Gi & Katie- I can't wait to hear the # tomorrow, I make my DH deal with all the stressful stuff anymore. I made him read the HPT again. I will find a huge horses A** and give it the biggest smooch ever !!! Now I wonder if I have more than one in there  I transferred 3 embies. I'll be thrilled with twins, triplets do scare me though. Hey, I'll take what I can get @ this point. We haven't told DD yet or any family, so all of you guys are the first to know. I don't want to upset DD after last time my #'s dropped and we told her she was going to be a big sister, that made it even worse to see her upset. Wish me lots of sticky dust my way. I'll let you gals know my # tomorrow. Good news is I've been having some nausea and tired and a headache last night. I think hormones are rising the sicker the better. My nails are sooo long and really strong, I can't remember when they looked this good, except when I was preggo with DD. I hope pregnancy helps my hair like last time, it was thicker and so healthy. This past year from all the meds my hair was actually breaking off, anybody else this happened too ? I'll talk to everyone tomorrow, wish me luck !!!!!

hi everyone - hope you all had a good weekend!

first off -- jenice, omg, congrats girl!! i am so happy for you, you deserve this BFP so much. let us know how big that beta is tomorrow!!! and i swear i'll jump right behind you on the horse's ass bandwagon, whatever it takes.

daisymae - congrats on your BFP too, this thread has been so incredible so far! let's keep this trend going!!

hspiggy - fingers & toes crossed for your beta tomorrow, i have seen many women on these boards w/ - HPT who got postive beta.

mellow - i had no idea what you went through, i can't imagine how hard this must have been for you & DH. you are one strong woman.

annahope - sorry to hear your cycle is being so confusing. you may want to ask ghost what he thinks about your #s on the main board, he (she?) is great at explaining. but if you have good insurance coverage it may be worth it going thru ER w/ your 4 follies, would your RE consider it? some women have gone thru it with small numbers in past boards and got some good results. after all it only takes one, and it seems like the lower the egg number the higher the egg/ embryo quality.

afm - we got positive news today from the embryologist. our of our 17 embies, 7 were 6 cells or higher, a couple were 8, and a couple were 4-5 and still in the running to make it to blast. this is so much better than our last cycle when all our 18 embies were behind the normal development schedule by day 3, and none ended up as blasts on day 5. we are SOOO relieved, now it's finally started to feel real to us. WHOOHOO, at last :) hoping the lucky baby dust blizzard takes me with it!

forgot to mention.... has anyone watched the CNN special "gary + tony have a baby"?? my friend, who knows we are going thru IVF, told me it helped her understand IVF better. so we watched it last night.... the RE where the surrogate is having her 3-month scan is MY RE!!! first we thought it was so weird the waiting room was set-up so much like that of our RE's, but then we recognized our nurse... small world. if you have not seen it's a really interesting.

Hey Gals!

Gonna get trigger happy tonight...I've never been so excited to stick a needle in my butt. Hah. :) I go in Tuesday morning for retrieval. My ovaries feel heavy and sore, I pray we have some good mature ones to work with.

Millersmommy- I'm sure your ultrasound won't get here soon enough...I hope things look wonderful.

Can't wait to hear how many of you are expecting twins...so many high beta numbers!

I did my own PIO injection last night!! It took a few minutes for me to work up the guts to do it, but practice round #1 was a success. Thanks for all the support during this process. This 2ww is causing me to check the blog every now and then to see if there is more good news (so I'm right there with you millersmom).

Zitinia- I think those side effects you mentioned may be a very good sign! Hoping for good news wednesday.

Mellow- good luck with the trigger shot tonight!! So exciting that the retrieval is only a day + away. As for the heavy ovaries- I didn't start feeling more like normal until 3 days post retrieval.

As for everyone else- keep letting us know the good news. I need some positive thoughts to get through the next week and a half. Best of luck to everyone.

I've been doing the PIO injections the past few cycles, its just a little scarier doing them on yourself. I just had to motivate myself before sticking in the needle. The needle isn't actually all that bad, it just gets sore the next day. I actually picked the shots over the suppositories, so I guess its partially my own fault. I just heard that they were the most effective.
As for the patches- I am on both estrogen pill and the climara patches but haven't had those side effects. I am still hoping for the best for you!

Millersmommy- I am saying some prayers for you right now. I hope everything is okay. Take a deep breath and try to relax. I had a lot of bleeding when pregnant with my 11year old dd, and I mean a lot...so there is hope.
