Stephanie - Thanks! I was wondering if they would do 3 frozen next time. I have 5. I know fir sure there is absolutely no chance for a BFP.

Lou - I still think you will get a BFP! I just don't want you to worry about the just in case it doesn't work. I am rooting for you and everyone else to get a BFP AND have healthy babies!

AFM AF is so so bad it's crazy! The nurse said to use progesterone tonight and I will not!!!! I have the vaginal kind, and I am telling you that is how certain I am that this did not work. I am also considering taking a Motrin 800 because I have pain off and on that's terrible! I am really nit upset. Just aggravated with AF. So many others have done this for a lot longer than I have so I will be happy with what I have or get. My friends dog is dying. She is 13, and my friend has had her since she was 18. I feel so bad because it makes me think of how I would feel if that happened to my dog (my baby). The other day I said, "Please God, don't ever let anything happen to him. And I would take this not working if it meant he would get to live til 18.". I have read that Chihuahuas can live to be 18. Anyway, I seriously would take it not working if it meant that, cuz that's how much I love my dog.

Lauren - glad to help. I know what you mean about not wanting to take the progesterone. I have to take the shots in the arse. I have knots on either side and for my two prior cycles I tried to follow the rules, but I knew I wasn't pregnant. I kept up for a few days then quit the day before my BETA.

Anyone else having issues with their 100% pelvic rest? If this is too personal, I apologize. I am finding it a little easier to deal with knowing about the BFP, but it's still hard. Anyone having issues with DH because of it? Mine stays away a lot so not to get urges, but that doesn't make me feel very good. I still need some kind of lovins. lol

Yeah, I'm lucky with the complete pelvic rest - I've only seen my DH for two days since the ER - he works in the oil patch in Alberta. Although not seeing him at all makes it harder to resist when he is around. I am also on the progesterone suppositories so ... even if we were tempted too much.... er... ick.

DandMe - Not sure if you are lucky he is gone or unlucky. lol I miss my dh when he isn't around and that is usually a lot since he is a soldier. He has been to 3 tours of Iraq, spent over 4 years all together out there and touched every year of the war since it started except 2005. Not to mention times he is gone for schools or training. During a time when we can't have any fun and he is here sucks though. lol I'm up for whatever I have to do of course. I just hope he can be here for the whole pregnancy.

So i took a digital test this morning and welled up at the words "pregnant" how absolutly amazing to see it again. For the 1st time in wks i slept like a log and j didnt he woke me at 4am to take a test, i said no as i really wanted my urine to be concentrated so held out till 5:30am oh the relief on his face!!! Had lots and lots of pulling sensations last night and this morning so hopefully my baby(ies) are snuggling in tight. As no betas here have to wait till about 7 wks till scan but i will try relax till then (easier said) sure its only like another 3 wks away!!!

Hi everyone...
Gi: it is the week end and my dh is home making sure I dont poas. He is so annoying wathching me making sure I dont cheat. He wants me to wait until the beta test. Forget it I will do it on Monday when he is at work and I have the house for myself. However I am more and more negative so this is why I wanted to test and get it over with.

Lauren: I am sooo sorry. I hope you will take the time to rest, cry and relax on vacation for the next steps in your life. I know about the money issue, I wanted to adopt so I know I would get a child for sure instead of going to stress of IVF but adoption is also sooo expensive. However if this IVF does not work, I will spend my money for adoption. At least I know for sure at the end I will be a mother...I wish you the best and your next cycle will be the positive onw. Some people in this forum have tried so many times, it is worth it as the end....

Katie: where are you? I am getting worry...

Dandme: cannot wait for your u/s sound next week. I am sure it will be perfect...

Lou and Ronda: we are the last ones on the cycles... Lets hope for 3 BFP....

Thank you all for the words of encouragement. I think I'll grieve slowly. I went home to visit my family last night, and came back to my home this morning. I cried for about 45 minutes in the car. That's longer than yesterday. One day at a time. But, I'm also very excited to move on. I just wanted to stop in and say hi; since I'm off my weight restriction now, I have cleaning to do! And, I desperately need to go to the gym!

Hi, I had my BFN beta today as I thought. My F/U is Monday, so I will see what RE thinks. I don't know if I want to wait til after Vegas or try again before. Eight weeks is a long time to wait!

Lauren - I'm sorry to hear about your beta. So your RE lets you go straight into another cycle? Mine makes me wait for another period, so I have to wait a month, I call them when I get it, then start BC. So I have to wait a total of 2 months before I can really start another cycle. I wish my RE was an eager as yours. lol I might have been preggers in half the time.

Stephanie, my 1st IUI cycle started September 10, 2009. I got AF before the beta test every cycle, so I always ended up going in a day early for beta. For the IUIs I started my meds the day after period (3 months back to back). After third BFN they had to send INS estimate for IVF, so I went on BCP for 2 weeks. Stopped got AF and started meds. I did back to back IVFs. I don't know if he would do the FET right away but I don't see why not. I just can't decide what to do! My DH would rather me wait so we can have a good time in Vegas without me being exhausted and no fun lol. I just hate waiting!

Lauren - That is great your RE is willing to do back to back. Though I guess the 2 months rest in between was a good thing for me. FET is very restful in comparison until you get to the progesterone since the Lupron is so easy to take. It is up to you if you would like to wait or not. If you do a FET cycle, remember it isn't as much of a pain as an IVF cycle. A lot less shots, no getting full from the follicles or swollen from ER. It was a lot less stressful for me and in return likely made it easier for the embryo to implant. That is just my opinion. Going to Vegas and having nothing to worry about might be a good idea, but if you think you can handle going through a FET cycle then I say go for it! Vegas sounds like a ton of fun, you can take a break from all this, have a few cocktails, something you can't do if you are going through a cycle. I wish you the best and am sure that you will have a blast, no matter what you choose!

lou hi hun! i'm still around...ive moved over to the other board, but i am always checking in on my last jan/feb girls! oh how i am praying you get your BFP this time!!! so let me get this right..first you had to hide your lupron injections when you went to vegas with your girlfriends, and now you have to pretend you dont like free shots?? haha they must be thinking you are crazy...first she wont pee with the door open...now she doesnt like free drinks...somethings up with that girl!! hahaha
hang in there...its only a few more days....yeah right...the last days are the hardest i know, but i'm always thinking of you!

oh katie i hope you are busy reading all your baby books to bother taking the time to check the boards..or has the M/S kicked in? either way please poke your head around because this lil turtle is gettin a lil worried!! afm i'm still on BCP's and its driving me crazy....2 more weeks!!! ahhhhhh!!! so i set up delivery of my new baby in a box, and it should be here by wednesday if my insurance doesnt sit on it forever! they have me on menopur instead of repronex this time (of couse the time i have about 10 vials of repronex left over from last cycle...gee thanks) so i thought repronex and menopur were the samething, but when i asked why they switched my nurse said that they now think menopur gets absorbed into the body better, and helps mature the eggs better. ummmm so why have i been wasting my time on repronex the last 3 cycles?? i'm so confused....maybe i should ask ghost!
anyway i'm going skiing tomorrow and then coming home to watch the oscars so i'm excited!
