Your e2 is fine for day 3 - its normal to stim for 9-14 days so you've got a bit longer to go - try and relax

Hazel -Hooray for starting stims! Well dont hold your breath about my clinic changinh their dates - this will be #5 with them (in a year!
) and I've never seen them change -their schedules are done months in advance - they choose what will be "the hot week" of the month (ER /ET)and then plan everybodys stims around that - we'll still be pretty close together though! , so I POAS again just to check and it was the same! I can't believe it - although am being extremely cautious about it as I haven't had a beta (and don't get one either – so rubbish in UK) so I will be POAS every day for the next three weeks probably until my 7 week scan on 17 December! I POAS again this morning with a different brand and am going to do another tomorrow! Hilarious, I didn’t want to do a HPT now you can’t stop me- spending all of the money we have for treatment on HPTs! Also, am still massively paranoid that I will m/c – am getting every type of ache, pain and twinge imaginable – still – plus am really bloated from progesterone pessaries and I am panicking all the time that I will have a chemical pregnancy. Without knowing if my beta is going up each day i just keep thinking that something has happened and I’m not pregnant anymore – the worrying never ends! However, I’m not moaning at all – I am so so grateful that it seems to have worked and am just praying that I stay pregnant. I couldn’t have done it without going through every stage with you all and getting your help, advice and encouragement. I am going to stay on the board to keep up to date with everyone and so see how all my wonderful cycle buddies get on. I promise I will do personals later (I see there’s a few newbies since last week so I’ve some catching up to do!)– but I just wanted to check in as a few of you had asked if I’d POAS yet!
I don't think this is going to be a viable pregnancy. I'll know more tomorrow, today I'm 5 weeks would that be a chemical pregnancy ? Losing hope 
As for your progesterone dropping, I am sure it is fine since you upped your medication and I'm sure the fiber foods are helping with the constipation!! Good luck with your beta tomorrow morning!
