My clinic routinely test 3, 5, 7, 10, and 12 days after a blast transfer.
Day 3 almost never sees any hCG, and confirms clearance of the trigger shot, if the trigger used any hCG. Out of habit, we also check hCG on this day for donor and FET cycles, and once in a great while we see the rising hCG this early (still very low readings, though).
Day 5 usually sees hCG if there's going to be any, and is an excellent point for identifying pregnancies with multiples. But the hCG is probably too low to detect with most HPTs. Typically around 10-15 for a singleton and over 30 for a multiple.
Day 7 is good for determining if the pregnancy will stick.
Day 10 is good for picking up late pregnancies. A few will come along after day 7 (especially if it's an FET), and some of these end up being viable.
Day 12 is used just to make sure it's rising properly.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
