One thing that helped me during the 2ww was meditation. Nothing formal, just deep breathing and visual imagery of the 2 bubs as 2 little lights grabbing hold and breathing in my uterus. I just tried to have as much positive energy as possible. As far as symptoms, every woman is different, which of course you know, although I also wanted to know what symptoms successful IVFers had during my 2ww, so I'll tell you

. A few days after transfer, I had a bout of cramping that lasted a few minutes. Then nothing, until a few days before the 2ww was up, at which point I felt like my legs were walking thru jello. The day before I got my beta, I felt dizzy and nauseous.
