hi jenny,
i go to an accupuncturist and get it through him. the supplements cost about £20 to £25 per month. i found the clinic on the internet but there are some high street herbalist that you could see. it's diificult to know how to choose but i went with a clinic that had experience with fertility issues. the reason i opted for accupuncture was that i read about good success rates with natural fertility and ivf, and i was preparing for an ivf cycle.
Dh and me too followed the marilynn grenville program and attended her clinic to see a nutrionist. dh has quality and quanity issues and the supplements improved him by about 30% in about 4 mths. i'd followed a veggie diet for about 4 years. she reckons that of the people she see's, unexplanied fertility issues occurs more in veggies than non veggies because of protein deficiencies.
i upped mine by eating daily: organic fish (or non farmed), eggs, tofu, soya milk (i cut out most dairy milk), cheese, yogurt and organic veg. i must admit that it was a very limited diet but the easiest produce to find.
you certainly get more eggs than i ever did! and your fsh level is great. are you going for another cycle?
