As for me, doing ok, pulled a muscle in my back on Friday and this morning i could not move seeing my accupuncturist in the morning, hope he can sort it out as i am in agony. Stopped my irritating cough though.
Got the pushchair on Friday, well happy with it. Today we hit the shops (at last) bought the car seats and cotbeds, some clothes, steriliser, bottles, etc, credit card took a right bashing!!! just got to check my list for the last bits we need.
got to go DH just come to watch tv with me.

Becks- how many shots left?? You are more than 1/2 way there!!! I sure hope you don't have any bum issues that run you to emergency...if your backside is all bruised and punctured they are gonna get the wrong idea from you You are very brave though girl! I cried for days bout the booboo from my trigger shot and that was all I had to do! I can't image!

As for me today I am BEAT! Doesn't help that I worked last night, stayed up a little (just til 11 but how am I supposed to go right to bed when I got home at 9:30?) and then got up at 5 to work at the hospital. At least I had stuff to do today. I came straight home though and took an hour and half nap. It is only 7:20 and I am SOOO ready for bed, but I just ate and if I was asking for heartburn I'd do it but I need to digest a bit 1st...hey girls in the UK do your digestion bisuits REALLY help digestion or do you just give them that disgusting name....do they taste yummy? Right now some shortbread Girl Scout cookies sound yummy Ok now I'm rambling and that just proves I'm ready for bed!

Woo Steph just 4 more sleeps (not counting naps ok!) Or 84 hrs-ish to go!!!

Shantala: Are you planning a natural birth or medicated?? Maybe the pain was just a "preview" of the fun you will have pretty soon!! I know I am evil.. but my labor is so far off I can make fun of you and it doesnt freak me out! lol No really I hope all goes smoothly - how exciting!!! Is the bag packed?? I know it is such a hard decision waiting all this time and then thinking about going back to work! Just feel lucky you get all those months off. I might only get a month off! We'll see.

Hi Ladies,

I am new here and was just reading your tread and wondering if you wouldn't mind another member. I just finished my first IVF cycle which unfortunately ended in a BFN. DH and I are TRYING to stay positive and hoping to try again June or July of this year depending on my cycles and our lab. We hope to get more frozen if a fresh does not work.

I love to shop too and now with spring and summer coming I need some new clothes! I was secretly hoping I would be looking at maturity clothes instead of my regular clothes. it's funny when you think about it, who really wants to go bigger size clothes??

So sorry to hear about your stupid, annoying, selfish, no good BFN! I think that is the one thing that never gets any easier.

Looks like you and DH have a plan, which is always good. Especially when you are trying to stay positive. My DH and I are playing the dumb waiting game too!!! We are saving money... i hate moeny by the way...

Yeah, it is pretty funny that us women who hate to think we are even an inch bigger secretly wants to get HUGE!! Yea we are on a roll with BFP's. These girls dont play.

How are u all? Thanks for all ur well wishes, im doing my best to stay positive - i dont want to come on here and moan all the time, i dont want to bring u all down - ur all on a high and its great to see u dont want no old moaning minnie like me lol ....

Any tips on relaxation? I have a CD that i listen to, and it seems to help (only while im listening to it) - but i just want summit to stop all the palpatations and the anxiety - giddyness - light headed (is that the same as giddyness lol) i know they are all side effects of the drugs - but god all bloody mighty theya re really getting to me ... Im having a hot flush while im typing this - oh the one side effect that i didnt think i wud get (and DH loves) is that im horney lol .... Cant get enuff of him what to do eh?

The injections are going ok (apart from the odd bruise) ive done so many now that im a dab hand lol - i do one leg one day, and the other leg following day - but when it comes to stimms, im gonna have to do one jab in each leg

Steph, as for my bum issue - thats all healing up nicely - for the first time since Dec 2001 - i can wear my underware without a panty liner - i keep forgetting nd reaching for one - oh its heaven - saving me a mint in panty liners too lol ...

I know that I missed lots of you girls, this is a quickie from me. Went to new RE again today for another sounding. He was great. I took 2x the amount of valium this time cause last time I didn't feel it much. After I popped the pills, they wanted me to fill out forms!!! AYe, that was not easy while pratically seeing double. All went well. I am scheduled for another little procedure thingy on Thursday. (By the way, I had to get up at 3:30 am to get my ass to manhattan in time.) Drove to the train, then hopped two subways! And I did it all by myself cause DH had to work and I didn't want my parents tagging along. Must admit I felt very cosmopolitan.

More later, gotta go to therapist to work out my IVF-mental kinks.

Hello my dear friends.

I've missed you guys terribly, but I'm afraid I can't catch up yet... I'm doing my best to stay at the computer all day (with my feet up on my desk and my cordless keyboard in my lap - DARING anyone to say boo to me, btw! - it's fantastic) and by the time I get home, it's all i can do to try to eat something and hit the sack.

I'm thoroughly enjoying my M/S... well, I'm hanging on to it like crazy, hoping it means my little one is ok!!! It is much worse than before, but I'm not complaining!!! - so don't fuss at me!!! I'm just saying I hope it's a good sign.

Hi to newbie Bichon! Good luck hanging with this crew when we have our "busy" days - sometimes this thread is HOT!! And everyone is right, you don't have to be crazy to hang with us, but it helps!!! Hi girls!!!!!!!!!!!! Ya miss me???? i'm KIDDING!!! i missed YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was off work on monday --- went to a dear friends retirement party on sunday (which - for the record, who has a DRINKING party on a SUNDAY????? oh well... not my party....) had the best time watching dh catch up w/ all his old buddies!!! he drank more than i've ever seen him drink!! was stumbling around....needless to say - i drove home that night!! didn't get in til wee hours of the morning and then i stayed up w/ him getting sick the rest of the morning hours........(i know - i'm such a good wife!!!) so i didn't come in to work on monday.........and tuesday --- was in training (for work) most of the day.......going to be back in training in just a few --- but had to drop in to say HELLO!!!!!!!!!

pequele - hey hun....no, am gonna try and go without an epidural. we're going to try the birthing pool and generally a quite natural birth. but i'm flexible!! the epidural freaks me out more than the thought of birth though so really dont think i'll have that!! sorry...you're so right. i really dont have an excuse not to be on here now!!

beach - so sorry to hear about your back. did your accu manage to help sort it out?? excellent news on the pushchair...which one did you go for?? ooohhh, how exciting you got some bits and pieces!! yup, ok, got the request for the 24th....
