Hello ladies, I just want to give an update. I called the clinic yesterday and they were so kind to let me have my beta done 2 days earlier. RE called me last night and told me that hcg was not there yet. He sounded disappointed. Anyway, he told me to go for another b/w tomorrow which is the official beta day. I know the chance is minimal because I don't have any symptoms or signs at all. I'm waiting to schedule an appointment with him ASAP so as to discuss what we can improve to make it work next time.

Hope everybody including me have BFP very soon!

Amy -OMG Yes! I dont know whats wrong with some women? I forgot to write it before, but while I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open, that woman pulled in (in a mercedes of course!) and took 2 parking spots - and theres hardly any to begin with! since she was in sweats & sneakers ( designer of course!) I dont think that she was in a hurry to go somewhere important. what kills me is 1- after a 2 hr drive, i'm out of patience ( I love to get up at 4:30 who doesnt  ) and 2- if she would have asked me to go first i would have said sure, no problem.
UGH! These people who think that they're more important than everyone else! On a better note - What did your Re say about your next cycle? Can you start soon? I've got my fingers crossed for you! - xoxo

Kelly -Ha ha You got it! GL tomorrow!

BRmommy -I always wonder what the "BR" in your name means?
Wow! you had a big week! hope you all had a great time! Happy belated Birthday!!

katie99: your clinic sounds an awful lot like mine :) we all line up in the parking lot before the doors open so we can be in and out of there asap..and every once in a while there's a littlemissrude that thinks she can pull up and stand in front of the door or jump the line when everyone is going to the door. I have an appt with my RE next wed and I'll see what she says..hopefully she'll have a good plan for me.

My word, 3 pages of posts in 24 hours, I'm going to have to stay glued to my computer to keep up with you all!

2010 - have you still resisted the evil pee sticks? Well done if so! All your symptoms sound good, fingers crossed for Friday!

me2009 - yay, another great number! So funny about the maternity jeans, I quite often wonder how comfy they must be when I put on another couple of pounds and struggle to do up the button on my jeans!!

Olim - OMG, congratulations! You're going to be a POAS queen until your 7 week scan, I can tell! It's a pain that you don't get offered a beta, I don't either. If you are interested, someone from one of my previous cycle threads had her IVF abroad but then paid a UK clinic for a private blood test once she had a positive HPT (I think it cost her about £60). So if you really, really, really want to have a beta (it might save you a small fortune in HPTs, lol!!) I'm sure there will be somewhere near you which would do it, perhaps even your own clinic.

Ashley - your embryos are looking good!

Marion - welcome. I think doing a HPT after a week is too early, try and be patient for a little longer. Easier said than done, I know!

claud662 - that's an amazing fertilisation rate, congratulations! GL for transfer tomorrow if you do a day 3 transfer... And for your PIO shot tonight, has it got any better with the heating/massage etc tips?

sarah_ruth - bad, bad, bad tech, treating you like that and not giving you the right information. And they wonder why we want to check and re-check every detail! GL for tomorrow, here's hoping you are good to go for trigger.

justwannabamom/Kelly - GL for your u/s tomorrow.

Skylar - yay for trigger, enjoy your drug free day tomorrow and GL for ER.

tc4474 - still keeping everything crossed for you! GL for your u/s tomorrow, looking forward to hearing some good news!

Albany07 - one more sleep to go until beta, hope you manage to actually get some sleep! GL!!

cheekyone - GL for beta, keeping everything crossed for you!

teachermom - OMG is right, wow twins (and maybe triplets)!! How are you and DH feeling?

dodo - keeping everything crossed for you at beta tomorrow.

Katie99 - well done for keeping your cool with the rude woman! As if we don't have enough to stress us out as it is. Hoping for good news from your baseline - hurry up and call already! - and even maybe great news that you will get to start stimming today as well (oh well, I can live in hope!).

jenice - so sorry about your news, you are in my thoughts. (((((hugs)))))

AFM, stims injection #1 down, another #? to go. Katie99 - haha, you're right, I'm not loving the injections quite so much now that I actually have to do them again! So happy to be starting to move forward again though.

So, a lot of 'Good Luck's up above in the personals, you're all in my thoughts...

Hello girls - just a quick note, dh and I are heading down south to Peoria, Illinois to visit our 2 week old baby boxer Winnie. So, I did not have to read, I will do that in the car. So... here's the update: HCG 63 and Progesterone 45. I am kinda worried, scared, don't want a good thing to end happy, etc.... Not sure why I was not feeling this way before. But I feel a couple symptoms that may not have been present or are absent may be contributing.
1) No symptoms at all days 1-3, day 3-6 elevated sensitivity to my allergens, day 6-8 nothing, day 8 and 9 mild headache on left side and no constipation day 8,9,10. Also today I have stretching or pulling down there. Gosh - if this is viable and I sure hope and pray it is, is this stuff normal? Do we just wait and see? Do we worry like this until the end of 9 months???? I am freeeaking out here!

Dodo - possible late implantation? I don't know, that is my guess. Better safe than sorry. B/C if you are + and stop progesterone that would not be good. Keep up your PMA and maybe a little miracle will come, I hope so!I missed you!

Hi Ladies,

I just checked all the posts and it seems like is some good news!!

teachermom-possible TRIPLETS!!! holy moly canoli!!!! Can't wait to hear what your next u/s brings!!

dodo-sometimes beta numbers are slow to rise and you could have possibly tested too early...gl tomorrow!! fingers crossed

albany-your numbers seem great!!!! anything over 50 is considered pregnant in my clinic so don't stress!! your progesterone also seems nice and high!!!

me2009-all I am wearing these days are leggings!! Jeans are not my friend and it's such a shame since they are all sitting in my closet!!! I almost feel like donating them and just buying comfy pants!!

hjw-yes...the tips definitely helped me out last night....after a minor freak out again it did not hurt as much using the heating pad and my husband was much quicker this time!! hopefully no tears tonight!!! The injections will get easier each night for you and they will become a cinch in no time :)

amysbabies-I'm so happy that you are now begining the next phase of your IVF rollar coaster and hopefully you won't have a long AF and that you begin ASAP!

katie-I can't believe you have to wake up at 4:30AM to get to your clinic!!!! Do you have to go in every morning after day 8 of stims? That is insane and you give miss designer sweatpants the evil eye next time she takes up two parking spaces or cuts you in line!!!

Franny-good to hear from you! I have been thinking about you  I hope seeing your family will boast your spirits!

AFM...Some not so good news right now (although I'm trying to stay positive). I woke up this morning EXTREMELY bloated and crampy. Around 11:00 this morning I called the nurse to ask if this was normal and she called me back right away to see if I could get an ultrasound today since I might be hyperstimulated. I unfortunately was out all day so they want me to come in tomorrow morning to see if they can continue with my scheduled transfer tomorrow. They told me to DRINK A TON so I have been and keeping my fingers crossed that either

1. I am not hyperstimulated but just bloated from the ER and the fact that my ovaries just produced 25 eggs!!!
2. My transfer will be a 5 day transfer and I will have a couple more days to get back to normal.

Keeping my fingers crossed it is one of those options and not having to cancel this cycle and freeze. Keep me in your thoughts tonight.

Katie: It's official I got BFN, please update my status. Wish you the best of luck. I think I will try to find a new RE for 2nd round, I rather drive 4 hr to have someone good. This first RE I picked was based on location only.

I am so excited for everyone with BFP, congratulations! Teachermom, wow triplets, how u feel! :D :D :D

Lulu so so sorry for your BFN! Take some time to deal with it all and then take your time and find a new RE that you are comfortable with! I met with several before I chose one this time! I drive 3 hours to mine! Best of luck to you!
