Nicki!

so it is for sure now tou are trying again??!!
are you excited hun??

Smita, you will love abu dhabi! I live in Dubai for the past 2 and half years, which is nice, but Abu Dhabi feels a lot more homely than Dubai!
There are a lot of things to do, and I am sure you will have no problems meating people and making friends easily!

It is a shame though because we could have met, but DH and I are (most probably) moving to mozambique very soon. I am not thrilled about it, especially that we just started IVF in Dubai now, so if this cycle doesnt work, I am not sure how to proceed next... :x
Dhruva must such a big girl now!!

I had EC yesterday, and although I am disappointed because we got only 8 eggs I am very happy that I am not in pain! Normally I feel really really bad after EC, cant walk, cant sleep but this time I am just a little bit sore!

love to all

Hi Nicki!!!

Good luck in whatever you decide!

I just had to say that my Twins were concieved on an NHS funded cycle and it worked first time!!! We still had the treatment at the same Hospital that was also private so the treatment was just as good!

Dont be dishearted if you have to go NHS they were brilliant! I think they are all very sensitive with the whole IVF treatment as they know its a very emotional journey. Jump on and enjoy the ride!!!!

Dont expect too much and you will be lucky!!!

Take care

Hi Jo.
Thx for your words.
Wow, your twins will soon be 3, time sure flies. hugs to them. xx
I was worried about service of nhs, but i think ur right, if its at same private clinic its fine, as u use same same. i am not very exicted about this, got my hopes up before, so i am trying to be all matter of fact about this year, and trying not to get obsessed with it all. I think u could be right, it could be one!!!

Thats it Nicki, with that attitude it will be Triplets!!!

All the luck in the World!!!

Will keep checking back to see your progress!

Yes the girls will be 3 this time, we are planning a Pirate bday party! Motherhood is the hardest job in the world, especially with Twins! I sometimes think it would be easier to work on an Oil Rig! But on the good days they are so worth it, and on the bad days you just wait for the next good day! *lol*

Take care Hun

Hi Nicki!

I was just thinking of you recently and wondering if you'd ever try again. I so hope you do and you get your miracle bub!

Well, things have moved along for us quite a bit and when the twins were 6 months old, i found out I was pregnant naturally and had little Addison Grace last Oct to complete our family. Having 3 kids under 2 is a world away from when we were doing our IUI cycles together and I pray that you will have the courage to have another go and be blessed with the happiness we have.

Big Hugs! l

Hi All
Haven't logged on for over a year now!! Thought I'd drop by and here you are Nicki!! Coincidence or what?

Wishing you all the luck in the world. You are very brave to try IVF again after your last cycle. I have everything crossed for you.

I am fine. Matthew turned 2 last week.........he is absolutely fab. Where did those years go though?

To Smita, Souris and Jen, good to see your posts. Hugs to all

Hi anna,
Cant believe either where the last 2 yrs have gone, lovely 2 c your post!!
We were granted funding on the NHS, and everything is going ok, and have consultation end Apr, and today, guess what??
Clinic calls to say they have 2 records for me, and could i confirm my address, now it appears coz i am living in a differnt PCT area, i cant have funding, and will have re apply to the new PCT, i moved across the boarder to cambs. It's only the next bloody county, I am so crossed as when i originally asked they said it didnt matter... Arghhh!!! Now it does!!
So i am going to have re apply to the cambs PCT now, and have to wait agian..... Private funding is easy with No money. It's so un-fair...
So I have a battle now between the PCT's going on, i will fight til the end. I am the same person, it doesnt matter surely i have moved!!!
Surely the allocated money will have to go somewhere, so why dont they just hand the money to my new PCT instead!!!
Aghhh!!!
WAtch this space, its not over yet......
It's just another obstacle to jump!!!
