Hey y'all! I haven't been on in a while. So tired and nauseous! I thought I would give an update. My clinic does 3 beta's and I just had another yesterday. My 1st was 19.3 2nd was 75.3 and the third they like to see it go up to at least 1000. I was at 6114! The nurse said "you might get prepared for multiples!" We go in for the 1st US on June 11th. Can't Wait!

Dri-Jim, Chelly - Congrats on the US! It makes me excited to see ours.

Cooking Girl - Congrats on the great numbers!

Everyone else! Best of luck! Can't wait to hear your updates!

JennTiff: So great to hear from you...Congrats, you're doing fantastic !! Let's hope for multiples. I know you must be ecstatic!!
Keep us posted on your US on the 11th.

JHarris: I'm so sorry about you BFN :( . But don't give up at all, most of us don't get a BFP on the first try. Keep positive for your next cycle and I hope to see you on another thread. We're here if you need us.

Thank you valerie. I'm not giving up. I know that the 1st cycle is usually the trial to see what protocol works best. Now I just have to get the funds together to try again. Best of luck to you!

JennTiff, that is fantastic news. It is so helpful to see all the positive posts on this board!

zippyOR, Thanks for all the support! Best of luck to you!

so I know I havent been around since last week.. been busy and tired.. but here it goes, I had another beta done at my appointment on friday and it was 6034 and there were 2 gestational sacs on that ultrasound but still very early to be sure if we are having twins or not. I go in on this friday for another ultrasound to see how things are growing... congrats to all with BFP and baby dust to everyone else.

wannalewisbaby- Congrats! That is great news.
Question for anyone suspecious about possible twins:
How long after your ER did you have your first Beta test? I am trying to compare my count to others. I had my first beta 17 days after the ER and my count was 566. 20 days after the ER my count was 2020. I go in next Tuesday (28 days past ER) for the US. What should I expect to happen at the U/S? Any idea what kind of info they can give us?

Also, has anyone found a site that lists foods to and not to eat while pregnant? A lot of the sites I have found are very vague.
Me 26
Dh 29 chemo = low mobility
1st IVF (1-2/08 ) - canceled
2nd IVF - (4-5/08 )
Transfer - 5/13
1st Beta 566
2nd Beta - 2020
1st U/S - 6/10
TWINS - HR 109BMP & 111BMP (6 weeks)

Cooking: I personally think you have a great chance of having twins. I found a website a while ago that shows you picture of ultrasounds at different stages. I think it's interesting and you'll have a better idea of what you'll see Tuesday.
http://pregnancy.about.com/cs/ultrasoun ... 1index.htm

And here's the betabase info about twins. I think you fit right in.

http://www.betabase.info/showBasicChart.php?type=Twin

I had found a website about nutrition but I would have to relocate it. I had pc problems and the website got erased from my favorites.
It was recommended to eat plenty of protein as they are the building blocks for the baby, they said to try and stay away from sweets, to eat plenty of whole grains and vegetables and fruits...basically a very healthy diet.
Good luck and I'll let you know as soon as I can.
