June Cycle Buddies!

Glad to see so many June Buddies. I go tomorrow for my baseline labs for my second attempt IVF. This will be our last attempt so I'm hoping for the best. I really didn't hear of any of my lab levels last time but think I will question more this time. They have increased my follistim from 150mg to 200mg and my menopur from 150mg to 225mg daily continuing my estradiol 2mg tablets but adding an estrogen patch weekly. So hopefully this attempt will work. Hope for all the June buddies to have good luck!

Hello ladies.
I am new to this site. This will be my 6th IVF and hoping it will be the last. This is one big emotional roller coaster and I want to get off. I have done 5 fresh cycles and 1 FET. I have succeded 3 pregnancies. First pregnancy I miscarried at 8.5 weeks with twins. I had to have a D&C. Test results came back normal. The second an third I miscarried at 6 weeks.
I have started my Lupron injections and have a baseline u/s and b/w on the 17th. Should be starting my meds on the 18th. My estimates retrieval date is the last week of June or the begining of July.
Wishing you ladies loads of baby dust and sticky glue. Don't hesitate if you ladies have questions.

Hi All - I'm on my 5 th days of stims. Ohhhh, I'm gettin soar my ovaries are talkin to me Went to RE today have 6+ on the left not sure how many on the right. Last cycle I had 15 eggs retrieved. So, I hope to get a good crop this time. I'm just on follistim 150 units and RE is goin to bump it down after tonight to 125. No menapur cause my E2 likes to soar all on its own. Will be doin ganarelix later in the week. ER will be next week Times flies when your havin fun, right ladies I go back on friday and will find out more info . I'll talk to you gals later

I am so excited! I had another US and BW this morning. The cyst is gone so I get to start my stims tonight! I was getting nervous because after last weeks appt. I thought this cycle would be canceled...they think the Lupron took longer to suppress me than it should have. I finally got AF and we are ready to go!
I have to admit that I am nervous about doing the new shots. I was finally in a routine with the Lupron and my stomach is sore and bruised!!! Any suggestions for doing multiple shots to decrease the soreness?????

Hi there buddies!

My hubby and I are starting our first cycle this month with a donor. We have our visit to sign consent forms, pay and get schedule for egg retrieval and transfer next Monday. We are looking at June 29th for egg retrieval and then a 3 day or 5 day embryo transfer. I am so excited after waiting for three years and testing for the past four months.
So happy that there is this forum to have support from other women in the same situation.

hspiggy- awesome, that i great news. just keep rotating sides. i too was on a routine with the lupron. it took a few days to get the hang of the gonal-f and menopur...the menopur hurts me, stings afterwards...good luck with the shots...

jenice-alright 6 follies. im on day 7 of stimming and my next u/s b/w is tomorrow. wish me luck...

I've been doing menopur for the past 3 cycles and yes it does sting. Hate it when it comes time to do them but not as much as the pio injections. Those hurt my rump. What kind of meds is everyone on?

I am 32 female from kerala, India. I was tested for antisperm antibosy in blood and it value is 36 to 26 , value varies every time. I am married and we are trying to have a baby since 4 years. we have done 7 nos of IUI & One IVF and not able to have a baby. Is it possible for me to reduce this antisperm antibody value and to have a baby.

This is my first post here, I have been reading everyone's entry's and decided to join in. I just got back from the doctor and am on bedrest after having my transfer done. This is my first IVF cycle and I am very nervous. I guess the next two weeks are the hardest time during the whole thing. I enjoy reading every ones posts and if anyone has any ideas or suggestions on how to make the next two weeks go by, I would love to hear them.

So i went in today for b/w and u/s. i am responding to meds which is good. but now my doctor is fearful of overstimulation as i have 15 follicles on each side. anyone ever experience this??

there is a very big conference in Chicago-Reprodactive medicine
I am greatting the doctors at the airport and i spoke to quite a few of them
I asked them about caffein and they all agreed that it doesn't have any effect over IVF
I just though is it intresting to share

Zintinia - good luck with stims tonight! Coffee I MISS IT..my doctor said 1 cup is ok but my acupuncturist told me to not have any - guess its worth giving it up for a little while!!!!

Flystar - Hope you are doing ok on your 2ww..you keeping busy? Congrats you are PUPO...when do you find out?

AFM - I went to get BW and US on wednesday and the doctor said my lining is too thin so now instead of taking 2 pills of estrace orally at night I have to take one orally and the other vaginally...pretty messy!!!! I have another US on saturday and I hope this works because I have my FET scheduled for friday the 11th and if its still thin they will have to move my date...don't want to wait any longer!!! This time seems so LONG!!!!
