Hello ladies!
Wow, the thread is really active today, it's so great!

:D:D:D
rio!! Hi girl, isn't it nice to be together again on a thread!

And a cycle buddies thread in addition!

How was your trip, did you have nice weather? What is overseas for you, Europe or North America?

Oooh looks like we'll be real close, you'll do ER when I do ET!
Tiger,
Oooooh no.... I'm so sorry that your cycle got cancelled!!!! YES a month makes a HUGE difference, heck, I refused to change my meds for a two-day difference!!! *BIG HUG* I completely understand your need for distance right now... DH's arms and tons of chocolate is the key... take care my dear, and I really hope to see you bouncing around the forum with a shining BFP very soon!!!!!
Anissa!
Bad girl, it's forbidden to talk like that! AF is NOT coming!!! Remember, your body will play ALL kinds of nasty tricks on you. If you ask around, you'll have people telling you they were absolutely CONVINCED that they were not pregnant who still got a BFP. Among these people, you'll have people who had absolutely no symptoms and that's what convinced them.. others who just had AF sensations... and some who had downright heavy bleeding, had to be dragged kicking and screaming for a blood test... and are now the happy mothers of a healthy baby all the same! You just can't trust any sign right now, we're too full of meds and hormones and all kinds of emotions all rolled into one big messy thing that confuses everything. Thanks for explaining your meds to me. To answer your question, I'll transfer as many survivors as I can. We have one package of frosties left, there are 3 frosties in it. They have a 50-75% survival rate for freezing/thawing, and for the last FET two frosties out of four survived, both times. So I guess we'll transfer 1 or 2. And if it's 3, I won't abandon my frostie... so he/she will go in too! I've never had more than one implantation, and anyway there's only 3% chances we'll have triplets, so I'm very at ease with transferring all 3 if by some miracle they all survive.
purplefish,
Hum, bleeding with your injections? Have you told the nurse about it? Oooh already a u/s tomorrow! Let,s hope we'll see tons of little eggies waiting to be reaped!!!!! ~~~~~~~~~sending follie waves~~~~~~~~~
Lisa,
Hi! Hang in there, June will be here before you know it! And in the meantime, we'll have the pleasure of your company!!! Sticky baby dust to you and belated congrats on your little bundle of joy!!
Ryann,
AW, MAN! That is just sad! I'll stop my AF jig then... I'm so sorry your cycle got delayed, but hey, maybe it's good because your RE won't be on vacation for a little while now? Hang in there for the end of the school rush! *hugs*
AFM, things are going great. Stopped the antibiotics and the cramps have almost vanished. They were on the light side anyway, so I don't know if stopping the antibiotics is what did it. I still have to watch that my stomach doesn't empty too much, but it's very tolerable. So we'll definitely stick with plan A. I'm very excited today because I've been thinking a lot about becoming a part-time dilettante caterer, and I'm finally giving it a try. I've learned tons of things from various sources and I'm now ready to try my first fondant cake. I'll make 3 different cakes before my FET (DS's b-day, and a Maypole celebration), and I'll take pics so DH and I can email them around. I want to offer my services for free ("clients" will just reimburse the food) so it's not a business yet and I don't have to pay taxes. That way I can gather experience, see if I like it and see if I can make a little business out of it. I'm very creative and always looking for new projects, so it really amuses me for now. I can't wait until I finally start working on my first fondant, tomorrow night. I found this amazing website owned by a professional cake decorator who shares a lot of info and really wants to help wannabe cake decorators. We've exchanged a couple of emails and she's really nice. I'm thrilled and I have trouble concentrating on work, but it's okay! lol!
Take care,
Sophie
