Where are you with now as far as next cycle goes???

I have been down regging now for 2 weeks - and go for baseline scan on monday - then think it is start stims from then - with ER around w/c 16th June - it seems to be going so quickly this time - am sure the 2ww will more than make up for it though x

So glad to have you back

Hello......helloooo...........

What a horribly busy Friday!!!! I want to petition for the govt to give ALL women Friday afternoon off - without a pay cut. We all have two full time jobs cause I count looking after the home and DH = BIG KID a full time job. Just to make things more equal. What do you say ladies???

Miracle - So good to see you back girlie. You had us worried. I'm not sure if I'm ready to forgive you yet (that depends on how much craziness you add to this thread). Hope there wasn't anything serious and that you have sorted out all the issues. How was your vacation anyway? Did you get any serious BCABB as per Angies (lack of) tips???

Becky - All set for the weekend? Sorry you were feeling blue today. At least you have another round of tmt to look forward to - it brings some hope. Yay, we'll be cycle buddies then!!!!! My DH was also worried about going for more tmts as he was worried about what the whole thing does to me. First the injections, scans, ER, ET, agonising 2ww then the results. And I haven't been too good at handling my BFNs either. So I kind of see where Brian is coming from. But as you have time, you can make him be 100% sure about it with a lot of TLC.

Angie - Did you not listen to me yesterday?? I thought yesterday was your day off. Why did you try to have liquid courage on the wrong day? Isn't it supposed to be today? And we don't want to hear a simple roll over story. Make sure you have some nice stories for us on Monday.

Carolyn, Best of luck for your scan tomorrow. 16th June is not too far at all. How exciting. Let us know when we can do a follie dance for you. And take it easy now - Doc's orders.

Hope - good to have you back. Did you read the bit about where we said how much we loved you?

BM, Qhue - did we scare you away with our craziness?

Will have to go now. Got this annoying git sitting next to me and keeps on looking at my screen. Does he think he's my boss or something????? I feel like smacking him on the face with a bunch of papers.

WANT2B ---- hello and Image
ALWAYS good to have another!!!! You've come to the exactly right place for where you are right now --- you'll find us to be a bit crazy at times, and if you can keep up w/ "doc angels" mischief -- then you're good!!! i'm in MI and while we have (what we consider) warm summers -- we certainly don't get into the 100's!!!! i wouldn't want to be bfp in that kind of weather either!!

doc angel ----- girl, don't you listen to a thing i say?????? i was supposed to BCABB last night AND tonight!!! and then i also mentioned above (or below - whichever direction you read this!!) about my BATHROOM SINK adventure last night!!

hope --- Image -- how are you and the bump doing??

ladies -- i hope you all have FAB weekends!! (we all know what our queen beck is going to be "up" to!!! ha, ha, ha!! brian is going to be falling in love w/ her all over again!!!) I'll be out for the weekend but as always - back on monday......try to keep it down a bit - ok?? ha, ha, ha!! weather here is supposed to be wonderful and i intend to be outside all weekend!!! bye-bye to all my bff's!!!!!

Hola Girlfriends.

Hope everyone is out enjoying the beautiful weekend! It's already 90 degrees here and we're expecting awful storms this afternoon. - but it looks wonderful now. (I'm inside of course.. I'll change my tune in that heat, no doubt!) But as promised, I'm here to catch up!

Image Wants2B! As Angie said, you've come to the right place, especially if you're a little crazy - it helps! These are some of the most fantastic people I've ever known - they are such a wonderful support in good times and in bad! There is just nothing like 'em. Sorry to hear about your experience with IVF thus far. Wishing you lots of baby dust in your upcoming cycle!

Angie! So you BCABB last night and the night before?! Hopefully you got lots o' good swimmers!!! I think I missed the part about the liquid courage?!? I got a little lost with you and Doc Angel ;) You guys keep me rolling! Enjoy the weather this weekend, but take it easy on those eggies and swimmers!!Image

Sweet Angel - hiya, gf! Did you make it through Friday without smacking that dufus next to ya? Sounds like he deserved it and you exercised serious restraint if you didn't pound him one! ;) So you're gonna be on track to cycle with Becks in the fall?! YAY!!! I'm so glad - I might have missed that before, but I'm so glad to hear you're on a plan! And yes, I read those nice things you and Angie wrote about me....Image You guys are too sweet... and you know I feel EXACTLY the same about you all... you're like a rock when needed most and no one else can quite understand. Speaking of rocks - you guys so totally rock! ;) Image

Queen Becks - livin' the life of royalty this weekend in that GORGEOUS resort! Wow, that place is fantastic! I hope Brian is enjoying his birthday bash and you are gettin' some much deserved "attention" as well!! Image You must tell us all (well, maybe not ALL) about it when you get home!!

Mir - so good to have you back!! I'm sorry you've been thru stuff to keep you away :( I hope everything has worked out and is running smoothly again. We really did miss you and worry about ya! Hope the vacay was FAB and that you came back with a dazzling tan and loads of wonderful memories! Do we get to see any piccies?! Where did you go, again?? I know it was warm and exotic, but I can't remember exactly where. Have you made any IVF plans lately?? What's the latest? Image

Carolyn - Baseline on Monday?! YAY! Here comes the "fun" part, right?! Wishing you a perfect baseline and lining with many lovely follies to follow shortly!!! It does seem to kind of sneak up on ya after a while, doesn't it? I know each of my cycles seemed to be shorter - (well, except for my slow stimming on the last one, but) anyway - best wishes to you, dear! We'll be hearing BFP before long!!! YAY!!!Image

Chriss - sweetie??? we miss you too... hope all is going well with you... Image

Well, I guess I'd better get to work - I've neglected housework for so long (and being away with Sassy) it's gettin' kinda gross. And since m/s has lightened up for me a smidge (WOO HOO!), I'm actually starting to feel up to it.

Speaking of Sassy, she still isn't doing well. The doc says she is having a hard time with the chemo due to her age - she's just worn out, poor thing. I think I am going to have to go down for another trip soon. I just pray each time that it's not our last time together. I know it's selfish, but I want her to be here to meet our little one - but for so many years to come as well. I've always thought she'd live to at least 100 - and I'm not not ready to let go.

To end on a lighter note - wishing you all a FABULOUS weekend - hugs, love and baby dust to all - ttyl!

Hi Ladies, Sorry i've been MIA, just very tired now and having trouble keeping up with everything.

Carolyn, so glad all is going well so far this cycle, good luck with the scan next week and hope you can move on to the stims, keep up the PMA, got everything crossed for you.

Angel, you sound more upbeat as the days go by, hope your starting to get your health back into A1 condition and you'll be able to move forward soon. I had a 6 month break before my last cycle and look what happened to me!!

Miracle, sorry your having problems, hope its all sorted soon, and hope it did not make you forget your fab holiday too soon. Have you any dates yet as to when you may be able to start treatment? keep in touch.

Hope, Good to see all is going well for you, i bet its a relief to get to the second tri, i know it was a great weight off my shoulders. Hope the MS stops soon.

Becky, WOW your one strong lady! i admire you for your strength going through this week, i hope you do manage to be able to do another cycle, at another clinic i hope. I feel very strongly about the way the clinic handled your cycle, i would be in mind to report them due to the waste of NHS money. (and maybe theyu will give you another free cycle!!ha ha). I never abandoned you all, and never will i have been here from the start and will follow you ladies through to the bitter end whatever that result may be. I am glad you made the comments, to be honest you beat me to it, it was getting stupid with all the photo's and i felt for you all still awaiting treatment. Hope you have had a lovely weekend.

As for me ladies i have turned into the elephant women, my legs are at least twice the size they normally are, so walking is fun, can only get one pair of sandals on which have velcro fastening (thank god its warm). I am cooking along nicely, finally finished work, well as much as i can, still doing a few hours to keep on top of the paperwork, the VAT man does not wait!! Anyway got to go DH just come in, he's cooking pizza tonight. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
will try to get on more but can only manage about 2 hours with my legs down and the laptop is at work all day.

Hello helloo.....The weekend went by so fast, didn't it?

Nikki :-

Image

You have come to the right place. The ladies here are fantastic. We try to support each other through rough times, root for each other during treatment and have plenty of laughter the rest of the times.

Carolyn - You must have had your baseline tests now. How did it go? Is it all go for stimming??? Putting on my dancing shoes to do a follie dance for you.

Jayne - Its fantasctic to hear from you. Not too long for you right? Hope that the hospital is keeping a check on your swelling. From what I gather it is common with multiples, but do take care of yourself. Was giggling at your description of "cooking along nicely"........   I know you are right about getting my body back to top form, but sometimes its a vicious cycle isn't it? The waiting is making me unhappy and that affects my health and then it makes me even more depressed and ill and then thats not going to help when it comes to tmt. Anyway, I shall try and the support I get here also helps.

Hope - Imageon ms lightening. I hope it stays that way so you can enjoy your pregnancy. Sorry to hear about Sassy. The older generation are a lot more resilient than we give them credit for. And its perfectly natural for you to want to introduce your little one to her. Hey, she may be feeling the same way, and her strong will power will let hang on to see her great granchild.

Aaawwww....... I'm so sorry Angie. Because of that silly colleague sat next to me I had to open the page on a small portion of my screen, and although I read it, may have misunderstood. So hopefully Friday's session was even more adventurous? We'll have to place bets and see which of you and Becks got more action
