Donna- good luck with your ET! Sticky baby dust!

amber- glad your us/bw went well...and you get to scale back on the lupron...I dont scale back until saturday when i start stimming

courtney- I hope you have some good luck on your baselines...hopefully you have some follies ready to grow! btw- what state are you located?

sameera- you are so lucky...i would am seriously dreading the PIO's!
good luck with your ER...keep us up to date with the fert report.

LB- I agree that it seems cruel that this person decided to 'give up' on being a woman but is still blessed to carry a child...but then they are a couple just like we are, and may have been praying for this baby for a long time. In no way do I agree with the way they have been exploiting this miracle, but I can't judge them for wanting to be parents any way they could.

dri-jim- haha, yes you are all dear husbands, and many of yall should get thunderous applaud for tending to us while we are pumping our bodies full of meds. I know the meds make me crazy, but I am blessed with a DH that is so good to me! here are some more abbrev:
PIO- progesterone in oil shots...IM...eeeekkk!
PUPO- pregnant until proven otherwise :)
PMA- postive mental attitude...very important during the 2ww

God Bless you all!

I was away for a couple of days and I've missed so much! Forgive me if my personals are abbreviated. It's going to take a while to catch up with all of you.

Sameera, good luck tomorrow. I'll be thinking about you. Take it easy and try to relax. Let us know how it went when you feel up to it.

Donna, good luck tomorrow to you, too. You're in my thoughts. I'm sending you sticky vibes!

To all the stimmin' girls: grow, follies, grow!

A couple of days ago I could ramble about my caffeine problems, but that seems so silly now that everyone is swimmin' in growing follicles and fertilization reports!

I start lupron tomorrow. I was lucky enough in past cycles not to have any side effects. Here's hoping that trend continues.

I must live under a rock. I hadn't heard about the transexual pregnancy until I saw LBs post. That's a crazy story. There will be plenty of babies to go around. In a couple of weeks a bunch of you are going to be pregnant, too. :)

Sorry ladies! I have been MIA due to a hellish week at work. Plenty of PIAs and staffing issues. The Lupron seems to be making me irritable. I haven't taken time to think abt my cycle at all and realized last night I still hadn't gotten AF! Last cycle I started on day 11 of Lupron. Today I am on day 13 of Lupron. My nurse said not to worry and they will evaluate everything Friday at my first b/w and u/s. I always worry about everything, so this won't be any different.

Welcome to everyone who is new to this thread!

Sameera and Donna-you are in my thoughts and prayers--how exciting to be moving forward in your cycles :)

Jim-Welcome! It is great to see a DH posting.

Chelly-Congrats on starting to stim Sat! How's work? Sucks here as you can see. I think I may be hormonal as well :)

Yellow-Hi. I'm obviously behind too! Here's to Lupron--hope it goes well for you. It seems to make me hungry and irritable this cycle.

SDtrying-Thanks for thinking of me. Hope you had a good dental visit :)

Well, I'm exhausted. I've been working 45-50 hrs a week, so I'm going to bed soon. Talk to you all later!

Michelle,

Thanks for the props and the abbreviations. Adriana thinks I'm out of my mind for joining the group here. She'll be stopping by soon too though.

I think I have it worse though. Not a single cold beer for two weeks while I take the Doxy! What's a guy to do? Don't complain, right?

welcome Jim, awesome to have you. No worries about complaining- life is all relative. I'm starting to feel bad for my DH for having to put up with my mood swings. He's being a sweetie, but I imagine its been difficult for him too. He's really being my rock.

SD-

Obviously infertility is very stressful for both husband and wife. I think that while it isn't easy going through this process, it's a great chance to take measure of our relationship. Think about it, any couple can get along great when there are no issues (well, there are exceptions I suppose) but tough times are the test. I'm lucky enough to say that Adriana is even a better wife during those times. I'm sure your husband is similar based on your comments. :) Oh, and it's our for year anniversary next Monday so hopefully we get good news shortly to celebrate it.

We did go for her bw this morning and one of the women in the training class from last month is pregnant! Good to hear this place (The Center in Hartford, CT) is popping them out.

Hi! Mind if I joined this thread, please? I started on the March/April one but all in later stages and already seemed like a close knit, lovely group. I am on day 11 of injections on short 2 week protocall. I seemed to be coping better than my last IVF but feel overwhelmed now and at the tearful stage! I found this site absolutely brilliant last time and need to share with people going through the same thing. You all seem so supportive of each other and now i have become familiar with the lingo again I would love to join you. :)

Hi there!

I'd love to join this group of cycle buddies. I've been TTC since 2004 and we had our first pregnancy this year, but MC. D&E was 3 weeks ago and now just waiting for AF to start on an IVF cycle. Fingers are crossed.

I hear that once you've been through injectibles and IUIs, going to IVF isn't that hard. Am I stressed and nervous for nothing? :)

Good luck to everyone! I look forward to cheering everyone on!!

Welcome newbies!

I updated the list with your names, those of you who don't have ER dates next to your name let me know and I'll add it.

Donna ~ PUPO WOHOOO When is your beta and I'll add it to the list? How many made it to freeze? :D :D

Looks like they are moving my ER back a day to Tuesday, in 5 days, holy crap! Gotta get lots more done before then!

Have a great one all!
Jessica
