Afternoon Ladies/Evening?

Looks like another beautiful day out there. I'm going to the beach after this message.

Angel, I started acupuncture about 4 months ago. I just felt like I had to do everything possible to make this work. That's why I started therapy also. I'm getting lots of help.

I've read that acupuncture helps and I did also read that therapy helps too. They both seem to be helping me with stress and PMA. I do have to pay out of pocket for both. I do the acu 2x a week at $70 a visit! Yikes. The therapy is $60 per visit. But it will be worth it to me when I am pregnant with a happy healthy baby.

DId you girls watch Oprah last week? She had a show about positive intentions/The Law OF Attraction. Anyway, many successful people make something called a "Vision board." Cut out pictures, words, etc. from magazines and glue onto a board depicting what you want. DO ya know what I'm talking about? I started making one and it is lots of fun. I am serious. Just put things on there that you want. IT turns out to be a beautiful collage of your future. Try it. I am not kidding. It's a positive step/affirmation for the future. See your vision.

Okay ladies, sorry to interrupt your wonderful thread. I believe I remember someone (or someones) on here trying to lose weight. I have been through 3 IVF treatmens and have put on so much weight. I need help losing it. Can anyone give me any advice on what you do to lose weight?

Miracle- Thanks for the warm welcome. I have actually read quite a bit about you guys. You are quite a fun group of gals.
I am from the states...Texas to be exact. Would love to stick around and get to know you guys a little beter. However, i am not going down the IVF road again. Long story short....I have severe endo, have undergone 3 IVF treatents with only the first one being successful WE have blown a wad of money, and have decided enough is enough.
Anyhow...thanks for the welcome...will talk more:)

Hun, i am so sorry this wasnt ur time. I know exactly how ur feeling right now, an nothing we can do or say is gonna change that.

Take all the time u need with DH, cry, scream, kick, shout do whatever u need to do - i know ur hurting right now and are so sad, but as time goes by u will pluck up the courage and the strength to smile again.

Im so sorry hun, i wish there was more i could say an do to take the pain away ... i really wish there was.

Well, even if you are done going through treatment, you are still more then welcome to chat with us girls! We do try to have a good time. We dont always talk about IVF or IF. We just come here and vent, talk and make friends.

I am sorry to hear about your unsuccessful IVF's. But you said you had one successful IVF, did you have a full term pregnancy?
