chriss wrote:Hope, sorry to read about everything that you've been going through. I've been reading your posts about you and sassy for a long time now and I know how close your relationship was. Glad you were able to be with her. I'm sure it meant so much to her. Take care. Hope you are well.
Chriss - thank you :) Sassy and I were very, very close. It is like losing a mom to me (even though my mom and I are very close as well - it was like having 2 moms). I miss her very much - it still doesn't seem real most days. But I am grateful to know that she's no longer in pain and that she is rejoicing in Heaven with our Father! I have this beautiful image of her dancing on the streets paved with gold with my grandfather - he had had both of his legs amputated prior to his passing, so to know they are both healthy and happy again brings such peace and joy to my heart. Thank you again for your kind words and prayers. :)

I am so sorry too, for your loss. The pain of BFP to BFN and miscarriage (and for us - a regular BFN - knowing that we had live embies ready to become a little person) is the same as the loss of a born loved one - it's just one that most of us bear the burden of quietly. That is something I'm still trying to understand and wish that I could educate the public about the pain of it... maybe we all keep it to ourselves because of the lack of understanding from others... or maybe it's just too painful to allow others to be a part of it... either way, I feel for you, Angie and Becks - and everyone else too - ya'll are just the ones going through it now... my heart goes out to each of you - I guess this pain, which we cannot really share openly is why we all feel so close on this board - I just wish I could "fix" it for everyone here, have BFPs and bumps all around - and take away all that pain... hugs to you all..........much love, Hope

Chriss,

So lovely to hear from you again. We really missed you. I'm sorry for all that you've been through.

((((((((((BIG HUGS)))))))))))))))))

You do sound quite happy with the new RE. When does your school break for summer?

I know exactly what you mean when you say that its discouraging when you see other people on this board move on with their BFPs. I especially feel like that when a number of women get BFP on their first go. I don't think we're being selfish. I think its a normal feeling to have. It somehow makes our pain seem even worse.

We do understand if you don't want to be posting here about your cycle. What YOU feel is important and you need to do whatever helps.

For me what hurts even more right now is the waiting. I wish I could just get on the tmt cycle again now. At least that makes me feel like I am doing something about it.

Like you rightly said, our time will come. I will keep everything crossed for your next cycle whenever you decide to go.

Hmmmm..................we'll have to think about it. We'll have to take a vote from the rest of the ladies here.

You know I only pick on you cause I love you so much..................... And we hassle you to come on here more often cause we miss you (or miss having someone to pick on  )

Hey Mir,

You start at 7.00?????????? Here I was feeling all great about starting early. Only 3 more hours for me to go, and haven't had my lunch break yet, so really only 2. I am going out for a walk soon as its lovely here.

Becky did ask for leave from today cause her friend was going to be in town, so she's excused now. It'll be funny if your squad ends up dragging not only Becks but her friend too.

What time do you start Angel? I wish we could skip lunch and leave early. That is nice that you can do that.

That is right, forgot about Becky asking for permission about today. Ok, she isnt in trouble for today, BUT still in BIG trouble for yesterday. She hasnt even checked in with us. We could all be dead she would have no idea!!!

That would be really funny, poor Becky's friend. She would just die!!! Can you imagine???

Good to hear from you Angel. Yes, the waiting sucks! No other way to say it.

Hope, really nice to hear from you.

You guys are the best. Here I go skipping out for a while and you've all welcomed me back without any reservations. Thank you. I suppose the bonds we have created are very strong.

You guys sure start in early... well early for US girls. It's only about 8am right now. I'm at work. School ends next Friday! Yippee. Looking forward to that much needed rest... away from everyone else's kids!!! (I'm a teacher, remember?)

I'll be checking in throughout the day. It's nice to be back.

Chriss, you silly billy.....of course we'd welcome you back without reservations. We're all part of the IF team and although we are all at different stages, we can relate to each other's pain which is probably what creates the bond. Tell you what, if you want to come back and not talk about tmt, we get plenty of laughs here on this thread - and the distraction is quite welcome. Just you wait till Angie is in full form again. Between her and Mir, you'll get plenty of entertainment :D

Miracle, we can't skip lunch on a daily basis. What I meant today was that I was going to take a full lunch hour to go for a walk round the shops. I'm not leaving that early today :( but hopefully can make it to the gym.

I got up for work yesterday morning an as soon as i sat up i felt sick! Got to work an couldnt even take a sip of coffee, needless to say i was brought home by one of the guys at work as there was no way i could stay there all day. I got home at 10.15am an slept until 7am today - yes a full 20 odd hours sleep - i was in an out of dream land, felt so sick but wasnt actually sick, but plenty from the other end

I woke this morning at 7am - Brian slept downstairs cos i was THAT bad an was back in bed by 10am an slept again until 2pm  feel very weak, light headed an clammy. Praying that it passes soon .... promise i will catch up after the weekend ladies, no need to send in the boys in blue (lololol) much love to u all ...

Carolyn: Good luck honey for EC, will be thinking of u an praying hard xx Also can i say that since gettig this bug, i gt on the scales an lost 5lbs - mind u thats prob cos i havent eaten since Tuesday night lol
