So exciting to read about all the deliveries! This is our month!!
skipper and cressicaw- My due date is 4/27. So I'm right there with you. I bet I will be the last one to deliver on this thread. LOL! I did have an ob appt on 4/1 and the doctor did a cervix check. I'm 1.5 cm dilated and 60% effaced. I knew something was going on because my Braxton Hicks have intensified and I've been losing lots of my mucus plug. yuck. He said I can go anytime now or I can slowly dilate up till my due date. Either way I'm ready!
My BEAUTIFUL daughter Samantha was born at 9:17am on March 30, weighing in at 6 lb 12 oz and perfect. We came home Thursday April 5, and we could have stayed an extra day, but I felt great, and my DH could not wait to get his wife and daughter back home.
Babies - My c-section was at first scheduled out of necessity because she was still showing a breech position. She did end up turning, but I asked to keep it (once something is in my head, I like to keep it that way lol), but mainly because my mom and stepdad were driving from Texas for this and could not change their travel plans due to his work. So this worked out best for us.
angie - Congrats my dear!!!!
Can't wait to hear the news on the rest of you ladies as your day draws near.

Got home on Sat with my beautiful daughter Rheya born on 4/6/2010 at 7 lbs 11oz via c-section. The c-s was much easier than i expected and the pain has been totally bearable. Have been operating on 2 hrs of sleep at night but so worth it. She is a night baby and sleeps all day long but up at night. Unbelievable how your body adjusts automatically. She is a real joy. Hope everyone else is doing well.
Congrats to all who have had your babies...Babiesgalore, Dogz, and Angie!! Sorry I've been soooo caught up with Savannah and just embracing her being home...that I haven't been on here forever. Now that things have settled in at home I really want to keep in touch with all of you. She's gaining weight...at birth she weighed only 4 pounds, 9 ounces but on this past Monday she weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces I'm very relieved! How are you gals feeling?
Hi everyone, not been on this much since I got pregnant, but I'm also due this month, on 26th, expecting a baby boy. With 8 days to go I'm so impatient, apprehensive, nervous, scared, excited, you name it, I'm that! Just looking for a bit of moral support. Looks like everything set for a normal birth, in right position etc., plus have been losing a bit of mucus plug this week. Congratulations to everyone who already has their little loves!

I'm still here and still pregnant! I am officially due in 10 days on the 29th - looks like I'll be one of the last, if not the last, to deliver. I am SO READY. As of last Thursday, I was 1cm dilated, 75% effaced, and my doctor stripped my membranes. I lost my mucous plus last Friday and Saturday. I am now 38 weeks, 4 days. I would love for baby to come this week, but it is just a waiting game as you all know. I am so anxious and can hardly concentrate on anything else. I was induced with my first pregnacy at 36 weeks, 4 days because of high blood pressure. So far, that has stayed under control this time, so all this waiting is new to me! Hubby installed the car seat yesterday, so we're just waiting on baby now.
Congrats to all the new mommies. I am so thrilled for each and every one of you!
Waiting, waiting, waiting... I'm going in either this Thursday night or Friday morning for my induction. Kendelle Grace weighs 7 lbs and 15 oz so far... hope she doesnt get much bigger these next few days. Doctor says I wil have my work cut out for me but it will be sooooo worth it. My bags are packed and I can't think of a thing more to do. Bottles are sterilized, diapers are ready to go... stocked up on formula just in case.
So happy for all the mommies on here that are holding their babies... wow, what an adventure this has been.
Just want to wish everyone good luck for the upcoming deliveries. it is so worth it when u see your child for the first time. so worth all the wait and procedures we all had to endure. truly a gift! Rheya is a pure delight. Hugs everyone
How are all the new mummys now? Anyone not feel like they are in a whirlwind?
Any more news from anyone, I keep thinking of you all. Your bundle of joy is so worth it.
Freddie is doing really well. He weighs 11lb 6oz now and is thriving. He smiles, grabs onto everything, pulls my hair all the time and is starting to make more cooing noises. He slept for 6 hours in one go last night, 2 hours more than ever before. Unfortunatly the last 2 hours I just had to keep checking he was breathing!
Hugs to you all

Freddie was born at 14.09 on 29/03/10 at 8lb 14oz.
Kendelle Grace was born on April 24th via C-section (I labored for 2 days but would not dialate) she weighed 8 lbs and 3 oz.
She is absolutely beautiful and seeing her the first time was such an incredible experience.
She too sleeps all day and wakes up at 10pm, 12:30am and 3:30am... it is tough cause I am breast feeding and supplementing with formula and she is a very gassy baby... so sometimes she doesn't go back to sleep for over an hour or two and cries if her tummy hurts... but I have these gas drops that the peditrician recommended and we switched to soy (which I read a study on is high in aluminum... but the doc says that is best so I have to trust) so I try to give her as much breast milk as possible but I only make about an ounce per feeding and pumping and she is eating 2 1/2 ounces.
Cressicaw - Huge congratulations on your lovely baby girl. A really pretty name aswell. How are you recovering from the c-section? I feel for you labouring for 2 days, I found 12 hours really to much. Those first few moments of seeing them is amazing isn't it. I feel for you on feedings, we are still similar at nearly 6 weeks but on bottle only. He had one night with 6 hours and then went back to the old pattern!
