Well well well you girls have been busy - when do yall find the time?? I have a few moments before dh gets home...

Hope: see I am thinking I might not be showing cus I can still fit in my clothes and I am already almost 12 weeks. - But I really want to show b/c I think ppl will think we just adopted and are lying about it!! I know that sounds awful - but there is a stigma there about IF women - which I could care less about - in fact dh and I talk a lot about it there and lots of ppl have "confessed" their dificulties... any way I just dont ppl to think I lied - I mean if I adopted I would just say I adopted! ok it prob isnt that important -

Any way how are all you lovely ladies (and men in case we have one of Oprah's guest here)?

Chriss: I am not sure if I told you I LOVE YOUR SIGNATURE. You are doing so great keeping the PMA up girl!!

Miracle: Where oh where can my Miracle be???

Angel: Dont listen to the other girls - they wont pay you to clean their houses like i will :)

Peqe: Watch eating tonight???

Hope - stay away from mex food - ugh I can only eat meat and potatoes and bread - that is it! some veggies every now and then, but nothing with too much flavor, or bleh.

Stephjim: OH I hope you can hear the hb at the next appt! I was so surprised when I heard my lil train!

Ok that is it for now - hello to everyone else.. I havent forgotten you but I am developing carpal tunnel as we speak (original excuse, huh) BTW honestly I have been having pains in my wrist ... could that have to do with pg??

hello ladies...

Well, I have a bit of news. I didnt want to say anything to jinx it, but DH and I have been going to a new RE. (not sure if i told you girls about me switching drs?)

Well, after RE looked at DH test results he sent him in for more blood work. Well all the results have came back, and guess what???? He thinks there is a very good chance that he can get sperm or sperm cells from DH!!!!! DH and I are so excited. I started crying as soon as he said that. He refered us to another urologist and the that UR said the same thing. All of DH hormones are all great. Doesnt have testicular failure!!!! Everything does happen for a reason and if we did the IUI already we might have missed out on the chance of having DH baby!!! I am so excited but trying to remember there is a chance that there still wont be any. But the dr said 99% there is at least cells, which they can "grow!!!" So looks like we will be saving for IVF. We cant have the dr get dh sperm out till we have the money for IVF. They do not want to freeze it. They think it will not be strong enough or it might not make it to thawing. So we are going to be doing IVF w/ ICSI. DH and I talked about if there still isnt any sperm or cells, or that if the IVF doesn't work for us we will go back to the DIUI. I think this is the best news we have received in forever. DH is so happy. He is already talking about a "little" him. Enough of me.

So happy for you Hope, excellant beta!!! You too Steph2!!

Rachel- take it easy. So exciting that your little miracle will be here soon!!!

to a holter monitor. it is like a portable ekg I wear for 24 hrs. the last 2 times i wore one the recorder was BIG...like bigger than a portable cd player. this thing is smaller than my ipod! Now if they can advance medicine like that in the last 4 yrs in cardiac equipment why can't the advance US machines in the last 35 yrs to figure out what sex kid I'm having at this time??? Why do I have to wait 10 more weeks haha

Sweet we are all gonna be pincushions tomorrow!!!

WOOOOHOOOO! That is fantastic news MIR!!!! Now does this mean you will do IVF isntead of IUI? That is the only way they can do it? Just make sure while you eat Ramen noodles for the next few months to save your munies that you take your vitamin too :D hehe

That is seriously exciting news!!!

Hey all,

Lara - good to hear from you. I thought you were probably in hospital now having your baby. It must be exciting that she will come any day now!

Miracle - Yay!!!! You so deserve some good news. Waiting is a frustrating thing with IF but if you know what the plan is, it makes it that much bearable. Yes, everything does happen for a reason but we don't always see it right away. Like you said, your delay was to enable you to find out that you and your DH don't need to go down the donor route just yet!

Hope - You are definitely having twins with those numbers (if not triplets). Just think, one could have split. Anyway, like you said, whether its one or four, as long as you have a healthy pregnancy that goes on to full term, thats all that matters. And it will.

Steph - Your DH sounds very excited. Have you told family/ friends yet or are you going to wait? Your DSS is very sweet taking care of his brother/sister already!

Steph - with the thingy you're hooked up to, would it mess your results if you got on a treadmill and did 10 min of running??  How long do you have to keep it? I had palitations last year and they made me go through all that. After the treadmill exercise where I almost fell off, I drew the line and refused to go and have the monitor hooked up. Dunno if this applies to you, but my doc mentioned that lack of vitamin D can sometimes aggravate it.

Mia - you need to start eating 10 small meals a day. Seriously! Then you'll definitely show by May. I am sure people will beleive you, don't worry about that.

Chriss
- glad your procedure went well. Did RE say if the "curve" is what contributed to maybe the transfer not happening correctly? Anyways, sounds like you are very positive about the new RE. When do your start your cycle?

Angie - poor you. You feeling any better? Hope you are resting up.

Where is everyone else? Have they found other friends and not told us? :(

 Uumm.....Mia, the best way to cure that is by typing some more. Your wrist needs some exercise. :)
