yep its 9.22pm - had tea hours ago - been to gym and now getting sleepy!! Got to be up at 6am so will be bed for me very soon xx

I work till 5. I usually work 7-4 but my boss has been out on medical since October 1, so I am working her schedule.

Yeah, I can understand going to bed soon. 6 am comes fast. Is dh home?

Morning girlies!

Yay, I have time for just a quick post before I leave. Today, I'll interview students all day with three colleagues to pick next year's onco-psychology residents (sept 09-summer10). Might be a bit boring, but hey, after that I,ll leave with my colleague for the convention. It's snowing a lot today, so the roads might be tricky. As long as it's not too windy, we'll be okay. It will give us an excuse to leave earlier, lol!

I admire you for undertaking such a difficult series of classes at this time in your life. It's, on the contrary, very brave of you. What made you pick law in particular? It's an interesting choice! Is there a type of law that would interest you more than another? So if I understand you well, you'll have to take 1.5 years plus 3 years to graduate from your bachelor's degree? And then after that, you'll have the bar exam, right? Kudos to you sweetie... follow your dreams, and you know we're right behind you! I'm glad that the young woman's testimony was helpful. I think it shows how one should never be embarassed about fertility tmts... the way your child adapts to it largely depends on how you've adapted to it yourself. If you're okay and at ease with all that, then your child will be too. When I come back, I'll give you an example from my own family, I think it illustrates that so well...

i say that cuz my dh has NO idea about this place....this is MY place.....now i'll talk about "my friends" and he knows i chat online w/ friends across the pond -- but he has NO idea the extent of what we discuss!!!!!

hiya rachel!!! good to hear ruby is doing well at 9 mo checkup!! and i think mir asked as well --- are they making a deal of the murmur?? cuz i have a couple of friends who grew up w/ one and you'd quite literally never know otherwise!!

mir --- as others have said, and without sending condescending --- am very proud of you girl!!!

no matter what the circumstances, it is always a grand achievement to go back to school!! oh and as far as DS for us --- i really don't see that as an option....while i would be open to it -- i really think it would put dh over the edge on top of everything else we've been thru w/ our ivf journey....and quite frankly -- i'm not so sure I'M up for more rounds of tmt....(never thought i'd be saying that!!).... i THINK i'm at peace in knowing that our path has led us to adoption -- now IF by some grace of god i were to naturally get bfp -- then WOO-HOO!!! but otherwise.......think adoption is the way that we'll end up.....but everything came to standstill with that when dh lost his job

we have filed for medical disability (i say WE - but mean HIM).... and we should know something in next few months -- hopefully before summer and then we can make some more decisions at that point.....oh the joys!!!

lee --- oooohhhhhh, how did the overnight thing workout????!!!!!!! hoping all went well!!

OH and for the conversation about having the bed to yourself ---- i'll tell ya, i would have NEVER said it would be something i loved in the early stages of our marriage........but now --- i LOVE it when he falls asleep in the living room and i get the giant king-size bed all to myself!!!!! one of my fav things EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (takes so little to amuse me!)

lets see...what else....we got snow overnight and roads were crap coming in this morning......have meeting that i must get ready for now girls!! will try to check back in later!!!

HELLO SEXY LADIES!!!

OK...so sorry I havent been on today. Today has been a whirlwind...Long story about my hubby. I had to go get him from the doctors today!!!

I will go more in depth tomorrow when I am at work.

So I promise I will read all the posts, catch up and tell you all about my poor DH!! I know you are all dying to hear.

PLUS!! I started school today...WHAT WAS I THINKING....

Seriously, I will be fine. Just a little overwhelming at first. SO MUCH TO DO!! But I will prioritize and get things done. I will be great! Just got out of my first lecture. Very interesting. It is all online, and I can hear my professor talk...how cool is that??

Ok ladies I have to run...have to eat dinner, shower, get ready for work tomorrow...Then back to studies...YIKES...pray for me girls, I am going to need it. LOL Hope you all are great!!!

Sorry I was missing yesterday, was out for a training course all day. Really really boring and I'd much rather have spent it here nattering to you girls. But, unfortunately need the pay cheque. I kept on dreaming of winning the lottery during the course

I'm still feeling quite groggy as for some reason I haven't been sleeping well this week. I have been having the wierdest of dreams and keep waking up

And I turn into a right

with lack of sleep!
