Regarding weight loss, I'm at a total loss

. I promise that I have been so healthy with my eating for at least the past 3 weeks now. Plus I've been going to the gym 3 times a week and do some toning exercise at home 2 times a week. My clothes definitely fit a little bit better - its not a drastic change, but does feel different. So when I got on the scales yesterday, NO CHANGE AT ALL

. I felt sooo demotivated. Like Carolyn said once you see a difference it spurs you on to continue. But I don't know what to make of this

. And then I thought that if so much work doesn't pay off then why bother?
Like yourself I want to lose 20 pounds. But I've set myself smaller milestones. For the short term, my aim is to lose 7.5 pounds.
I still say that someone should invent a way to laser away all the fat cells, so that the fat can never get stored in the body
