9 to 12 is pretty common.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

hi all, just saw this thread and have a similar question... i started my first stimms injection on the 4th of nov (well it was 11p.m.) i just returned from my us and have about 10-12 follies on each side, they are growing but very slowly :x . most of them measure 12-13 with a few 14-15 and only one 17. is that abnormal or am i also just a slow responder? Ghost, does this affect the result? hearing any similar stories would be very helpful!

Yes, it affects the result.

In a European study about 5 years ago, patients were randomized to receive hCG either when the lead follicle reached 17mm, or else 2 days later. The late-trigger group had slightly more and better eggs/embryos, but also much lower implantation rates. The conclusion was that endometrial receptivity was probably compromised by the longer stimulation.
