me2009-HAHA!! I am totally cracking up from your post!!! That number seems great and hopefully it will double in the next two days!!! Twin?!?!?!

amysbabies-sorry again for your BFN but you seem to have such a positive attitude and I hope the best for you and your DH

dodo-still too early!!! Don't get down from those evil sticks!!! Hang in there and PMA!

Eol-welcome to the board!! These women have been such an enormous help and support and hopefully we will be the same for you :lol:

sorry-don't have time for more personals since I just got to work and my teens are coming any minute to begin our program for the homeless!! AFM I took my trigger shot today and I went in this morning for b/w u/s and they didn't call me today which I'm assuming no news is good news and I'm still on for my scheduled ER tomorrow!! I have been scared all day since this was the point I got to last time and then I got that devestating call that ended my cycle. I have had horrible cramping/bloating and I can't wait till these follies are out of me!!! I will update tomorrow after the ER and let you know how many they retrieved...I'm hoping close to 20!!!!!

Hope you all are having a nice weekend! we had no power all day, just came back on at 3:00- whew! good thing it was starting to get really cold

3 Day Transfer:

1dpt... Embryo is growing and developing
2dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
3dpt... Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
4dpt... Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
5dpt... Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
6dpt... Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
7dpt... Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells &
fetal cells
8dpt... Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
9dpt... More HCG is produced as fetus develops
10dpt... More HCG is produced as fetus develops
11dpt... HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

5 Day Transfer (if your transfer is done on the 6th day please adjust according to the timeline based upon how the embryo was doing by 1-2 days {e.g. blastocyst was hatching from the shell}):

-1dpt... Embryo is growing and developing
0dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
1dpt... Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day

amysbabies so sorry for your bfn it is never easy getting a negative but you sound positive so hugs to you and heaps of pma

dodo don't stress try keep up your pma fingers crossed it will change to bfp

me2009 holey moley way to go thems are great beta numbers congrats on being preggos gurl :wink:

claud all the best for ER tomorrow heres to a bumper crop of eggies

afm sleepless nights worrying 2 more days to go to beta getting cramping on and off gosh i so want to poas again but because of the hcg in pregnal i'm warned by re you could get a false positive. So it's been 4 days past my final injection hmmm i wonder

anyway ladies keep up the pma heaps of faith to all

me2009- wow that's crazy, are you thinking twins?

ashely- those are great fert numbers. i just know this is going to work!

amysbabies- i am so so sorry! all my thoughts are with you.

cheekyone- keep up the pma!!

afm- i went for my day 7 u/s and bw today. i had 8 measurable follies, ranging from 18 to 11 and and 12 more that might chatch up. e2 was 1100. i am staying on the same meds and going back in for monitoring on monday. maybe trigger monday or tuesday? sounds more like monday to me...i mean i am already pretty uncomfortable.

Lulu thinking of you and hoping you will be BFP by monday! I know it is hard but try to stay positive it can still happen!

lulu668: hey you never know ~ if you get a bfn on monday you will be better prepared...but if you get a BFP you will be pleasantly surprised:) stay positive~

sarah_ruth79: thank you for your kind words :) it means a lot. You got a great # of follies there~~~ come on follies..keep growing!

katie99: thanks for updating the list for us ..you're awesome! what happened to your power? was it your entire neighborhood? thank goodness it's not summer..I remember the power going out several years ago and it was blazing hot and all the ice cream was melting in the freezer.

cheekyone: I'll take those hugs...I need them :) What's pregnal and what is it for? hoping for a nice BFP for you on beta day.

claudia662: I wish you a smooth retrieval with lots of mature eggs and a quick recovery :)

AFM - I was :cry: crushed last week after my d3 E2 was barely changed from my baseline levels. It pretty much feels like the first 3 days of stims were almost a waste. I guess its just trial and error. Thankfully the numbers have come up since they upped my gonal f. My d5 e2 doubled to 107, and d7 was 317. They are only counting 6 measurable follies but other smaller ones. I am cautiously optimistic that my next u/s tomorrow will show improvement. If I make it to ER it will probably be 12/3, 12/4, or 12/5.

tc4474: Thank you .. I'm really praying that #4 is the charm for me :) I hope your other small follies catch up... keep a PMA .. sometimes it takes a little longer for some to grow~~ I'm sure your u/s 2moro will show improvement :)
