  My doc wrote the blood test request a month back. I have just been to lazy to go to the hospital to have blood drawn. So I'm sure she's forgotten by now. And it will fit in perfectly with the other tests.

I didn't say anything as I thought that you'd all tell me off for being sneaky.

Thats EXACTLY what it means = sins, but spelt syns to make u feel better bout eating em proberly LOL ...
You are a naughty girl circling that test LOL - i am stunned that u could be such a naughty girl (lmao yeah right!!!) so when the test comes abck on Monday and the Doc looks at it - wont he/she know??? I hope they give u the results .... My ticker says LBs instead of stones because that way i can count down how many LBs i lose in a week :D an besides, it wudnt let me do stones lol ....

Carolyn: I know wot u mean about eating more - even tho they are free foods and u wont put the weight on - Brian always says to me - but that diet is not teaching u to STOP eating - cos instead of picking on chocolate, ur picking on fruit - i do understand what he means - im still in the habbit of eating - but i know if i couldnt pick, i wud give up very easily! For lunch there i had a pkt of Uncle Bens bung in the microwave rice (2 syns) and MORE fruit - jeeze at this rate i be living in the toilet all night
Race for life was last weekend - if u remember me telling u that DD was running it for me cos i was 'on' big time! But then i booked the night away for Brian an i, so i couldnt take her - so MIL took her down and said she was fantastic - the best there lol .... i was gutted i couldnt even watch her, but im very proud of her. Its her 20th birthday a week Thursday - wow! Me with a 20 yr old daughter - doesnt seem right - i was younger than what she is now having her!!!

Loving BB too - cant wait to see their faces when they find out they have to marry - an what about our Divina then - she is just too gawjuss for words - i think she's great .... would love to see her stuck in there LOL .. and Ant n Dec - that wud be a right laff lol ....

Angie,

Jacket potato = Baked potato

Glad you didn't ask me to explain fruit

The diet is based on the theory that you can choose to eat a limitless amount of food from the "free" category. Then you need to have a limited portion of the healthy extras to balance things and give you the fibre. There is a list from which you pick 3 -4 items in the specificed quantities. Anything that does not belong to the first 2 categories is a syn (sin) and these are limited to a specific amount.

So anything more to report on the symptoms front? Did you take your temp? Well, I guess you might find out something on Monday, although depends on whether the lab does do the sensitive tests.

thank for the info on all the diet stuff!!! my head was spinning trying to figure out what you guys were talking about!! it sounds similar to weight watchers (do you guys have that over there?? i know you can also do it online) anyway -- they have whats called the "POINTS" system and like yours -- you can eat whatever you want!!! everything has a "point value" and if you don't know it - you can figure it and there's a chart that shows based on how much you currently weigh and how much you want to lose -- you must stay w/in certain point range for the day.....i start out doing very well -- but end up not keeping up w/ my damn food journal!!!

ya know-- i'm a little embarrassed to say that i did not take my temp this morning doc   sorry......honestly forgot!! maybe is cuz you never answered me yesteday when i asked what good it would do if i have nothing to compare it against????????

and you should know better than to think we wouldn't be FULLY supportive of your sneakiness w/ your lab work!!! HELLO!!!! thats why we have each other ya know?? to fess up our deepest secrets when NOBODY else would possibly be able to concieve why we would do such things!!!! WE UNITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ha, ha, ha!! seriously though -- while all of us at times have taken a speech or two ---- for me, it's really very worth it as i don't have anybody else i can share with (that "gets it").......

Why can't you leave the reasons to the professionals and just do as you are told, missy?????? :x I can see that you'd make a terrible patient.

I was going to get you to take your temp and keep a track of it over the next few days. A dip in the temp in the coming week means that you can expect AF. If it stays slightly elevated, its a possible sign of implantation. Like anything else, the symptoms can vary and there is no sure fire answer at this point.

Morning Ladies :D

Did everyone have a good weekend?

ICSI - Now i know ur prob in bed right now - but what time is ur appt later on so we can find out results of blood test?????? So get up and let us knowwwwww ...... xxxx As for trunk sales = Car Boot sales here - how did urs go?

Angel: Hi sugar, how are u? U been watching bloody BB - ooo its getting on my tits already - there are some arseholes in there - mind u they never do put normal people in do they!! Maybe i should try for 2009 - get some order in the place lol ... xxx

Carolyn: How did ur meal go hun? Did DH get razzled lol ... Brian wud get like that with me too, but he is so funny once he's had a pint - he doesnt go no further than 3 - 4 at the most and he's had enuff - poor man, i cud drink him under the table any day - but i'd rather hav a man who knows when to stop, not like the first arsehole i married - he used to drink until he passed out - i remember leaving him outside our local one night, and his dad found him the following morning on his way to work, sleeping on a bench - should have left him there to get hyperthermia (cant spell it lol) Anyhow, im sure ur DH isnt like the prick i married - he sounds wonderfully funny, a bit like Brian ;) xx Hows the stimms going? When is next scan - ya know gonna have to try and find the dam list (or start a new one) so we know where we are here, im getting lost on scan dates etc ... soz hun xxx

Hey newbies - where'd ya all go - do u feel over powered by Angel, ICSI myself and Carolyn lol - dont be, we're just old friends who basically take the piss outta each other now and again lol ... please feel free to join in any time, u are very welcome here :)

Xxx

Hey Becky,

I had a great weekend, and hate Mondays with a passion especially when its so nice out there. Have had such a hectic morning already :( .

I normally hate shopping, but found some nice things over the weekend, so I now have some lovely new tops and a little over used credit card :) Feels great!!! Went to watch SATC. And went for a barbeque yesterday. Which was all great except that I couldn't stick to the diet. All that grease, and ice cream..............lost count of the syns. See I fell off the wagon without my buddy being around. Trying to be good again. How is it going for you?

Bet you are all excited about your appointment tomorrow. Have you a list of questiond ready?
