Franny,Kim, and Niki- My heart goes out to each of you. Do what you must. Have the wine, cry some tears, yell out the frustration, then take a deep breath...let it out, and figure out what's next.

I can't believe the luck of our board this week 6 betas and only 1 BFP! That doesn't seem like very good odds for the rest of us. There are 9 of us due next week I believe....lets hope for some better odds!!

Kim - I'm so so sorry about your BFN. I hope you and DH can find comfort in each other.

And Niki - My sympathies to you too. I'm really sorry. I know how heartbroken you must be.

Ronda- I think I might POAS on Sunday. I only have one, so I want to wait as late as possible. I have to say I'm not very optimistic, but I guess i'd rather get bad news on Sunday than while I'm at work on Monday.

We really could use some good news.

WOW! I'm so emotional right now. My friends, I am so sorry that today was 0 for 3. I wish I could do something to change the outcome for all of you. I can't imagine the hurt, but I pray that it subsides quickly.

I'm new to this forum, but it's so nice to read about everyone's experiences! This is my first round of IVF and I've decided not to tell very many people in my life, so sometimes I feel like I have no girlfriends to talk to. So, it's nice to feel connected on this website.

I just started stim medications this morning and am scheduled for ER the week of 2/8.

Franny -- I'm so so sorry. But you are right, it was the wrong side of the coin this time and I applaud you for wanting to get up again so soon and try again. I am like that too. Remember, your chances increase with each cycle.

Kim -- Oh, bummer. I was sure we'd have another BFP on this board. I feel really bad for you. I had wine after my BFN too.

Niki -- I'm really sorry. (((hugs))). You said you were going to get off the roller coaster. Will you try again? Best of luck to you.

Franny, Niki & Kim--I am just so sorry for all of you--too many of us have been there and remember the feeling all too well. I so wished this could have turned out differently--you all need to take care of yourselves and not worry about anyone else (except DH) for a few days. Definitely grab the bottle! I am so sorry. Lou - I think that my DH and I are done trying for now. We have been trying for 4 years. I got pregnant on my own once and m/c at 7 wks, 4 rounds of chlomid, 4 IUI's, 1st IVF chemical pregnancy, 2nd BFN. The frustrating part is that they say that there is nothing wrong with my DH or I. He is 36 and I am 34. I think we just need to stop at this point. I can't keep putting myself through this emotionally.

I don't mean to bring everybody else down!

I am still rooting for everybody else. Hopefully this board has seen the last of the BFN's!!! I will keep checking in on everybody!

Ok ladies. I have a confession to make. Hi, my name is Samantha and I am a member of the P.O.A.S. club. I haven't POAS for about 20 minutes now. LOL As you all know I have been convinced this cycle didn't work. There is no reason for thinking that, other than wanting it so bad. Anyways, I confessed that yesterday which was 4dp5dt I POAS. It was negative. I had one stick left and was thinking I'd use it Sunday or Monday but wasn't sure. Sooooo....tonight after seeing all the BFN's around here. I kept thinking I should use it, get another negative and wait till beta Tuesday. Well, I also know pregancy runs in the water and there are two other girls here who are pregnant, so I decided what the heck. I did it. I went into the bathroom and POAS........and.......well......there is the faintest of faint lines. Possibly a BFP?!?! The first one there was NO line just the control, but I have had two others look at this one and they both see the line. Faint, dare I say hardly pink at all, but there! Ok, now I am a little excited. Who knows, but I will confess that I plan to go get more sticks and test again Sunday!!!

I too, am a POAS addict... I am praying for a BFP for you! Did you follow Katie's posted rules? I can't remember where you are in your DPO. I have been reading about POAS on peeonastick.com, as Katie recommended. Very interesting. I was shocked to see Dollar Tree's generic HPTs as one of her recommended HPTs!!

I have 3 FRERs waiting patiently upstairs in my closet. I'm still a long way away, but they are calling to me just to let me know they are still there. ugh.

I am hoping that I'll be able to wait at least 1 extra day, as depending on when my ER actually happens, I should be around 11dpo on my birthday... so I'm hoping that I WON'T cave on my bday and potentially ruin (or potentially make wonderful) my bday. I will still have another week or more to wait for beta at that point.

my office makes u wait 18 days for beta... and mine inevitably falls on the weekend, so i'm 20 days!

Hope-I am still testing way before Katie's chart. I am 5dp5dt. Now, I am thinking it was just an evaporation line. I guess we will see. I will retest Sunday using FMU. Hopefully I get a more distinct line.
