Oh by the way Loopie....my due date according to the docs was always 10.20.08. I just refused to change it to that...cause with IVF we know the exact time of fertilization....so I always said 10.17.08. I just now changed my ticker to the docs date and realized .... that it is also your due date. LOL I dont know why I never realized that before.

Hey i finally started the painting today while ds was asleep and will hopefully finish during his sleep tommorrow i'm painting the bottom of her room pink and leaving the top half the original colour of the house which is a warm cream and i'm dividing the two colours with butterfly wall paper border strip which should look good
Best go ds has found a bug and wants me to look
katie waiting for your news
aw- Jomae- birthdays all around!!!!!lets have some babies while we're at it!!!!
suga- it must be so nice to have the girls on a schedule- it may not mean much more sleep for you, but I can only imagine the relief you must feel knowing you are all getting better sleep! - um and your period already??? hmmmmm-
I am buzzing around doing laundry and such- found a few clothes moth in some stuff this morning- am sooo pissed off- , so am washing more crap than was actually dirty just to make sure the little buggers are dead dead dead - I have a huge array of stuff and fabrics that I don't want them to ruin, plus I want it to be nice and bug-free for baby noname yet! If I could blast them with bug spray, I would, but am trying to keep things non-toxic around here.
ok- nuff for now
joame: I love the wall idea cute! WHen we move into our hose (next year, renting) I hope we are allowed to pain! I am going to do a light green though.
loopie: It is nice to have them on a schedule it really helps out a lot and I know what i can do with my day and when I can do it etc. The nights are getting better when their reflux does not act up. Have fun washing clothes and laundry I HATE laundry. Well, not the actual laundry part...I hate folding and putting things away.
Ok, I HATE reflux. When do they outgrow this?!?! Now that they are eating more it seems to act up more often. *sigh* The doctor and I have to have a chat. Maybe I can increase their meds.

Congratulations Katie!!!! You are officially our 1st late momma! -or on time if you go today!! I am sure your bag is packed and by the door.
I am starting to think I may be right there with you a week from now- still waiting....
ok gals, i need more pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - I'll even get another one up of my belly, not that it is anywhere near as cute as those baby shots, but it's all I've got going on right now-
Katie, Loopie, Jomae, Mbre, Mellie - I am thinking good labor thoughts for you! Jomae, isn't your c-section coming up this week? I am predicting a bunch of babies this week. Hang in there mommas.
Rio - You are still in the hospital? I am sooo sorry. How are you doing? How is your baby? When do you think you will get home? I hope your complications are not too bad. Please post more when you feel up to it.
I am looking for some breastfeeding tips from those of you who have already delivered. I had to suppliment Declan with a bottle while in the hospital because of his jaundice, and now that we are home he isn't getting enough milk from me so we are continuing to suppliment. The problem is that he really doesn't want the breast because he likes the ease of the bottle. Anyone else doing both? How are you making it work?
Other than that we are doing ok. Dealing with a scorching case of diaper rash, poor boy, but other than that we are slowly trying to get into a schedule. We still have lots of visitors which kinda throws things off, but it is hard (if not impossible) to say no to family coming over.
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Take care.
Katie if it makes you feel any better i was 4 days over due with ds and i only think things started because i went for a super quick 1klm sprint around our block and that night my waters broke but I do suggest that if you decide to do get active to bring on bub don't over do it you don't want to put them into distress which can cause a whole lot of problems. Hey and as Loopie says your our first official on time or over due mumma perhaps you'll be our first official one to have an easy uneventful birth ( uneventful in the sense that everything goes smoothly that is )
Loopie what day are you actually due about the 19 or something isn't it i'm to lazy to go back and look it would be sort of cool to pop bub out at the exact time you were born hey
Suga did you work the teat thing out as for the reflux i'm not sure on that one but my sisters bub had reflux and i think about six months he was much much better i think you just need to make sure the girls are getting burped well at the end and during a feed goodluck
Hi all new mummies how we all going enjoying those sleepless nights yet
Gecko- we had the same problem with the ease of the bottle for Gavin. He got lazy. The only way I made things better was to suffer through 2 days of hell. I kept him off the bottle for 2 days! I was feeding about every 1.5 hours (at night too) and he fussed, but now for the most part he is working harder at the breast. I also had to pump more often to increase my supply. That was fine because when we were extremly tired I didn't mind giving into him.
He had a bit of a diaper rash and I used Destin and Boudreaux Butt Paste. I alternated and I also found the wipes that the hospital sent us home with. I find that its all trial and error on what works for him. Good luck.
I will catch up with all of you later tomorrow. It's just been an emotional rollercoaster around here with DH's ex. Hope all of you are feeling well. And let's get the rest of those babies delivered!!!!!!!
Weezie

firstly Corny congratulations on abigail coming home safe and well now you can get some normalsy happening in your life well normal as it can get with a new born. great to hear your news.
Gecko i'm definately having a ceasar i decided for sure today i had my regular appointment today last week she was down and ready to go abnd today shes abnormally high which is how ds was before i went into labour and nothing happened i've also had a little spotting which is apparently not normal so thursday it is Katie will be here my op is about 7.30 am so by morning tea ds will have his little sister or very big suprize little brother i keep imagining they guessed her to be a girl when infact shes a he. i have a great breast feeding site i'll post it shortly i do have to run but i do know that if possible you should not offer even ebm in a bottle befroe 6 weeks if you can help it as it confuses bub and as i think weezie says bub gets lazy and wants the bottle to get the feed easier
sorry will post shortly dinners ready to be served
