saying that i WON'T see a smiley if i'm doing a trigger shot?? just trying to figure out how all of this is going to work!!
I think the trigger would give you a smiley face, I just never continued to poas after the trigger, I just trusted that it worked. Because I was having scans they triggered when the follies were 18-20mm and didn't wait for a natural surge. You can get a natural surge at anything over 14mm in theory.

Wow it's been busy on here again. I'm too tired to do a proper catch up but just wanted to say

We actually had a lovely warm, sunny, spring day here today which, unfortunately, translates to really hot and stuffy at work. Why couldn't it be like that last week when I was off instead of raining all week? Well I'm starting to feel big and a bit uncomfortable now and the heat at work has worn me out and made my feet swell so I'm off to bed.

Mia,
DH is really excited and rubbin my belly and keeps referring to hit as babies. I would not be upset, I promise. Although one is just as good. My step son keeps asking is this going to kill the baby is that going to kill the baby? It is cute.

Mir- I am sooooo impatient too! Don't beat yourself up over it!!! Just think, in less than 2 months, 2 weeks and 3 days, my world of hell will be over!! That is June 18th...that should be close to when you can start treatment right??? It really isn't as far away when you think about it that way...but it sure seems like forever to say JUNE!!! Heck girl it is April today!!! WOOOOOOO We are almost there!!!!!

Chin up- pip-pip haha
