You're right - none of us are going to be alone. It is definitely 3rd time lucky for all 3 of us. And to everyone else out here, I hope you are first time lucky.

Fertility has been a major issue in many marriage homes and in some cases is the root of divorce. Fertility problems are not from birth have a solution. Try out these products if you one of such a victim

Hello lovely ladies,

How are you doing? Wow, you guys are on fire!!!! :D:D:D:D

Welshbugger,
Thank you for your kind words! I understand your point completely. I didn't think there were so many "pictures" involved. Geez, that's a sensitive topic. I remember, once upon a time, when you and I argued with other people in another cycle buddies thread about someone who had posted a pic. Geez, some people just didn't want to understand and it created so much chaos!

Don't worry, I wasn't about to just bugger off to another thread without another word! Wow, that would have been rude! Plus, as I was telling Angela by email (arizonakiwi), I've checked some of the preggie threads and the people on the April mommies thread seem to be very anxious. It may just be an impression from just a few posts that don't represent the rest. But somehow, I always feel responsible about that, being a psychologist who specializes in anxiety, to separate facts from fiction or old wives' tales or plain panic... and right now I'm getting really tired of that role.

Just yesterday I read the post of a woman who warned another, all panicky, that oral sex can be *extremely* dangerous during pregnancy because air could be accidentally blown up inside the vagina and cause an air bubble, which could rupture blood vessels, and so on. That other girl had just commented that oral sex was a nice way to relieve herself from sex urges with her partner. I took me 5 minutes to check the facts on the internet and found an ob-gyn who commented on that urban legend. And she did say that one would have to FORCE air into the vagina to make that happen and that, of course, if it did happen, could be lethal for the baby and dangerous for the mom. But come on, what kind of people are they, who FORCES air inside a vagina during oral sex????? Even accidentally???? Geez, do a little research before you make everybody panic!

I really wish there could be a place where people could just discuss pleasant things about their pregnancies, and not worry and over-control all the time. I have that at work every day, I just wish I could find something else on the forum. And that whining brings me right back to you, sweet ladies. That's why I love this thread so much. It allows me to just share what's happening without having to deal with over-anxious women every day.

Sorry... I'm just venting here. I hope I don't offend anyone... I know this forum is a place where one can share one's worries, and I do have them too. I don't mean that I don't want to hear about it at all, but sometimes, people on a given thread are more anxiety-oriented than others. Right now, I really don't feel like joining that kind of thread. Bottom line is, of course I won't stop posting here, but I'll try to be as sensitive as I can. If I do cross a line, and do too much baby-related talk, do tell me.

Police patrol: of course I didn't share my beta with anyone else first!!!! Come on! :D:D:D The clinic called a few minutes ago. My beta is 325.5. So, sorry Lara, lol, but it seems I'm carrying a singleton. My ultrasound is on September 8th and it seems an eternity away. I'm really looking forward to passing that 6 weeks mark and see a heartbeat, which will make my miscarriage risks drop to 2-3% only. Apparently, my beta is "excellent"; anything above 125 makes them happy. Last time, I started at 653, but hey. The embryos were younger this time, we might have a late implanter... plus let's face it, I miscarried anyway last time, probably because of all my tube-related problems, and now all those problems have been surgically removed. I repeat to myself that each pregnancy is a different story, and we're making a completely new start at this. Hang in there, little embie!

On another note, we're about to leave for the SPCA. Toulouse still sneezes and has a VERY runny nose (as in there's dried snot ALL OVER the floor). Poor thing, he snores in a very wet way when he sleeps, it's so funny! And we'll adopt him definitely. He is a changed dog, he fell in love with us and he is bonding super nicely with Daria, our other dog. Yesterday evening, they slept almost nose-to-nose!!! I can't want to start obedience classes in the fall! We'll have fun together and play a lot!

That being said, I have to run... Carolyn, Angel, hrobinson, Miracle, Stephanie, have a super day! :D
