Nothing new with me either. Just waiting for my consult on April 15.

Ny4thtry - I wish I could help you out. I do have some extra ganerilix but don't know if I will need it next cycle. If I find out I won't need it before June, I will let ya know. Babyhope has Follistim, maybe you can use that instead of Gonal F.

Kas - Hope you are doing OK on bedrest. I am worried about you and those little babies. Post when you get a chance.

Lynniecat - It was good to hear from you. So glad that your scans have been good.

We have found a possible problem causing my infertility. My primary care physician did more blood test because of my high liver enzymes. Which my enzymes are still high but I am still blaming IVF and all the meds for that but will be scheduling an appointment with a specialist tomorrow. So one of the test my PCP ordered was a Anti Nuclear Antibody Screen which came back positive. So i am testing positive for an antibody that kills off normal cells and is a cause of some infertility. Not saying this is my only problem but it is about time something came about with all these test I have done. I have a consult with SIRM St. Louis on Tuesday and they are big on immunological screening so it will be interesting to see if what comes of that. A good thing is that the ANA can be helped by taking Prednisone.
On a bitter note, I received all my paperwork from my former RE. On my cycle sheet for my last IVF he put my Diagnosis as DOR - Diminished Ovarian Reserve. This was just added on the day of my transfer. So after the crappy cycles that I have gone through with them, they believe I have DOR. Which might be true but I will be seeking a second opinion.

so that is it for me. Hope everyone has a good Easter.

hi chris, i have DOR also. it sucked hearing that, i hated those words. the hopeful thing for me that came out of it was that i took DHEA for it, and i believe it helped.

i'm glad they found some things they can follow up on for you.

hi to everyone else too. i'm doing ok. very tired lately. sorry for the short post but gonna go watch a movie with my dh. karen

chris i was also dor and believe dhea helped me out, although sirm do not recommend it.....

ladies,

i write this with a broken heart from my hospital bed..... i went for my 20wk scan and it seems i have an incompetant cervix :( i was 100% effaced and 3cm dilated with the first babies bag bulging out. they sent me up to labor and delivery and the peri said he cannot put the bag back in as it has been exposed to bacteria in the birth canal and by now will almost certainly be infected  they gave me the option of terminating or letting nature take its course, which i am choosing to do....

i had contractions over the last 2 days, some were only 1min apart but they slowed and are now erratic and infrequent..... my doctor said if infection does not set in and if i dont progress any more (i am on an inverted bed) and if i can carry on to 24 weeks they will deliver. i asked how likely that was and he said realistically less than 5%
chance

so now i am just waiting.

several people have pm'd me about the photobucket..... could you ask another regular im so sorry but i cant do all the technical stuff right now...

will keep you all updated, please pray for a miracle

Oh ladies, my heart is so heavy for you. Kas, I can't even begin to imagine what you are going through. I had a dream this week that I was starting to deliver and I asked if they could push it back in...the doctors said no and I ended up with three boys (that is one more than I was aware of, and I don't know genders yet, dreams are strange sometimes.) Basically, that is my worst nightmare. Is it possible to stop things and keep the others in there for several more weeks? I will pray for you and I know he is listening on this Easter weekend.

Awww Kas I am so sorry for you and your dh to have to go through this, but I too believe in miracles. Your whole situation has been a miracle from the start to hopefully you will get some angels sent your way to help these lil babies through this for a beautiful outcome with 4 lil ones. Do you feel comfortable with the Dr.s where you are at-I really hope so. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your husband!
