tell me I am obsessing over nothing....sorry for TMI but I am so confused.
yesterday my e2 was 2509---my follies were as follows:
Left; 17.5,17,17,17,16.5,16,15.5,15.5,15.5,15
right: 14.5,14,12,11.5,11.5
today my e2 was 2530
left: 17.5, 17, 16.5, 16., 15.5, 14.5
right:17.5, 17
Something does not add up??/ what happened to the 11.5-12's on my right and the 15-15.5 on my left????? Do you think the sonographer missed something?
Anyways I am triggering tonight....They said I have peaked and they do not want me to decline so trigger it is.....I am freaking out here. Overall they said I have 30 follicles but look slike they only measuered 8 today....something tells me this is not a good cycle....

miyaya-maybe they only counted the "big ones" and the smaller ones will catch up by retrieval? did you ask your tech doing the u/s? I wouldn't stress and try and relax before ER!!

miyaya -- I'm with Claudia... I think they only measured the largest of the follicles... the ones they know will most likely be mature. Of course, they will retrieve whatever they can. Good luck! Your numbers sound pretty great to me!
katie -- Oh hun... how disappointing this all sounds for you. Don't beat yourself up for letting RE talk to you into this IVM. Who knew? Besides, it could still work.
Ashley -- 3 positive HPT's is a GREAT sign. I'm pulling for you to have very good news.

AFM - I'm doing ok in the wait - it's going quickly, I guess (thanks, work!). I don't really feel much going on, just a little crampy and weird. I felt kind of loopy today, like i hadn't eaten all day, but I had. I'm most worried of getting a call on Monday that I have another low beta (or a chemical-in-waiting). I don't know if I can take another one of those. I've got two tracks going on in my head all the time, about plans if I am or if I'm not pregnant. If I don't get pregnant this time, I'm going to wait until April to try an FET with the frosties we have from cycle #2. And then, I think we're done.
I'm hoping to see more BFPs tomorrow! And a big double beta from Jacqueline! The next week is going to be pretty exciting here!

Just a quick note as I am heading out the door. Just got the call and my beta today was 228! Seems to be doubling, what more can I ask for?
For all of you (I think there are 3) with betas tomorrow...GOOD LUCK! I will say my prayers so that we can all join the October 2010 Mommies board!

Claudia, Beth and Lou~ I have no idea. Its so weird b/c yesterday the smallest measurable I had on my left was 15....now they are saying 14...and I had 5 on my right....now only 2? Do you think I could have ovulated on my own? Can they just disappear?????My sonographer was a bit on the rushy side today....the one I usually have takes her time and double checks things....today I was just a patient....I was shipped in and rushed out! Ugh! I guess there is nothing I can do about it. My fear is we trigger too late....they are doing a 38 hours harvest this time....last time, the largest follie I had was a 17 and at harvest we only got one mature egg....they think doing HCG this time and extending the harvest time will help....I hope so but I am feeling a bit leary!

Hi Girls!
I only have a quick second but wanted to comment to Franny!
Franny - All I can say is "Get out of my head".....LOL!!! I am having the exact same thing. I feel a slightly crampy like the kind I get just before AF. I keep running to the bathroom to check and see if AF is here. I also had the dream that I was pregnant and DH did the same night as well. I don't remember my dream from last night, but then again I didn't sleep much as I kept jumping up to see if AF was here. I tried going to a movie today with my mom to get my mind off of things didn't work though. Halfway through the movie I was sure that AF was here but I tried to enjoy the movie anyway and didn't want to freak my mom out. When I got to the bathroom still no AF...YEAH!!! This is the longest wait ever. Let me know how tomorrow goes....I will be praying for you as I wait for my test results as well!!

(plus if its bad news i couldnt do that to him in the middle of the school day!)

Also to those girls who are frustrated - hang in there..... we're all pulling for you.
Had our last ultrasound/ bw yesterday morning and the doc stopped counting follies after he got to 9 nice ones (all about 17.5 or so) We think there are about 16 or more.
Here's the thing.. my E2 was 10845? Isn't that crazy high? We triggered last night and ER is tomorrow morning. I'm pretty excited and nervous about the high estrogen. I went through a over-stimmed IUI where my e2 was way over 8000 and never got ohss... but what i'm reading says this is a high level. Sigh.. Any thoughts?

AFM, I have been up since 2AM stressing. Can I ask a dumb question? When you O on yoru own...or are about ready to...what happens to your E2? Does it plumet or is it a slow drop? But I seriously am stressing....the last couple days i have been so bloated....felt like I was sitting on my ovaries....well yesterday I had a lot of CM and now....I feel nothing...no bloating, no pressure....nada! So of course I am freaking thinking I O'ed on my own. When they did my most recent b/w they only looked at E2 and not LH or progesterone....I do not need 10 eggs or anything....just two good ones....I hope they did not push me too far and we missed it! part of me wants to cancel this cycle (I just have a bad feeling)...its a lot of $$ to risk for a poor er....this is likely our last chance...we are out of $$. Not sure how we wwoudl come up with more and financing is a no-no...we just bought a new house and I need a new car....we would be so strapped! Am I just overthinking this? I need someone to talk me off my IVF ledge!
