Congrats Millersmommy, tdf, Lisa and others on your BFP!!
I took a HPT on 8dp5dt and got a BFP. Yesterday was my beta and i havent heard back from the doc's office yet. The results are supposed to be in on monday/tuesday!
I dint bother taking anymore HPT's after that, they drained me of my energy when i got a bfn before.
Hang in there ladies...!! in the meanwhile, my cramping has completely stopped..and i am running to pee all the more frequently..and am so bloated that nothing wud fit..

wow congrats millermommy, tdf, narly and bluemoon - what a lucky BFP streaks, congrats to all of you, how neat to be able to celbrate your first father's day w/ DH!!

lisa - yay for nice beta rise, that's really exciting, that definitely sounds like a strong healthy embie, if not more one :)

kywildcat - you are PUPO!! congrats!

dys - so glad your frozen embie made it thru the thaw... i did an FET before and embies do look a little different after the thaw, i guess they get "shrinkage" too :)

dawg & pinkbluepurple - welcome!! you came to the right place!

afm - stimming away :) my e2 was 798 yesterday and they measured 15 follies over 10 mm and another 10 small ones that probably won't catch up. they are decreasing my dosage to 2 bravelle/ 2 menopure (down from 3 bravelle/ 2 menopur) and the nurse thought i'd probably trigger mon or tue for ER on wed or thu. grow follies grow!! the evil synarel side effects are almost gone now that i am stimming, i feel like i am back to my ol' self, at last (DH had been looking at me with that look that said "who are you, crazy woman, and what did you do with my wife"...) looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend, hanging out at the pool, and a LOT of soccer :)

sticky baby dust to all

OMG soooo much to catch up on!!!! Congrats to all of the BFP's :D :D :D

I had my transfer yesterday. All four embryos survived the unthawing process. They transferred the best three. My clinic uses a scale of 1 - 4 (with 4 being the best). I had one 3+, two 2+ and one 1+.

I hope all of these BFP's will rub off on the rest of us during this 2WW.

I do have one question... Did any of your RE's suggest bedrest after the transfer? My RE wants complete bedrest for the first 24 hours (only bathroom breaks) and then 2 days of bedrest where I can get up to shower and eat dinner with my family.

Congrats again to all of the BFP's and I can already say that I will POAS in about a week (probably sooner if I keep reading all these posts).hahahahahhahha

I had my transfer yesterday and it went well. The process was so cool to watch. I was really glad that they let my husband stay in the room while they did the transfer...he was able to watch on the US as they did it. What an experience to share!! They transferred 2 blasts (one was better quality than the other). We did find out today that none made it to freeze which is frustrating but hopefully we won't need any more!!! :)

Now the wait starts. I am already bored out of my mind!! I did go to see the acupuncturist today. I was nervous since I was supposed to be on bedrest but doc said it was a good idea to see him the day after transfer!
I hope everyone else is doing well...those in the 2WW- keeping occupied, those who have gotten BFP's-enjoying every minute of it, and those who are stimming-keep positive the process goes fast!!

Baby dust to all!!! :D

I am absolutely loving this thread. The support and positivity you guys are showing one another is completely admirable to me. I am so happy for all of you who have got your BFPs. I actually cried reading the posts, happy tears. I just love it when a plan comes together. Ha ha, I think I'm in the A team. As for those who are currently waiting for test results I hope it's a positive result. Congrats on successful ETs for now, but I hope the positive beta and HPTs are just a matter of days away! And for those of us who are still stimming I guess we need to just stay positive. And ignore the horrid side effects. Well hopefully none of you are getting them, but I really am. I hope this is a super lucky group and all of us get our BFPs. It's started off really good. Hurrah for June IVFs.

Also I just wanted to ask what protocol is everyone on? It was suggested I do a long protocol but because I have a previously booked holiday we changed it to a short agonist protocol. I have since been reading that this is typically a second resort. If, for example, the woman doesn't respond to well to a long protocol. So is it a good idea to do a short agonist protocol (synarel day 2 then gonal-f & synarel day 3 onwards) as a first choice?

Thanks ladies. :D

Its been so long since Ive written I had to read over the past few pages to catch up on everything thats going on. Congrats to everyone who got a BFP!!!! And Welcome to the new comers.

I went back to the RE friday and was told everything looked perfect!! All 13 Follicles are doing great and are right on track. Lining looked good too. I was sooooo excited to hear the good news. I just did my very last Follistim 150IU and Lupron, and am anticipating the Hcg shot tomorrow at 9pm. I do feel pretty uncomfortable due to all the recent stimulation but know that its all more than worth it in the end. Then we have to be there at 7:15 on Tuesday for an 8 am ER!!! I am so anxious and excited! And thankfully it worked out that my DH can actually be there with me (he is taking his board exams on wed and thurs)....so I wont have to do it alone (none of our family/friends know about the IVF). Then we will have the ET sometime on Friday. So excited!!!!!

I meant to share my protocol (an adjusted treatment plan since last months IUI was unsuccessful and wanted to finish cycle by July 1- new insurance year). Started Lupron and low dose Aspirin on Day 1 of cycle, Follistim 175 IU, Estrogen pill & patch on Day 3, and then switched to Follistim 150 IU on Days 7-10, Hcg on Day 11 and ER on Day 13.

Good luck to everyone still in the 2ww...I am thinking BFP all around!!

I am thinking I am having a nasty case of OHSS...I called the doc on call and they want me to come in tomorrow morning! I have been doing everything I can-salty food, Gatorade, and lots of water. I feel like I swallowed a basketball and can't find a comfortable position to sit or lay in. THIS SUCKS!!! I hope this doesn't affect my 2 little ones that are trying to implant!!!! Has anyone had experience with this????

I got a mild case of OHSS about 5 days after my 3dt. The Dr was really surprised because he said I was very low risk for it. He did a beta early and it came back +. He told me that the increase in HCG was the cause of the late OHSS symptoms. He also told me that it would probably get worse before it got better. I stayed in bed for about 3 days and after that didnt do a whole lot. Over the last week the symptoms have started to go away, which is good but it could be bad too. I am terrified that if they all go away that means my body is not producing HCG anymore. I have to wait till Monday for another beta. My first one was

11dp3dt was 87
14dp3dt was 357

I hope you feel better.. I drank so much Gatorade and ate Campbells chicken noodle soup. Anything with a lot of sodium is good. Let me know how you do.

Congrats to everyone else that has BFP, are any of you terrified of every single symptom your body does?

I've been away for awhile--but wow!!! :D

TDF and Millersmommy: I can’t believe all the good news!!!! Congrats on your BFP’s!!!!!!!! You guys are amazing and this was so inspiring hearing all your stories!!

Lisa—You should feel really good that your beta’s are so strong!! Hope you can really relax about this now and enjoy it all!

Narly—You got a BFP too I just noticed! So awesome! And did I remember correctly that you just had one blast transferred too, right?

Bluemoom—now I see you just got a BFP too, wow, congrats!!!!

Hspiggy79—Ohss is not fun, hope you feel better really soon. Rest up!!

Blairwh58—your stats are sounding very promising! Good luck.

Byrnme—good luck to you too-- your beta’s coming up next week!

This is the luckiest board I’ve ever seen. Unbelievable. The Walgreens sticks sound like they must be good luck! I must get myself some of those. Hope you guys are going to really enjoy this extra special father’s day tomorrow!!

Hey lovely ladies! I hope you are all having a wonderful and relaxing weekend, so far. :) It's so neat to see so many BFP's, congratulations to all of you again!

Nothing to report, just stimming away, appointment monday afternoon. Went to Disneyland today, and took the meds with me...they have a fridge at first aid for medicine. So I was able to have a day and late night out without worrying about getting home in time to do the important stuff. It was a great time.

Have a wonderful Sunday, and happy fathers day to all the BFP daddy's...what a great present!

I tried hard, but couldn't fight the urge to POAS. I did it for the first time on Friday (4dp5dt) and it was a BFN, Saturday, same thing. Today I got a BFP!!! It was a faint line, but from taking them so many times and getting nothing, I know that is a great sign!! I ran upstairs to my DH who was still in bed and told him, "Happy Father's Day, we're having a baby!!" He looked at me like I was crazy, then showed him the stick! I am super happy!! What a LUCKY June cycle we have going :D This will make my Friday wait for my first beta much more bearable. And there is no doubt that I will be taking at least one digital test in the meantime! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. For those of you doing the 2ww, I feel your pain. Keep yourself busy, and try not to drive yourself crazy. It will all be worth it. I am going to post where everyone is at in their cycle, but I feel like I may have missed some things, or have some wrong. Let me know if anything needs to be changed. Baby dust and sticky dust to all
