Cami and Ronda - I'm so sorry about the BFN. I'm not sure what I can say except, yes, this sucks.

Riley - Congrats - it's good to see some good news!

AFM - no miracles here. My beta went back down, so I'm officially done this time. I told my RE that I'm taking a couple months off and will try at FET in April. I don't know how much I'm going to be on the boards - I like to see everyone's updates, but I'm just sad right now, and I think that's okay. All my love and support to everyone! I promise I'll still be reading, but probably not writing so much.

I will be sticking around (unlike my beans!!) to see how everyone makes out!! Follow up call with RE scheduled for 2/16. I guess the only good news here is that I definitely don't need to wait for AF--she came knocking two days ago. Hopefully we can just start right up again.

jacqueline i dont know what we would do without your awesome news all the time!! what an awesome 2nd BETA!! and a day early too...you are so so sneaky haha i am so happy for you! its amazing! take care of that lil baby...we all need your luck to rub off on us....we need to come rub your belly like a buddha! its gonna be a long wait till the U/S, but knowing you, you will be sneaking in to that early too!!

afm so i had my F/U appointment today, and it wasnt as bad as i was thinking it would be. my RE did bring up donor eggs again, but said she thought it was very reasonable to try again with almost the same protocol again. as of today i am back on BCP's for a really long time. she seems to think that being on the bcp's will be helpful with my endo, and help "flush" everything out of my system. i'm a little worried about this since this last cycle i didnt take BCP's and finally made it to the transfer. i will trust her and see what happens. so i have to be on the pill until march 20th!! it seems sooo far away, but i realized it's only actually moving things about 10 days from when i would be getting AF next month anyway so i felt better. i will go in for my SnS on march 26th, and will start stims that same day. she said she wanted to give my body time after the BCP's to stay calm before stims. so i dont have to call on cycle day one....just come in on the 26th no matter what day i'm on. she is going to up my gonal-f and repronex, and said she would be very very aggressive right from the start.
so i think i need to start a march/april thread! i will still stick around and see how everyone does. i hope you all get your BFP's from now on!!
oh i almost forgot...i am having a hysterscopy next wednesday just to double check and make sure i dont have any polyps on my uterus. when i had my lap done to find out i had endo last march my doctor also removed a polyp in my uterus while she was in there. i re-mentioned this today to my RE, and she decided we might as well check again since its been almost a year, and she wants nothing to get in the way of my BFP this time!! ive never had a hysteroscopy before...has anyone else had one? whats it like? they seemed to act like its no big deal at the office today, but what do they know??
anyway you know i cant stay away from yall so i will be around with dumb tales of my life...even if they arent ivf...i need to share them with someone right?? haha

I will be joining you when you start your thread since my beta (if I don't get cancelled again) will be in March and I will need some IVF sisters to get me through the dreaded 2ww!!!

Cami-so sorry hon-I was really pulling for you and DH. Hope you can start again soon. I would call RE and see if they will put you on BCP's till your f/u apt so that you can start right away!!

Awww - no, I'm sorry that it was such a sad day around here. I was so hoping for lots of good news. Sometimes this place just makes me want to howl with the injustice of infertility! but whether its happy news or heart wrenching news - I wouldnt have made it this far without you all - I think of you all throughout my day & hang on the edge of my seat right along with you. I'm so thankful to have you all to go down this long road with. Sometimes having to get through the bad news to get (hopefully ) to the good news, I wouldnt find the strength to do this without you guys - Lots of love to all of you! - xoxo

I'm so glad that she wants to try your eggs again! - I was worried that she was on the donor idea and then you'd need to switch docs Wow you arent kidding, thats a long time on BCPs - my best results ( sept) came from being on BCP for over 4 weeks, then antagonist - so i'm hoping this agrees with you too! OK then ROLL ON March 26! I hope you know that I'll be crashing (all the time!) your March thread - if I'm not on it anyway! Sorry i have no answers for your hysteroscopy questions! - love you too!

To all the BFP CONGRATS!!

To all those that got BFN's, so sorry. I am right with you. It sucks there isn't any way to candy coat it. Hoping everyone can come up with a plan to either do IVF again or figure out a way to bring a baby into your arms.


AFM - All HPT are a BFN so I am done. Started spotting today also. Going to do some testing to see if the PCOS diagnosis is correct from my new RE. My sister is also getting testing to see if she will be a good donor. Will know more next week. Hopefully, March/April will be my months.

I am just overwhelmed with all the sad news.
It's hard to believe that we have ten bfn's and only 3 bfp's! It isn't fair.

I'm not trying to dwell on the sadness but I really do feel for the ladies who didn't get their pregnancies....

To our three lucky ladies - I want to say congrats again!

My ET went well... we transferred two 4AB blasts without incident.... for the upcoming, newbies expecting ET I have a detailed account on my blog. I'm just laying around, with my laptop for company before tomorrow when I fly home. I've been gone three weeks...
