Oh an can i say also, that we had been comming back an fo here for 4 years (the girls too) so they knew their way around the place and knew Brians family etc - it was just school an making new friends that was the hardest for them ... as i suppose it wud be for any teenager, but i am proud of them, they coped really well, dont know if i wud have done so good given the circumstances ...

When we got married (2 yrs after living here) they were our bridesmaids and Gemma stood up and told everyone how the both of them love Brian as their dad, and how much he has stood by them since he was in their lives and how glad she is we are now a family as it was plain to see that Brian an i were made for each other ... an she also said how hard it was for her and her sister to move, but that now it flet like they belong here and have been here all their lives, and they had Brian an his family to thank for it - trust me there wasnt a dry tear in the house - even the minister stood up and commended her on her speech ... summit i'll never ever forget :D

Was just telling off DH yesterday for farting (something about men watching football) and he blamed it on me saying its the stuff I cook for him  . Do you have the Euro cup mania at your place too? I may as well talk to the walls at that point. But yes, you're right, they are SOO lucky to have found us

Hi ladies, sounds like your all moving along nicely.

Angie, wow can't wait for the second beta today, those Zita west pills really work. Got everything crossed for you. hang in there.
had to laugh at your perception of the Uk, i know its small, but still quite a travelling distance. I would be around a 4 hour car drive from Angel. But we all need to either fly or go by ferry to visit becky. And my nearest arport is 1 1/2hrs drive.

Angel, Sorry your bloods still came back with problems, hope the dietician can work their magic on you. If you can afford it, i would reccomend accupuncture now also as it can help with stress, mine also treat me for infertility whilst i was on my break from treatment. I was lucky in that my DH was having accu for his back and he asked if he could help with fertility, found out it was his speciality and does quite a lot, he is also a part time midwife.

Becky, glad your appointment went well with your old clinic. sounds like they have put together a great plan for you. Not surprised at his reaction to the other clinic, seems quite a few of the NHS clinics treat everyone the same at the same time instead of accomodating everyone individually to their needs. When we get such limited chances its disgusting that they are allowed to waste the treatments.

Wishful, glad you had a lovely break away, you sound in great spirits, can't believe you have lost so much weight since christmas, your an inspiration to us all. Good luck with the scan on Friday. Sorry i'm late in replying yes DSiL had a baby boy 2 weeks ago, 1 day early by c-section in the end, he is absolutely gorgeous and looking forward to meeting his cousins.

As for me, doing ok, got some nice sexy thigh length anti embolism stockings for my swollen legs, bright white and nylon, very comfortable in this heat!! and i have to wear them 24/7, oh the joys, so glad its cooler today.see consultant next Friday when he will make decisions regarding the birth, fingers crossed i can go naturally. Gotto go put these legs up.
catch you all later.

FOOTIE!!!!!!!!!!!!

No ... not in my house thank god! Brian doesnt like the footie - he's a rugby man (only world cup & six nations) which i dont mind cos i like that myself.... he's not really into any sports as such - but he watches every Top Gear, and Mythbusters and Ray Mears sort of programmes ... i'd much prefer easties, corrie and Emmerdale myself

sorry girls -- had some work to tend to...........

afraid i'm out this round -- again  i quite literally JUST hung up the phone w/ nurse.......my levels have fallen to 154.......amazingly enough --- i'm "ok"...........guess i've become so damn numb to this whole process that it seems like just another day -- just another phone call........ so very sad that it has come to that.........atleast on a good note --- it does give me hope that it could happen again next month!!! (lovely -- another bfp turned bfn -- just what i need!!!) kidding.....only meaning that its THE closest we've ever been w/ a natural cycle if you get my meaning..... so maybe my hubby's swimmers just need another few weeks before they're REALLY ready for the "real thing" -- ha, ah!!!

thanks for all your thoughts....your support.....as always --- all of your well wishes!!! i swear i wouldn't be able to make it thru most days w/out you guys

I'm still here, can't believe in the time it took me to write my post you lot had added another page plus some, although DH did ring me in the middle of it all.

Becky, yep got to keep them on all the way, probably afer too for a few daystill all the swelling goes down, as they help keep the blood flowing, plus with me being higher risk for DVT's no chance of getting rid. OOh your long distance love affair sounded beautiful.

Angie, if you look on angels map, and find York (north east) follow the road to the east coast thats where i live. My house is a five minute walk to the beach and i have a park with glen and lake just across the road.

speak soon

ICSI

Hun, i dont know what to say .... im so dam sorry this is happening! Is there any reason they know of as to why this has happened for the 2nd time?? As u say tho, u know DH's swimmers are getting better at it - they just need a practise run ... and u went naturally this time!
I know its not gonna make things better, did u tell DH after? If u didnt and ur feeling suckish, then maybe now u should. Give it a few days and u might be feeling shit again, so he will need to know why ur feeling like this. I dont want u to go thru all that again on ur own ya know?
If u really feel that u cant tell him, then u KNOW that u can come here to us any time - i know i havent got on here much lately (todays an exception as boss is away) but i do try most days, u have always been here for me and i want to be here for u too ... Angel is never off her puter, so u know u have somewhere to come - im so sorry sweetie - this dam crap sucks
