Leigh-- so you are 4 days ahead of me, mine was 6/6. I didn't feel so well today, and a lot fo heartburn. Its so awful that I look forward to nausea! Haha. I just can't wait to see my baby on that screen. I had to go to a baby shower for a good friend today, I was really emotional. I can't wait for that day!

DNT - so sorry to hear about your loss. Take some time for yourself and hopefully you will be back at this soon!

Neffi - so glad to see you over here. I was nauseous on and off since I found out it was positive, but last week (6.5-7.5 weeks) was the worst for me. I never got sick, but the nausea wouldn't pass. We'll see how this week goes, but at least it reassures me there is still something going on in there!

Went on Friday for another u/s - baby is definitely getting bigger and saw the heart again! I will be 8 weeks tomorrow and they said in the next few u/s I might get to see it wriggling around! I am still going every week. They said I will get released at about 10-12 weeks to my regular ob/gyn, but they told me to call soon and make an appt with them. I am still on PIO shots, and they seem to be getting more painful, so I am ready for them to stop.

As for the genetic tests, one is done first trimester (between 11-13 weeks), and the other is done second trimester - I think they said between 15-20. I don't think we are going to do them, but DH and I need to read up on them and discuss it. Thankfully we have time to do that.

Hope everyone else is doing great!

Happy Monday Everyone!
It is so difficult to come to work these days. I have a little bit of nausea here and there, sore boobs, and that's about it for my symptoms. I am very anxious to see the peanut again this Wed. It will be my last RE visit. I will be 7.5 weeks then.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello. Hopefully you all got a lot of rest this weekend and were properly pampered ;)

Good morning everyone and welcome to the new ladies. Well I am exhusted today but for a different reason.

Yesterday we had a little pool party and my dog who loves to swim, swam all day long. Well last night she had a tummy ach and was up all night long. I dont ladies if I am ready for not sleep??? OH and my DH was NO help at all. Finally at 3AM I had to hit him awake and saw HELLO do you not here her crying? Finally I was able to go to sleep but my DH was no help.... I know its just a dog but I felt so bad for her.

As for systoms. I am still not really having any ms. I am five weeks and the only thing that really sucks is the cramping. There are times when it is just so bad and I too get scared like some of the others. It is the worst feeling but the Dr keeps saying not to worry but oh my it wakes me from my sleep its so bad.

Unexlpained and Cooking congrats on your milestone of advancement to the OB.

Hi Neffi and Babysoft, welcome.

I am guessing that my morning sickness is the worst among all of us. I finally threw up a couple of times last week and each day, I am hungry to death but I don't want to and hardly can eat anything, other than pickled stuff. I found it gets worse if I forget the PIO injection or suppositories. My MS was very bad this morning and I realized only after arriving the office that I forgot last night's supp and this morning's PIO both!

Needless to say, I lost few pounds already and my brain is not functioning well at the moment - main reason that I don't post often. I managed to overcome the nausea and made few updates. Feel free to point out mistakes.

I am glad everyone is progressing well. I wish you will never have my type of MS and smoothly graduate to your regular obs.

Babysoft-CONGRATS and welcome to this board! We're excited to hear your news in the upcoming weeks and months.

children-I am sorry about your morning sickness (ms). I am really crossing my fingers I don't get it. Only a couple of times, maybe a span of 20 mins or so have I ever really felt nausea, however its just my tiredness in the middle of the day that is getting me about 5 out of every 7 days. My bb's were really sore but are slowly subsiding. I did way too much over the weekend with a party at our home, and crashed for about an hour late this morning. Today I am taking it way easy.

Hang in there ladies and keep up your own pampering however it works for you!

Hello Ladies,

I've just now had the opportunity to read the entire thread and catch up on the news from everyone.

I'd be here all day if I did individual updates, so I just write what I can remember.

First as far as MS - I haven't had any of it...I feel like I had to go to the bathroom every 30 mins and my tummy does feel different...like there is something there, but other than that I'm fine. I'm not a big water drinker, but I'm trying to make sure I keep my fluids up because everything I've read says drink a lot of water.

Sorry I don't remember who I recall someone mentioning being constipated; I too am having that problem...but I think it may be mental more than anything. I know this may sound odd and silly, but I dont want to force a bowl movement in fear of shifting the baby. Yes it's crazy...I realize how crazy as I type it.

I just want to give a special thumbs up to the working women...you are my heroes! I can't imagine it...I sit in my house most of the day losing my mind waiting for the time to pass! I think if I was at work, I'd just be on this board and other pages checking on my pregnancy all day! I also don't blame you for falling asleep...I can't stay up to save my life!! I've become a professional afternoon napper!

I see that most have had their u/s and heard the babies heartbeats, I'm with the women who are having the u/s on 6/30. I had my first u/s today, but I thought I was further along then I'm measuring so.....well to be completely honest I really thought I was exactly what they are saying I am but when I put my lmp in the computer it tells me I'm 6 weeks, but I know that isn't how far along I am! I went today and was told I am just at 5 weeks, so there was no h/b which I must admit was kind of discouraging at first, but then I had to realize I'm getting upset over absolutely nothing. I did want to know if anyone has/had their measurements from 5 weeks...my GS was .75cm...from what I've been reading that seems normal for 5 weeks...just wondering if anyone else knows.

Children- Can you please add me to the list my information is as follows:

1st beta on 6/21: 3880; 1st u/s: 6/23 2nd u/s 6/30. I didn't have a transfer as I got preggors naturally (still strange for me to type after 7 years)!! I use to see women who ttc for years and all of a sudden they got preggor by themselves...I couldn't understand it...now it has happened to me!

I will end with saying I'm so happy to be sharing this experience with everyone here...I am extremely happy for all the preggors single and doubles!

I'll get more personal on my next post, but until then....enjoy this beautiful time...we ALL DESERVE IT!!

Hi All -

Sorry I have been MIA for a bit - I really was down and out from the OHSS and literally did nothing for days but drink gatorade and rest. I am happy to say I'm back to work and feeling alot better - u/sound tomorrow to check fluid amount hopefully one last time.

ok is it just me or is it normal to worry about every cramp/back pain etc. I am only 5 1/2 weeks and don't have my usound until 7/2 and am having such a hard time worrying everything is ok...I've had nothing unusual until this a.m. at 430 I had strong cramps - like on a scale of 1 to 10 probably a solid 5 or 6...they went away after 20 minutes and no bleeding no anythign but I'm paranoid...

Hope everyone is feeling well - I have had a rough start so am hoping things get a little better - already have nausea/dry heaving... but still ecstatic and feel so lucky this cycle worked!

Hope everyone is doing well!!!

Good morning everyone :) - Well I have to say what a world of difference it makes when you actully sleep thru the night. I feel better today not great but good.

Irishhope - FYI I have the same cramps and on a scale I have to say they are more of an 7-8. I finally called the RE yesterday to make sure this is normal. Well he said if there is no spotting, no discharge, no huge pain on the side but more inthe front and if it goes away and comes back thru out the dya but does not stay all day then its OK. He said its just the uterus stretching and some women are more senative to it. But dont worry I am inthe same boat.

Babysoft what a wonderful happy story that you and your DH have pg naturally. And Children I do hope the ms passing and thank you for making our list on page one it is growing so long.

Have a good day everyone.

Genessa - Thanks for the info! It helped ...mine have not returned since early a.m. so I think it was a fluke thing and I don't have sharp pain on either side etc. It was definately in my lower/middle area...Thanks again you eased my mind ...for probably an hour

Babysoft - you are so lucky you do not have to deal with work!!

I hope everyone is doing /feeling well!
