It's day 8 after a thawed blastocyst transfer. Give it a bit more time...
But the news sure could have been better.

Yes, I have definitely seen some that rose later than this and made it to live birth. Not that common, though.
Starting your next cycle already? The current attempt is not over yet. Femara? For IVF? Or IUI/coitus?
If you are concerned about screening for genetically unhealthy children (e.g. trisomy 21) then I can see the PGD. But it cannot increase pregnancy rates in most patients. Let's be honest. At over 40, it's rare to have so many blastocysts that we need help from PGD to figure out which ones to transfer. That would be even more true in a Femara cycle, which is not known for making lots of eggs. If you were a 25 year old PCO patient making 60 eggs of varying quality, then sure, I could see benefiting from some help to find the best.

Yes femara for ivf.. With few follicles now I was able to get 2blasts the last time,
Interesting on your perspective not to tees.. I thought that would eliminate questions about embryo quality at my age since they can do all 24 pairs now really eliminating the need for freezing and doing cgh
I wish I knew what. To do...

Ny4thtry - I know a gal that did CGH testing but didn't do the freeze. I believe they tested on day 3 and then transferred on day 5. she is now PG with twins. You can PM her. Look up SalseraHeather on the SIRM Central cycle group. If she doesn't respond let me know.
