CONGRATULATIONS SAMEERA!!!!! That is wonderful news!! I am so happy for you! :D :D

And Jennie! Sounds very promising to me! Only 2 days before your actual beta should be pretty accurate I wouls think?! Good luck!

Michele: Thank for the advice! I might just have to use that one! I don't plan to do a whole lot while I'm there anyway. But my DH's uncle is coming in that he hasn't seen in a while, we already have the deposit paid for the stay what we paid last Memorial Day! So hopefully I can come up with something. Plus maybe lounging at the beach for a few days will make that dreaded 2ww a little easier to live with! How is it dealing with your 2ww?? Good luck!

Talk to you all later!

Wow, so many positives. YEAH Sameera, Great numbers!! :D Wishing you great beta numbers Jesjes & jennie h!!!

DrJen - Good luck tomorrow for you ER.

Jharris12 – My timeline is pretty similar to yours. I am going on a cruise leaving memorial weekend for 5 days. My doctor says it is fine but to take it easy. Wear lots of sunscreen since your skin will be more sensitive to the sun. I am going with a bunch of family and friends (19 of us!!) but they all know what is going on. I am so excited to be around my family during the 2ww because my Mom lives in Washington state, my brother in Maryland and I live in Alabama. Hopefully they can keep my mind off the 2ww.

Yellow- I know how you feel about other pregnancies. My sister-in-law and I were trying to get pregnant with our second child at the same time. She got pregnant right away and has a 3 year old now, while I am still trying. I am very happy about her having her child, but it still is frustrating for me.

For all those on their 2ww lots of sticky baby dust!!

For me, I go in for my baseline US and BW to start stims on Friday. I can’t wait. I want to get this show going. :)

Sameera: 506!!!!! Are you ready for twins, girl??!!!!!! Absolutley thrilled for you!!!

I have thought a lot about you today. I remember at the beginning of your 2ww when the embies you didnt transfer arrested. The same thing happened to me today, and I have been so sad. Got any advice on how to get through? I just hope the ones transferred are the fighters.

Thanks ladies for all the good luck wishes and prayers. I really appreciate your support. I'm feeling more twinges than I did last cycle, so I'm hoping this means even more eggs! We leave at 4:30am tomorrow for St Louis--DH is not looking forward to going that early, but says it is just how it has to be--he's not a morning person :) . I'm hoping that all these BFPs rub off on me too!

Sameera-Congrats :!: :!: So happy for you--What a great beta--maybe it's twins!

JesJes and JennieH-can't wait to hear the betas!

Everyone planning a trip--good for you! I think that's a great idea during the 2ww.

SDtrying-my friend is a psychiatrist in Southern IL. How are you doing?

Yellow, Chelly, Chris, Turtle, Jeanie--Hang in there ladies--this seems to be a lucky thread! Hi to everyone else--the site review is currently unavail again, so I can't go back and review posts.

I'll update you all when I have rested after the ER. We have our usual 5 hr round trip and sedation always knocks me out longer than the avg person :)

Thanks again for all the support, Jenny

Now I can read the topic review!

Courtney-Like I told Sameera after her ET, my clinic says only 10% of couples have anything to freeze and this has nothing to do with the quality of the embryos they transferred or the liklihood of implantation of the transferred embryos. The transferred embryos are the best and strongest of all the embryos. Keep faith! I'm sure I'll need this pep talk in another few days as well :)

turtleonatump-Thanks for the luck! Your trip sounds like a great idea--I think it is important to stay busy during the 2ww. Sounds like fun! Good luck Friday.

Jeanie-How is your fur baby? Glad the time is flying by!

Chelly-our boxer babies sleep with us all the time! I can't pick up either of them--one is 55lb and the other 60lb! I keep telling them they are going to have a baby brother or sister soon :) They love chidren. However, I'm sure there will be some jealousy.

JesJes-Thanks again for the good luck--hoping everyone's BFPs rub off on me!

Hi Girls,

I have some news and a question. Dri had her 3dET on 4-21. I guess that means 7 or 8 days past ET, depending on how you count it.

Here's the thing. We broke down and got the 1st Response Early Results HPT. I chose this one because it is supposed to be very sensitive.

We did the test and waited for the three minutes. About 2 1/2 minutes in a faint pink 2nd line appeared. Since we got the 3pack we'll test again in the morning because the manufacturer says that's the best time to test. We're hoping for a brighter 2nd line. The line WAS faint but it WAS there.

Now, I know we're stupid for wasting money because it may be the remnants of the trigger shot that was given to her 12 days ago.

I guess I don't have any real question other than, should we be happy with the faint pink 2nd line or dismiss it?

Thanks girls. Sticky Baby Dust for all of you. You are each exceptional.

Please share your thoughts,

Jim

Courtney - I'm sorry about your embryos but you know what you don't need them all - just one!!! so the ones that are transfered are the ones that will stick and implant :) at least I really hope they do! so just hang in there girl!!!

Be strong and have hope/faith because in the end that is what that will get you through :) I am sure everything has been so smooth and perfectly been working out for you, Im sure BFP will be that easy too :)

DrJen - Good luck - Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers - hope all goes well.

JesJes - my clinic doesn't do second or third beta just one to confirm the numbers and then the ultrasound 2 weeks later. To tell you the truth I am happy about it because I hate the blood draw crap.

Although I do wish both you and jennie all the best with your betas :)

Jharris, SD, Yellow, Chelly - hope you guys are doing well too!

I am still very excited about everything so all I gotta tell you guys is stay strong and have hope - It will happen it has with me and I am sure it will with you guys too :)

Jim~ A line is a line! Yipee! I tested the HCG shot out of me to the point of where there was no line at all. So a faint line in a positive line. They all start out faint and get darker with time. YIPEEE! Also, trigger is almost always out of system in 10 days!

Courtney ~ Its never too early, I am the queen of those sticks...what a money waster I am but I am an addict!

Jes-

Thanks. I'm not so sure it's not the trigger -12 days ago, but like I said we'll retest in the morning. If anything, it'll make the progesterone shot go easier tonight. Actually, she's not having a problem with it anyway. They told me to hold the needle like a dart so I just line her up across the room and fire away...

:)

How are you doing, dear?
