YAY!!!! Having the first US on Friday the 18th. Working out with some people at work to trade days because of course it falls on a day I work. So YAY!!

Steph and Hope waiting your results.

Hey Ladies

So sorry i been MIA for ages, i cant even catch up as there are so many pages! Feeling really low at the moment, cant seem to put my finger on why i feel so down! I just got no hope at all with this working for us, im so scared that it wont work as its our last go - so i think im blocking all the pma out, so that if it doesnt work - i wont be too disapointed!
Im so so tired, im physically shattered, im depressed, im fat, ive put on loads of weight in the past few weeks - i cant stop eating (hense the weight gain) im having hot flushes, mood swings - and ive only been down regulating for 12 days!!!! Ive got another 26 days left before i even start stimms .... im pissed off!!!!!! Sorry ladies, am trying to be jolly, but feel i cant jump in where i left off for some reason.
Stephjim & Hope - Wow! So pleased for u ladies, that is fab news .. ur numbers are great ...

Everyone else (u know who u are) thank u for being there when ive needed u - im not abandoning u, im just tired at the moment - i hope it changes and i feel i can jump back in again soon ...

Well my results are back! At least for my blood sugars...heart palps will take about a week. I passed with flying colors. My pre-test level was 90 and they like below 95...check. Then 1 hr after I was 140 and they like below 185...check. Then at 2 hrs I was only 135...only dropped 5! EEEK but it was below the 150 they require...check. At this point I was starting to feel like crap, all shaky and stuff so they kept me in the back in the recliner and fed me ice chips haha. I read for the hour and got my last blood draw while I was totally FREEZING and shaking. Well they like that test to be below 135...yeh I was a whopping 50!!!! Can you say diabetic COMA!!! Holy crap they tried to kill me

I have felt like crap all day and I am so ready for bed and it is only 5:30!!!

Waiting fer those numbers Hope! Already talked to Steph...who's #s rock by the way

Steph2 - 810!!!! WOW! That's great news!!!! even better than you'd hoped!! We must be on the same wavelength, girlfriend - cos mine is 9,156! You were hoping for 700 and got over 800 and I was hoping for 8000 and got over 9000!

My nurse was very pleased with our rise today. Made our appointment for the 1st U/S next Wed (WOW - i guess that's one of the benefits of waiting so long til the 1st beta - U/S is just around the corner!) so just 4 more days and I get to see my little one(s) hanging on in there!! Now, it's time for a nap... I'll be back to check in later.

So glad all you sugar numbers came back good - geez, sounds like they did try to kill you, and freeze you to death too!

I'm back from my nap. Where is everyone?! Well, I guess it is the middle of the night - or almost morning on the other side of the pond - and it's 11pm here! You guys are probably all sleeping like normal ppl

Stephjim - Yeah, I know what u mean... my clinic does a lot of stuff (or doesn't do stuff) that others do and it makes you wonder WHY? I am glad that they do 3 betas - seems like they are more conservative than some other places. Though waiting for the call again today was like waiting for Christmas when you're 5 - with the fear of getting coal in your stocking!

I told the nurse that took my blood that I was aiming for 8000 and she said, well, don't be disappointed if it's not that high... a lot of times they level off for a bit at this stage. WHAT?!! You know i've read everything i can get my hands on about betas and doubling times and everything - and I never read that before - not this early! Sure - 10 weeks or whatever, but not 5! And i know the higher they get, the longer it takes to double, but still! So then I started getting antsy about 130pm... she finally called at 245. Whew. This is why I do POAS. I hate that wait and then the call (while I'm standing in my boss' office!!!) - thank goodness he's cool and I was able to run out.

Don't worry, Steph, I'm sure you're numbers are doing just fine!!! If you really wanted it, could you get your regular OB/GYN to do it? I know a lot of them do qualitative and not quantitative - so that might not be an option - but just a thought.

i think the weird food issues have somewhat started for me. it's weird. last time i was feeling sick if i didn't eat like every 3-4 hrs, even in the middle of the night! Now, i'm hardly eating anything - i guess that's what i get for giving you a hard time, MIA!!! I feel full with just a tiny bit - but then i do get hungry again, so i eat when i'm hungry. i checked my weight (have stayed AWAY from the scales since just before i started this tmt) - and i've lost 4 lbs (compared to pre tmt weight) not that much, but more than i'd expect. Oh, and the heartburn has kicked in... bleah. TUMS, my new BFF.

well, kids, since no one is aroud to play with, i guess i'll go back to bed! silly to be up, since i'm yawning as i type anyway!

Good morning. Just two more days of shots left. I started on the suppositories today. I need to figure out a schedule for that for when I go back to work. Because I have to lay down for a bit after putting it in. I will figure out something.

13 days to go until my us now. Yay!!!! counting down. Hope everyone is doing really well today. Hope to hear from you all.

i'm so sorry that I missed the big news but you were both in my thoughts. Those beta numbers are great - wow so jealous, they don't really do beta's over here so you have no idea whats going on. So, next is the u/s when you get to see that little heartbeat or should i say heartbeats!!

Hope - wait til you're bigger with food issues - boy I can't eat like I used too!! There's no room for food, its filled with beanie!! Gotta be little and often!

Steph hun - guess those numbers means your sugar levels are good? I'm sure the papitations are nothing - remember I had them really bad at the beginning of my pregnancy and now only get them once in a blue moon - sure its your body adjusting to the new hormones.
