CONGRATS TO JES, ADRIANNA/JIM AND COURTNEY FOR THE BFP!!!!

Rubylee - Things will all work you in the end of the journey. This whole IF thing just SUCKS, SUCKS, SUCKS and is not fair for anyone that has to deal with it. I hope that you husband can come to terms to what is best for the both of you. Wishing you lot of luck that the TESE goes well and then you won't have to worry about donor sperm.

Dr. Jen - Hope ET went well. Sending you lots of baby dust.

Yellow - that is a whole lot of Follies. Good luck on your ER.

Chelly- Hoping you get that BFP. Did you finally break down and POAS?

To everyone else, hope everything is going good.

For me, I am just waiting till May 12th so I can POAS and hopefully get my BFP. Usually, i stay pretty much down to earth and don't get my hopes up too high but this month, as much as I try, my brain keeps on telling me that I am PG. I think I am just losing my mind.

Good afternoon everybody. I have a question for those who have been stimming. I went in for BW this morning after being on stims for 3 days, and they said my estrogen level is 92, so they want me to increase my Gonal-f from 150 to 300. So my question is, what were your estrogen levels at day 3? And does anybody know what they should be? I go back again tomorrow for more labwork, so I plan to ask them too, but I wsa just curious what your experience has been?

Courtney: Congrats!! Sounds very promising!

How is everyone else?! Still praying for you all!!

jharris~ My clinic wanted to see an E2 of 200 on day 3, and 400 on day 5...mine was always a bit lower (only had 5 follicles). The way it was explained to me they just want to see that number double every couple of days. The increase in E2 should happen with the increse in stim dosage. Hang in there!

Jim~I think I would test every other hour if DH didnt rip the HPTs out of my hands!!!!

Thanks for all the well wishes. I truly appreciate it. Nothing has changed yet. DH has calmed down a bit, though we haven't jumped back into the conversation yet. It will work out, it just has to. I do believe he'll come around to the idea of donor sperm if that is where we end up. But, nothing we can do about it until the end of next week so we are just going to have to hang tight. I think we are going to go catch Iron Man and escape for a couple of hours. Sounds good doesn't it?

Shep - DH is worried they won't find anything in the TESE. He, of course, isn't thrilled about doing the procedure but is more than willing. He said he just can't get his mind around it all.
-how are you doing on Lupron? Things are going ok for me, though I do have this killer headache that never ceases. Yay, stims tomorrow! 150 Follistim and 2 amps of Repronex for two days then they drop the Follistim down by half. My belly is taking a beating!

Courtney - Congratulations!! Sounds pretty promising after hearing about Jim's experience. I'll be looking in tomorrow to see if the line is darker. Good job keeping the luck rolling in this post!

Ruby,
Good, you sound better...we can't blame him for being nervous, but you know it will all work out....
Lupron is going fine...I've been tired with a similar headache, but I'm not convinced that's not attributable to allergies.
I will be assigned a new day 1 tomorrow, and I will start the Follistim and Repronex as well. Last time I just did Follistim and I ended up with over 20 eggs!
I found it helpful last time when giving more than 1 injection per night to do one in the belly and one in the thigh.
Definitely break out the roomy clothes....I was convinced I had somehow concieved and was in my 6th month of pregnancy!
Take care and enjoy the rest of your weekend...

Hello everyone! I haven't posted since Weds of last week and had to take 45 mins to catch up on all the posts. Things sure seem like they are going well for this group!

I had my beta on 5/1 and the result was great - 339! Not sure if that is considered high or not. My clinic will not do another blood test because the number is very strong. I go in for an u/s on 5/15 - another 2ww, only this one isn't nearly as bad.

To all the BFP's congrats!! Such exciting news - I hope the good fortune is passed along to everyone else.

Jes - my doc says that many of his patients have had a beta that was on the lower side and have gone on to deliver twins. You never know! I will be checking in to see your second test results!

Turtle - the headaches during stimming got worse for me before they got better. I had a night where i couldn't get off the couch because my head hurt so badly. My doc said it was from low estrogen from the lupron. As the estrogen rose, the headaches went away!

Drjen - your emby report sounds awesome! I'm sure your transfer went great today!

Sameera - I am so incredibly tired all the time too! I wonder if this is from pregnancy or the progesterone. I have also been a LOT hungrier.

Hope everyone has a great week!!

oh man so much going and I don't even know where to start from!!! lol you guys just know how to keep everyone busy :)

Heekinje - Congrats your BFP - so happy for you!! yes hunger is prolly from both pregnancy and progesterone so eat it up as much as you can!! Lol

I wouldn't worry about your beta number just cause it sounds strong to me, I would have been more concern if it was like 30 or 40.. but yours sounds strong to me so don't worry about it.

Your u/s is day after my u/s - more good news!! although, this two week has been killing me just want to know :)

Courtney - Congrats on the positive test well a line is a line whether it's dark or light! hope you get your Official BFP soon :)

JesJes - How you feeling?

Jeanie - what about you? how are you doing??

Turtle - I had headaches to when I was on stimming but they eventually go away. I guess once your body gets use to it - hopefully it will go away for you.

DRJen - Hope your ET went well.

Ruby - I hope all works out for you - it sounds like IVF stress is just taking it's toll but i am sure you guys will make the right decision.

JHarris - I hope increasing your stims has helped your estrogen. Hope all goes well for you.

Yellow - Good luck with your ER - can't wait to hear your fert report.

Chelly - have you POAS??

Chris - I cannot wait to hear your POAS results - Well, nothing wrong with thing positive :) I do hope it's BFP for you.

Jim - How's your DW feeling?

Amber - Glad to know you have started BCP soon it will be stims :)

SD - Hope you are doing well.

As for me, I'm feeling very pregnant and enjoying every bit of it. I cannot wait till my u/s to find out if it's one or two!! I have been eating and eating and already wearing maternity clothes!!

Well, you guys take canre and I wish you'll get BFP :)

Hi yall-
Thank you for all your well wishes....I haven't POAS yet, I am trying to stay strong and wait for the beta.
I originally put the wrong beta date before....my beta isn't actually until 5/9 this Friday.
I am 9dp3dt, today I went to the restroom and there was more blood, this time it was red. (sorry TMI!) I haven't checked to see if there is still bleeding, but its freaking me out even more! I am trying to stay optomistic but I am really stressing out.
DH tries to keep me calm, but I can't help it!
5 more days till my beta!

I think in my last couple of posts I sounded like a rambling lunatic. I can't guarantee this one will be any better! I'll blame it on my hormones.

Courtney, congratulations. I'm so happy for you!

Heekinje, congratulations on your official BFP. That's a very strong beta.

jharris, sounds like you and I have the same obsession with estrogen right now. I don't know what mine was on day 3, but it was 575 on day 5. With my first cycle, the transfer was nearly cancelled because my ovaries got so big. I don't want that to happen again. IVF is so crazy.

turtlesonastump, thanks for the info on estrogen levels. Very helpful. I freak myself out with the shots, too. I've given myself shots many times, but I always get a little nervous.

DrJen, I hope your ET went smoothly. That's awesome that you have so many healthy, growing embryos -- a very good sign!

Amber, good luck on your next cycle. I'll be checking up on you!

I trigger tonight! Hugs to everyone!
