Every clinic is different, but the avg seems to be 10dp5dt or 12dp3dt.

Mine is set for 13day post 3day transfer or 11 days post 5day transfer. I am getting a HCG booster which would delay testing a little.

From what I have read so far, it seems every clinic has its own rule. But mostly the beta test are done from 14dpo to 18dpo. My clinic likes to do it 18dpo. So I don't think 9dp5dt is too early. Good luck with your beta and hope to see a big BFP.

Assuming I am going with 11dp5dt I am hoping for any beta greater than 50 for that first one

My beta is 14dpt. I have a progesterone and estradial test 11dpt and I think they may sneak and do a beta.

My facility tests 14 days post retrieval whether its a 3day transfer or 5 day transfer.
I am an infertility nurse and I work in a major IVF facility. I am willing to answer questions and give guidance, however, since I am not treating you, only your physician can give you the most accurate information.

My clinic routinely test 3, 5, 7, 10, and 12 days after a blast transfer.

Day 3 almost never sees any hCG, and confirms clearance of the trigger shot, if the trigger used any hCG. Out of habit, we also check hCG on this day for donor and FET cycles, and once in a great while we see the rising hCG this early (still very low readings, though).

Day 5 usually sees hCG if there's going to be any, and is an excellent point for identifying pregnancies with multiples. But the hCG is probably too low to detect with most HPTs. Typically around 10-15 for a singleton and over 30 for a multiple.

Day 7 is good for determining if the pregnancy will stick.

Day 10 is good for picking up late pregnancies. A few will come along after day 7 (especially if it's an FET), and some of these end up being viable.

Day 12 is used just to make sure it's rising properly.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
