Hi Ladies -
Good Luck to you babysoft. I am sure you will have a wonderful pregnancy.

Unexplained - I am going with kick too . I know how you feel about needing an u/s and yesterday I was once again nervous before we saw them. I guess it never goes away. I told the doc I couldn't wait another 4 weeks and she said we could comprimise and do 3 weeks. At least that's a little better. Maybe you can call them and say you really need one? It might be worth asking?

Gennessa - I dont know if they can switch sides. I was actually wondering that myself. i am sure they couldn't as they get big, but when they are so tiny?

Dakota - I was having a hell of a time brushing too. I switched flavors and it is helping. I was using a natural one, Tom's. I switched to good old crest and it is much better.

ftg - My belly has has been itchy too. A friend of mine got me Tummy Honey. It is a stretch mark fading and anti-itch cream. It does seem to help a bit.

My U/S went great. We couldn't see anything between those legs. They both had them bent up and we,re turned sideways. My next one is a few days short of 20 weeks so hopefully we'll see it then, if not I am going to pay to go to one of those 3D places. Other than that they are both doing great. HB's are strong and they are measuring right on target. My cervix is the same too, 4.33 cm, thank god. One frustrating part though is the lab freakin lost my blood work for the quad screen we did 2 weeks ago!! I have to go back in on tomorrow and redo it and wait another 2 weeks. Arrghh! I have been dying to know the outcome. Oh well, nothing I can do.

Have a great day ladies!!

Jude, Neffi, Crwj, Adsgril Where are you ladies??? I hope everything is ok and your just real busy!!

Babysoft- I wish you the best on your remainder pregnancy and hope you have a fast easy delivery!! Good luck with everything. I hear what you mean, I get myself into trouble by reading too much and it tends to freak me out.

FTG- WOW 9/26!!!! I can't wait!! Any ideas, thoughts?? Anyone playing the quessing game??

Angram- I am so glad you got some waves for mommy & daddy, how awesome!!! Do you find that you are still real tired, but some days you feel great and others its like you've been hit by a Mac truck?? Monday and TUes I was so full of energy and Wed and Today I am so tired I cant get anything done.

Ruby- I was so looking forward to hearing today that you were having B/G twins :P I think you should get the 3-D done, so WE can find out  I am actually going to foot the $79 bill in 2.5 weeks so we can find out. There is no way in the world I can go till 20 weeks. I am so impatient!!! Plus, next week is my 14 week visit then if I get the screening at 16 weeks then my next visit at 18 weeks, I'll know whats going on every two weeks!!

I am NOT liking these materinty pants I am wearing today. They are from Old Navy. I LOVE the overall fit, but the band is a low belly band but REAL thick and its cutting right into me and it hurts. Maybe once my uterus finishes climbing its way out and up it wont hurt so bad, but right above my pelvic bone is hard as a rock and tender and that is where this thing is cutting into.

Boy, have I been having lots of poking, pintching and mild stabbing in the pelvic area. its been kicking my butt and these darn pants are not helping matters.

I listened to "sounds" on the internet last night of different things you can hear with your doppler and I think I was hearing lots of movement in there yesterday. Baby was in a different spot last night than it was the other day. Busy little one!! My biggest problem is I told myself I was only going to do it every few days and I find that I miss hearing it and have to go home and listen right away. Its addicting!!! Thank goodness we cant rent ultrasound machines!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok TMI question, anyone getting hair growing in weird places??? I was just wondering if it is normal or the combo of being pregnant and being off my Metformin.

Hope everyone is having a great day!! I cant WAIT until we are all feeling lots of movements!!!

Question for those who have dopplers...

When I find the HB and keep the devise completley still I can hear the HB get real loud then is drops down and gets real low, then in will disappear then come back real loud, During all of this, everyonce in a while I'll hear what sounds like someone is taping on the end of a microphone. Do you think all the sound changes is because the baby is in there moving around? I dont always hear it like that. Sometime when I find it it is a consistant steady sound, then others (especially after a meal) I get that change in sound level.

I can now tell all differences in the sounds, as far as placenta, baby blood flow, my HB, my blood flow. I LOVE listening to the sounds of a growing baby!!!!

Anyway, enjoy your evening!

Hi ladies - wanted to drop by quick and let you know I couldn't take it anymore. I went to a 4d place and paid $100 to find out the gender. We are having 2 girls!!!!! The tech said she hasn't been wrong in 7 years so I guess that is it. I also got a ton of print out pics and a CD Rom of 40 pics. We saw baby A sucking her thumb then get kneed in the face by her sister. So great and so worth it. She spent 1/2 hour just looking at those girls and getting pics. DH is a little overwhelmed with the news, excited, but thinking of the teen years already  .

I'll do personals later, hope you are all having a great long weekend!

HELLO (hello...hello...hello) Its a ghost town here. Where is everyone??

Anyone had their HR checked? I've been checking it at the grocery store every week. My normal HR is 79-81 and it has jumped up to 100!!! I knew that your HR increases from all of the blood and whatnot, but I never imagined it would be that much!!

I have my 4 week check-up Thurs. Think I can squeeze an u/s out of them?

Anyone having a problem with peeing so much your hooha is getting raw from whiping? (sorry TMI)

Neffi counting down those 4 weeks for ya!!

Hi ladies, sorry Dakota for not keeping you company :)

Rubylee - Congrats on the twin girls, that is awesome! I bet your husband is worried about having so many girls in the house, he should be :)

Well we've had quite the week and holiday weekend. I started spotting after sex last Wednesday and totally panicked. We went to the OB, had an exam and heard the HB. Everything looked great and she said it was probably due to having sex and not to worry. OK, fast forward to Sunday. I woke up to go pee and was bleeding quite a bit. Totally panicked this time, since we had not had sex and it was quite a bit of blood, so we went to the ER and spent all night. I'm pretty sure it was the D-team working that night, but the exam was fine and the ultrasound was good, so we were OK to wait until my OB opened this morning. Went in this morning and they could not find the HB with the doppler. I have never seen my husband so worried in my life, it was horrible. 2 nurses later and about 10 minutes, they finally found the freaking HB..I was so relieved. We then had an ultrasound and the baby & placenta looked great, so they have no idea why I'm bleeding and said to lounge around for a couple days and watch to make sure it doesn't get heavier. We were also told we're at a little higher risk for downs syndrome, so I'll probably have an Amnio in a little over a week. I found that out this morning as well, so needless to say I'm exhausted and could not take one more thing today. So anyway, that's basically that's where I've been this past week.

I hope everyone is doing well and those babies are growing like crazy!

Holy Crap Angram!!!! What a scare to have. I a sorry you had to go through that!!! I am SO SO glad that everything is ok. Did anyone say that it could have anything to do with the other sac you had?

Rest up and take care!!! Let us know how the amnio goes.

Hi Dakota - Yeah, it's been a hell of a week. They've been watching the 2nd sac and it's trying to get absorbed into the baby's sac, but the size hasn't changed since last Monday. Since the size is still the same, they don't think that's the culprit. They didn't see any blood on the u/s, so it's just not clear as to where it's coming from. They have mentioned several times that we have so many capillaries on the cervix and that they can cause bleeding, so that may be it. We did get a great pic today though of the baby. He/she was completely stretched out (basically lounging) and the legs were completely straight. We were cracking up at how long the legs were, it was amazing! Good thing is we've received about 20 pictures in the past week :)

Angram - I am so sorry! Geez girl, what a scare. I hope you are taking a few days to lay down and rest. I bet that will do a number on the sex life. Glad to know everything is ok. Why did they say you were at higher risk for downs? Age only or something else in addition?

Dakota - I haven't check my hr yet and also didn't realize the difference! Wow our bodies are working hard.

Have a good day ladies!!
