Ok I noticed this the other day...I use Dr. Browns bottles for my twin girls. However, on the brown flow part on the inside I noticed mold growing. I wash wand wash and let it dry completely but there are some that still get the mold every time. This is so annoying and there is not real way to clean this part. Any one else experience this?? I thought this was supposed to be a great bottle to use...then why would parts mold?

Hi I'm back
Katie and hopin your next I'm getting excited for you both and can't wait to read your announcements

Loopie as for me no news yet still booked in for the ceasar on the 16th and i'm in the middle of proofing my house for when i'm not here to supervise my boy especially places dh can't get into to retrieve him if need be and thankfully my family are organizing themselves to help dh out with the things he can't do while i'm in and for when i come home which is great . I booked ds into daycare for two days a week today to give me a little break i won't send him for long only until things settle down with katie coming home unless of course he loves it which i suspect he will . I've actually enlisted dh to do all that he can with ds starting two nights ago until i go in to see how he goes and to see where he needs the help and to share all my little tricks to get ds to co operate just to settle myself i can imaginge being in hospital and not being able to focus on anything else other than dh and how he is coping with ds which is a big stress.

Yay for all the babies! Congratulations to you all! I just looked on the bucket and holy cow are those big boys! They look like toddlers compared to my little Abby. I guess my perspective is just a little off these days. Why does it seem like every single one of us has had some sort of complication? Geez. Can someone PLEASE just have a nice smooth delivery sans the drama??? Maybe that just doesn't exist. Anyhow...super excited for everyone! Who's next?

Well, I thought after you had a baby you at least got a few months off with no bleeding?! lol. Ok this may be TMI for some but I started my period today. I mean I had to deal with the bleeding for 6 weeks after birth then the next month I start back!? I mean I did go on BC just so we do not accidentally get preggers right away (like I could but you never know) and it started. *sigh* I guess I did not get a break other than during pregnancy!

YEA they consider it an elected induction so I have to call at 5 am that morning and if the hospital has enough space I will get it No dialation but I have been crampy and he has dropped and I feel like im ready but he is just hanging out. So hopfully I can get in. Id rather not be induced but i MUCH rather not be preg. at this point. I will be 4 days past my due date next wed so there is a chance I go in labor still. Well it will work out for us either way its just the waiting that is hard. nad the not being able to sleep. Im over it. lol my DH was with me today and when he said nothing going on he cracked up I could have beat him. I clearly didnt think it was funny. How are all the mommies doing. Adjusting to it all ?

I think the schedule is working!!! It is rough around 1PM when they do not want to take a nap but I let them cry through the whole thing if I have to. But, last night AND tonight they ate at 7PM and we changed into night nights sang our night night songs and said our prayers and they were both passed out at 8PM!!!! No crying no nothing! I think they are finally getting into the groove of things. WOOHOO! So hopefully I did not just jinx myself and tomorrow goes as well! Now I MUST go take a shower. I do forget to do those sometimes as well as brushing the teeth haha.

Also, remember your dogs/animals if you have em! There are times we are like...."did you feed the dogs" and it is 8PM at night and they are looking at us like we have not fed them for days haha

Rio - CONGRATULATIONS! What big, beautiful eyes he has! :D

Well, we're 38 weeks today. Things are going fine although I started noticing in the last couple of days that my feet and ankles swell a little at the end of the day. Not too bad. Just hope it doesn't get worse.

Tomorrow is my last day of work! Although, it looks like I may get drawn into doing a little work next week. Still, it'll be nice to sleep late and get last minute things done as long as the baby stays put. She is half Swiss so I was joking with DH that maybe she'll be early since the Swiss are so punctual

Hope the rest of you are doing well!

Gecko and Weezie - congratulations!
I am glad everyone is doing well. Sorry it has been hard to get on the computer since he nurses all day and night and I barely get things done. To the girls that are still pregnant, I don;t know if I could do it either, it just gets to be too much after a point! I am so glad our boy is here and you will be so excited to meet your babies, your whole world changes! This is amazing and to think that 10 mos ago we were all in the same boat with our BFPs. got to change diapers, be back tomorrow!
much love to all girls!

mbre and katie
Don't miss me yet i'm still here in the waiting game with you both and by the sounds of it just as over the waiting i'm not due till the 24th but having a ceasar on the 16th if i don't chicken out by then.

Mbre i don't know if the terminology is the same here but if the doctor was to say that i was 5cm dialated i would be considered in active labour which is after 4cms here I know the docs give you a number here 5 being the highest number given for how low bub is sitting in your pelvis so am i confused or are you in labour with no pains

katie the only thing to remember is that if you are induced labour is meant to be more painful because the contractions come faster and stronger and you don't get a chance to get used to the contractions gently increaseing either way wednesday sounds like a great day to have a baby you could have bub on tuesday and share my birthday i nearly thought they were going to book my ceasar in for the 14th and My katie and i would share a birthday.

Get this girls i was out getting pizza the other night wearing a singlet top that was snug fitting and the girl over the counter says to me " this may sound rude but are you pregnant?" i couldn't help but respond with Are you joking is it not obvious it was the best laugh i've had in a long while i couldn't beleive she had to ask me i mean really.

Bub has been so active the past couple of days i thought they were meant to slow down near the end.

Best go it's been raining here and dh has left the door open and ds has escaped

take care all hope things get moving for those still waiting real soon

Hey girls- I'm still pregnant!
Mbre, Mellie, Katie, Jomae, me - still in the running!

Cinci???, Kildean???, Hopin??? how about you ladies???

It seems that no one has gone past her due date yet.
Katie- you are closest with 2 days to go, then it's Hopin' and Cinci- then Mbre, me, Mellie and Jomae( but you're already scheduled for next week, right?)
I dunno- this last bit is a drag- 9 days for me, and as of Tuesday at my 38wk appt-she finally took a look and... NOTHIN'!! we were closed for business!-
she'll scrape my membrane or something like that at the 39 week if I am at least 1 cm dilated. I just don't get it. I mean, what is all the tugging and thunking, and pushing, and contracting and ouching if not my dumb old cervix dilating? What is going on down there anyway???????

Mommas, I don't mean to complain as so far, I've been extremely lucky and blessed for me and the bean to be as healthy as we are, but I'm just so tired of waiting- I feel like I'm in baby limbo - and to top it off, everyone I speak to, when I tell them I have just a couple weeks left (or less) has the audacity to say "you're so small, I bet you'll be at least 2 weeks late", or "really? Maybe your due date is wrong"- I just want to knock their blocks off!!! I mean if I were huge, they'd think something was wrong, too- folks are just getting to me these days is all- so I've decided to just kick back as best I can and ride this one out!
Next week -I have school monday, doc tuesday, turn 40 wednesday, so perhaps baby thursday? seems as good a plan as any!

hang in their preggie pals- we'll be on the other side with diapers& doodoo before we know it!

thanks for the vent

xxloopie

STILL BUMPIN' 08

and again- congrats to all the already mommas- I love love love the baby pix- rio- that baby is a knockout!
