Hello All,
Have just had my first ever sniff today so I thought Id join you! I had was overstimmed two years ago ( had to inject to down reg) and had to freeze all and managed to get 4 FETs from this. The first two were -ves then the next two were +ve followed by mc at 5.5wks. Any road up because of my long/variable cycle Ive just started down reg sniffing at the start of a cycle (well day 3) and hopefully Ill get a fresh go this time.
I am really keen to get on with it, I think Im getting worse at playing the waiting game not better!

Hiya Girls
Just thought I'd say hello. I have just started a short protocol, 2nd day of stims today, 5amps a day...yikes! So e/c (please god) should be 17th ish March. Scan next Friday to check eggie situation. Last attempt produced 5 eggs and 3 embies. Cant expect much more than that, must be positive though. This is soo quick doing it this way, but a normal protocol doesnt produce any eggies for me
My body just doesnt respond to the stims very well, FSH of 9 though?
Good luck to everyone. This is my 3rd attempt, spent squillions of pounds also! Aching to be a mum. Me 31, dh 37 (he has 2 sons) failed vasectomy reversal.

Is anyone else doing reflexology??..........am a bit of a sceptic but have booked a session of 6......if anything it makes me feel like I am doing something to help and they do say it helps with tension etc......
I had my first session on thur and she picked up that I was very tense!! no surprise there with this IVF lark........
I assume its ok to do once I start drugs but not once ET has taken place...am I right??
Anyway, must go, supposed to be working!!! Been here since 6.30am!!! Have not got much choice as its overtime and without it we cant afford tmt.....life is so unfair!!!! Oh well, at least the phones dont ring on a sat so can get stuck in....

Sarah, I had a couple of sessions with reflexology last treatment but didn't really take to the girl who was doing it - so I stopped. I've read lots of good things about it though - and if nothing else it should help you stay relaxed.
I am thinking of having hypnotherapy this time (was meant to have my first appointment yesterday but had to cancel it) I have got another appointment on 26th and hopefully one before that if he can fit me in.
I start sniffing on Saturday - can't believe how quickly it is coming round.

I started buserelin injections on 27th February and I'm waiting for af to appear.
And can you guess, yep it's late.
Feeling quite apprehensive, after us having a miscarriage last September.
Just hoping for a better outcome this time(but so scared that I'll never become pregnant again)
But I'm also hopeful as well, if you know what I mean.
Sorry if that sounds confusing!

Hi Everyone I have been reading your posts but dont know where I belong as we dont start til beg of April I had af last Weds so we will get the ball rolling again in abouts 3weeks,so I dont know weather to start a april cycle buddies or will people still be cycling in april on this tread?
I'm justing getting all the booze and choc I can at the min til I stop drinking I think I'm going to stop next week as I usually stop a few weeks before.
We had a bio-chemical pregnancy in Jan so hopefully it will stick aroiung this time the consul is quite hopeful and says our chances have improved as the embryos have never tried to stick around before so hopefully it might be 3rd time luckly as we have had 2 ivf cycles and 1 fet so far,we have been very luckly and because of where we live we can have the next go on th enhs which we were really shocked about as our last go in Jan was our nhs go but when we went back for our follow up they said our local authortiy have given us fundings for another go which we were really shocked about its just really shit how it depends on where you live.
Sorry for rambling I havent posted for ages I 've just been reading the posts and now once I'm on I cant bloody stop
