Hey Ladies ... xxx

I know its taken me so long to post an let u know how im getting on, and i apologise for that. So much has been happening the passed few weeks, i have emails to reply to (Carolyn & Ang - so sorry been meaning to reply xxxx) work to finish off, and egg collection to get thru.

Things havent been going too well .... my body and my follies are not playing ball with this cycle at all today is day 14 of stimms, im on a high dose of Gonal F (300iu) and its not working

Last time with the same schedule we got 15 eggs .... this time we have 3 x follies at just 15mm and the lefttie was playing up today so we are going blind hoping that there are a few there by egg collection!

To say we are gutted is an understatment, ive done everything possible this cycle, ive lost a stone and half (21lbs) im eating healthly (alto today ive been stuffing my face with chocolate and crap!!) im taking pregnecare tablets, i only take paracetamol if im really struggling with a bad headache ... i dont understand what has gone wrong.

Dr wont stimm me for any longer as 14 days is the limit .... so ive just taken my trigger shot and praying my heart out that we get 2 good eggs to put back ...

On the upside, i am back at work, i was lucky enuff that they had started to get busy again and called me back in. Im very busy there and usually by the time i get home i collapse on the sofa. Tonight i have DD's lap top cos i dont have the energy to sit in front of the pc and type. I am completly exhausted!

If this doesnt work .... then we are out of the running and out of the game. I cant take much more, my body feels like its about to give up, im honestly shattered ladies ... 4 cycles is enuff for me .... i need my marriage back .... ivf has been a third party in it for long enuff now ....

So ... wots going on ... wots the gossip ladies, ive missed so much and i feel like a fraud comming in and telling u all my news, it sounds so selffish and i dont mean it to be ... i do think about u all, all my friends who have been here for me since i started my journey in 2006 .... and whom are with me thru my last ...

Don't have much time again, but quick log on to say a special hello to dear Miracle.

Mir, I do understand how you feel. But don't feel like you are alone. Remember I too am in limbo at this point and we can't start until the end of the year too. Remember I said we would be buddies, well, it seems we are facing more waiting around, but we all in this together.

Work is keeping me very busy, but I must say its helping me not think about IF all the time. And we're rediscovering enjoying life and having a social life. I had turned into a recluse and actually it didn't help. I won't lie, there are days when it hits me and I'm down in the dumps again. But that is natural and bound to happen. You have got your studing and furbabies to take care of. Your baby is going to have a hot shot lawyer for a mum........keep on thinking about that.

AFM - had wedding at weekend with a free bar all day so as you can imagine DH made full use of that - I just needed a stone to crawl under whn all the uys decided it would be a good idea to hit the dance floor - he is not the smoothest of movers when sober so you can imaginbe the scence !!!! - was a fab day though and the bride looked stunning - could have just done with some sunshine !!!!

Anyway need to get organised and go to work - my friend is at Pontins this week with her boys so am staying with them tonight - never been to a POntins in my life but she says its just the best place to Chav watch ... can't wait !!!

A very quick Hi and Bye, off to spain on Friday, taking 2 children with me, my mum, sis and nephew so will be a nice week. Then DH coming out for second week, to stay with me and the 2 children we are taking. Really sorry not to do personals, really tired, been up with little ones since 7 and then worked from 7pm when they went to bed till now 11.40!! Will be a bit easier when I get back so will catch up with you all then,

No news on adoption as yet Carolyn, just waiting for our inital meeting sometime in September probably will know more then, I can't believe you are 10 weeks all ready!!!

Hi Everyone,

I've previously been on the June/July Cycle thread but unfortunately this 4th cycle didn't work Someone on the thread suggested joining a thread like this! Would have been hoping to join the Mum's to be thread, but hey ho!

A little info on me and DH. We've been TTC for 4 1/2 years, had 6 months of Clomid, 1st -IVF/ICSI BFN, 2nd -IVF/ICSI BFN, 3rd - FET BFN, and 4th - IVF/ICSI BFN. Main reason for IVF was DH's low sperm count, they didn't really find anything wrong with me as such, maybe just slight irregular periods. It only took us to our 4th cycle for us to finally realise we could make a difference and we changed our lifestyle! DH turned 30th in Jan 09 so we decided after his b'day we would give a go at no drinking alcohol until we go through treatment. DH's sperm count was very low (2.8million last Aug) and we had no chance of ever conceiving naturally. But during this 4th cycle his count had gone to 46.8million!!!! The embryologist said she could see no reason why we couldn't conceive naturally now! As you can guess we were VERY pleased with that outcome. DH had been taking some fertility tablets from Marilyn Glenville and I think the combination of them and the no alcohol has certainly made a difference! I've started taking Angus Catcus to try and make my periods regular (hopefully) and we've stocked up on ovulation kits!

We were devastered when this cycle didn't work, but I think the only thing keeping us going is the thought that we could conceive naturally. We're booking ourselves a holiday in Sept to give us something to look forward to (and take our mind of it being all baby baby baby!).

Anyway, sorry to invade this thread, but don't know who else to talk to - majority of people had joined the mum's to be board from the June/July thread!

I'll try and catch up on you all - although i may be a while, there's quite a few pages! haha
