Hi. Congrats to all who are pregnant. Best to all who are still waiting to know.
I am 11dp3dt and my bloodtest is tomorrow morning. I've been feeling nauseous but I think it might be nerves. This wait is so aweful.
I want to take an hpt but i'm so afraid of it saying negative. But now I want to do one but I'm in my jammies and don't really want to go out. I guess i'm just terrified of bad news.
Just wanted to say that although i haven't been able to participate at all in the conversations, it has been good to read them and know I'm not alone.
Wishing the best for us all and lots of sticky baby dust...
angelrena - All the best for ur blood work. 2ww is sheer torture.
Ladies in the 2ww period..just hang in there!
lisadcb, TDF & Millersmommy, Narly2000 & Byrnme - Congrats on your numbers. Now that the numbers are in and we have appointments lined up for more work, i was wondering what life changes i need to make. For instance, about travelling, exercise, using staircases a lot.
I have a lot of mothers advising me against using staircases a lot and not to exercise much. The paranoia is killing me.
What are you ladies doing in your routine? Can I do a road trip or is that too much too?
I still can't believe all the good news!!! There's a party going on in this board!
I'm really starting to feel my overloaded ovaries, they are tender. On a happy note though, they are looking good, and it seems like things are pretty much growing at the same rate, hope that keeps up. They are bringing me in again tomorrow. I really hate that I have to wait for lab results until the next day...this will not make me happy when beta day comes!!
Hope you are all doing well, can't wait to hear more good news!
wow
congrats to all first and second betas:)
welcome to the newbies
good luck to the ones POAS
rena i admire your patience u must be really proud.....good luck tomorrow,i hope you will get rewarded for that
i am 3dp5dt and i had experience a lot of crumps it getting so bad in some moments..........i hope lisa is right and it is pregnancy cramps..........
anybody else had those?
BTW how do count the days after tranfer mine was sunday.............?is today 3 or day 4?
i know it silly but i just want the time to fly......
baby dust to all of us
Bluemoon - I am doing everything I was doing before. I have a toddler that I have to run after, pick up, and carry. I believe that exercise in moderation is important in pregnancy, even though I don't really do it, not because I'm scared, but because I don't like it. So I will take the stairs, instead of the elevator throughout the pregnancy...I need whatever exercise I can fit in. I am still doing the housecleaning, laundry and shopping. Think of all the women around world who give birth...many who live in 3rd world countries and have hard lives. I am not going to worrry about it. My mom had 8 kids...and she did not have the luxery to take it easy...neither did my mother-in-law, who also had 8 kids. I think that once we had our transfer, we become no different than all the other women who concieved naturally (except the PIO and we are by far more anxious). I think we need to keep our routines, it keeps normalcy in our lives. Plus, when I was pregnant with my son, I flew several times, including a trip to Europe when I was 15 weeks. I went on several road trips, and even went camping. I finally had to stop doing those things in my last trimester because I was too uncomfortable to sit that long. Have fun now, before you are too uncomfortable to even think about going to see a movie....just my two cents. Enjoy your pregnancy

Hi Ladies,
I don't know if I should be worried or not because of the 16 eggs that were retrieved only 7 have fertilised. My worry is that since less than 50% did not make it to fertilisation, i may not have any remaining for transfer . Transfer has been set for tomorrow, which is good cause I will have the whole weekend to rest.
to all those who got BFP- enjoy the journey
All the best to those on 2ww and to all ladies growing follies.

hello ladies i hope you all are doing well today
angelrena- please let us know about the outcome of your betas..good luck ,fingers crossed for a great number ,and you are by far not alone.
bluemoon-i really havent changed much in my routine ..except that i mayby boss my dh around a bit more, hehehe. I wouldnt do anything terrible strenuous but my nurse said once there there they will stick pretty darn good ..she said i could jump a pogo stick home and it wouldnt make any difference....but i think i will skip any bouncing like that..hahaha. I have been a bit worried myself in picking up my 6 month old as he weighs 22lbs and likes to arch his back and wiggle alot, but i cannot deny him his mama so i do it anyway, doc said its all ok,even light excersize....think ill pass on that though!
mellow- ohhh ...wait till next day for labs,oh my. that would drive me bonkers! ! atleast your ovaries are feeling heavy is a good thing that meens more eggs = more babies!!!
zitina-yes i had and am still getting the cramps ...odd little twinges they are! almost like you can feel the babies digging in!
dinagin-dont worry sweetie 7 is a good number .just remember that those to can split! and all it takes is one . you should read back a few pages we have a lady on here who only had one make it and guess what ...it took!!! so be happy with your 7
they will do just fine im sure!
you ladies are in my prayers

dinagin- Dont worry about the 7. 7 has always been my favortie number so hopefully it will bring good luck to you all. All you need is 1 good one anyway. And we both get to have our transfer on the same day...which means we get to do the dreaded bed rest and 2ww together. Dont let the number stress you out. I am sure it will be a great month for us!
A question for those who have alreday done your trasnfer- Did you stay on absolute bed rest the entire 3 days after? My DH is saying I am going to have to stay in bed the entire weekend, except to get up and use the restroom. I just didn't know if by Sunday whether I would be able to expand my boundaries and maybe move to the couch for a little while for a change of scenery.
I took a HPT this morning and it was negative! I am really bummed but still hopeful. I hope I don't break the good luck this board has been having! I am going to call my RE today to schedule my post-IVF appt for next Thursday. They tell us to make the appt regardless of outcome to talk about the next steps.
My fear is if it didn't work would I be able to cycle again this summer. I would not be able to do this process once school starts again in August. Does anyone know how long you need to wait before trying again???? Hopefully I won't need to know but just in case...I want to be prepared!!
bluemoon - I am still taking it easy. I am back to work this week and I am just trying to be more careful, not picking up anything heavy, not taking stairs or doing any excercise, really taking it easy and doing light activities. Not sure if I have to but want to be careful as I know anything can happen the first few weeks. I would think a road trip is ok - I am flying to FL next weekend and I was told by my nurse it should be ok.
mellow4 - hope you are doing well!
zintinia - good luck and take it easy on your 2ww...I also experienced cramps after the transfer pretty much up until the day I had my bloodwork...and now I am having these weird twinges it feels very weird.

AFM - I am doing well feeling good, have those weird twinges that make me nervous cause they are such a weird feeling. But other than that good. I scheduled my scan today for next thursday I can't wait!!!!
