Angel: Nah, i havent told her - i just messaged her back saying congratulations - i got another one off her this morning saying about her an her hubby getting all excited - i dismissed it to be honest as i have bigger fish to fry today

Brian an i had the most horriblest arguement last night - ended up with me sobbing an him with his back to me ... he even left for work this morning with no kiss on cheek, no bye bye - nothing! It was all over DD an her usage of internet - he went onto her website an read some things a parent shouldnt really read ... an he is upset, i went mad cos he not giving her any privacey etc - an it just blew up - he rung me lunch time but we are barley speaking - im so tired, so excuse me if i dont come to play .... ironic but the fertility site came up as one argument too .... why dont men understand that we need our friends on here

Ok, sorry I havent been on sooner. I had a doctor's appointment. For my stupid headaches....I will be having a cat scan (again...). So expensive here!!! I hate it. Anyway...

I know I am a little behind but I couldnt not comment about that "selfish cow" (HEE HEE Carolyn, i loved that) Becky had to deal with...

Ok, first off, ignore the ignorant. I know it is so easier said then done. Like Angel said, she is young. So she is clueless...(i think we are the same age LOL) I would just slowly stop talking to her. I am really sorry Becky. I know how that can hurt you. I am really suprised she is that dumb seeing as she has IF too. I just don't know about people anymore!!! I am also sorry to hear about your row (agrument??) with DH! It does suck. Especially when you have enough to deal with. Dont worry hun, it will be fine. You KNOW he loves you. Just think of the make up SEX!!!

Angel, my love!!! Howdy ho!!! Ok, so on to your story. Those bitches!!! I cannot believe they did that to you. That is really awful!!! And how dare DH tell you they might think you are being snobbish!!! That makes me angry at your DH!!!! MEN are retarded. They really need to be more aware of our feelings. Angel, you were NOT in the wrong. They are lucky I wasnt there. I know two wrongs dont make a right, but I would have showed my American hiney!!!! And for your one friend who was trying for a baby for 9 years???? Someone kick her in her BUTT!!!! HELLO???? How can you forget all those feelings?? Do those ladies know about your IF? This weekend, at my Mom's my cousin and his wife was there. She is now 6 months preggo. So long story short, she is only just turned 20 and this is her and my cousins 2nd baby. They had their first at 16. Obviously that one wasnt planned. Well they tried for this one, so she is all smiles and passing around the sonograms. Well, I got up and went inside. I couldnt take it anymore. Here is a couple who are BABIES themselves having another baby!!!! And she is so clueless about life. I was really hurt and jealous. All of my friends have kids too! It is hard. But most of my friends are sensitive about my feelings. I am very lucky. Anyways Angel love, I have your back. I am so sorry you had to go through that. It is pure torture. Sending you BIG HUGS!!! LOVE YOU GIRL!!!

Hmmm….Carolyn's not around today, so no one to play with during the day I hate this time difference cause you are all out when I am on my way home or making dinner.

Becky - Have you and Brian made up now? I agree with your point of view about giving DD her privacy, but if you look at it another way, it shows that Brian really cares and is not just a step dad, he IS their DAD. If he didn't care and thought "Oh well, she's not really my problem, why should I be the bad person", then you wouldn't have gotten into the argument, right. After all fathers tend to be over protective of their daughters and sometimes go overboard to the point of almost interfering. As for the IF forums, I think we all face that problem, which is why I tend to get on only at work, and before DH gets home. Men don't understand the need for us to keep on talking about feelings and emotions. My explanation to DH is that if I didn't have you all to vent to sometimes, then I would have to talk to him or keep it all to myself and let it stew. If puts so much pressure on to us, arguments are bound to happen. I'm sure you and Brian will work it out and things will get back to normal.

Miracle - you are such a wonderful friend. I wish you were on this side of the pond. I know you would sort out those silly women in no time. They keep on going on about it and live in this bubble. You'd think that in these times when we are all educated, people would have some sort of tact and diplomacy. We use it in our professional lives all the time, why can't people apply it to their personal lives? They all parted saying that they will organise a meet during the day for all the girls - clearly I was the only one excluded as I would be at work (helllooooooo…………………..obviously us without kids are not even part of the group any more).

Oh, and I'm sorry that you were hurt by your cousin too. It really does have a bad effect doesn't it? Only we would understand those feelings. I don't blame you for going away inside. Hugs to you too. Do your family know about IF?

I hate this darn time differance too!!!! Stinks!!!

Anyway, my mom, Dad & sis know about IF. None of our extended family know. I just dont want to deal with all the questions, ya know? Of course you know!!!

I really can't believe those women. Who needs enimies with friends like that? That is horrible. Do these women know about your IF? I just cannot understand how people can be so insensitive.

Catscan really is no big deal. I have had a catscan, brain scan and and a MRI done trying to find out why I get so many headaches. That was done about five years ago. So I guess they went to do it again. I am trying to take care of myself. The darn meds they have me on has put 40 pounds on me!!!! I brought it up to the DR and he said he will look into changing my meds... HELLO I AM A COW!!!! I know that I don't always eat perfect but I am REALLY conscious about what I eat. And plus I have gained the weight after he put me on my meds.

Oh Becky doodles!!! HOW are you my love? I hope you and Brian have made up. Angel made some very good points in her post!!! So very true. He just loves your girls like they are his own. Again, like Angel said, I think every one of us women deal with their DH getting irritated by this site. It is pure rubbish if you ask me!!!

Carolyn...hmph, i wonder if you are even thinking about us while you are having such a fab time!!! if you read these, dont forget to rub and snuggle the belly!!!! Oh, and sing to your embies!!!

Hey Mir, how are you? Hope the headache has left you today? Glad to know its nothing serious but best to get it investigated. Do you think stress could be a factor? Like you, only immediate family know about our IF. Sometimes I think that its better to let people know so that they can be tactful, but that brings its own set of problems like people with set beliefs, unwanted advise…etc that could be worse than them not knowing. Someone I met at the IF clinic said that her MIL was dead set against any form of tmt saying that she'd rather they got divorced

Chriss - have you being doing accupuncture for long? Is it helping with stress? My RE has recommended it but its just so expensive here, so have decided to wait till nearer tmt.

I am ok. No...my STUPID HEAD IS HURTING AGAIN!!! I hate it. Yeah, my dr thinks it is stress related. I try not to stress so much, but I think it is in my blood... Seriously though, even when I dont feel stressed I get headaches... urgh...

Yeah, i know what you mean about it might be easier just telling people. I dont know. We are both Catholic and I am not sure if you know about it, but they look down upon IVF and stuff. They think it is wrong. But guess what...I DONT CARE~~ Have you seen those cute little shirts that say...I am an IVF miracle, or IVF baby? I love those. My dh doesnt want anyone to know we have to conceive through IVF. It bothers me. I am NOT embarrassed about it.
